#Bitcoin is displaying an unparalleled level of strength, pushing for a new #ATH like never before. It may take a brief pause to gather momentum, possibly dipping to around $71.5k, but I don’t see it dropping much lower. A powerful comeback seems imminent.👊

Thought I'd share this..

Bhutan - Another Country Using Bitcoin To Escape Poverty

Bhutan’s government has started moving its quietly accumulated Bitcoin holdings as the price soared above the key $70,000 level.

The Bhutan government-labeled wallet transferred over $66 million worth of Bitcoin  to a Binance deposit wallet, suggesting that it intends to sell the BTC on the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange.

The $66.5 million was transferred in two transactions on Oct. 29, according to Arkham Intelligence data.

The government wallet began selling shortly after Bitcoin surpassed $70,000 for the first time since June 10. Significant price levels like $70,000 can lead to volatility, including profit-taking from large Bitcoin holders, known as whales, which can impact the price of Bitcoin.

Just right on time,... and here's another good news..

What I liked about the early Bitcoin wallet software was that it had built in mining. You could open your wallet and be using your computer and all of the sudden 50 BTC appears in your wallet. Can you imagine? Makes you wonder how many early users mined a block and don’t even know what they missed out on because they gave up on BTC and uninstalled…

Unfortunately I got on too late for that. I did a little mining but I don't believe I've ever mined a block. I know a guy who claimed he had done it but he was a known bullshitter and was not interested when I offered to try and recover any private keys that might be on his laptop.

Self-Custody is a right. Say no to"Non-custodial"
To me, 860K is bonkers...many people would be at least rich-lite (or well off) with just 3-5 btc.
There was a time when 1k seemed bonkers (RIP Risto). Though I do concur with the sentiment.
I don't doubt that I'll see a $1M btc in my lifetime.

But then my thoughts go immediately to, what will the dollar $ be worth by then?
Exactly. That's why we must no be too impatient, to me 1 million $ BTC next year would be the result of some kind of disaster.
this could simply be trump is going to win 🥇 money.
so even if he wins we may back track a bit.

Fair enough.  There could be some buy the rumor, sell the news dynamic and it might not be exactly Trump is going to win, yet the extent and duration of a drop (if any) may well relate to the extent to which uncertainty ends up getting resolved on November 5th or soon thereafter.

closing in on 73k  Grin
Yea, you are very much correct here, are we gonna be expecting a new all time high within the week?

Yea I really do think so, because I believe that the bull season is just getting started

Quoted to show image.

I would suggest that bull season started around November 2022, even though we might not have had realized it until either mid-2023 or at latest October 2023.

Our current resumption of the bull season does not constitute a new bull season, but instead merely a continuation of a bull season that had already started, yet had just been paused or slowed down a wee bit in the past 7-ish months.

recall...Germany sold more than $2 billions at about $50-54K..."robbing" German people of about a $bil and counting, which was very similar to the Brown's gold folly.
Who will be responsible? Not a single civil servant there would be fired, imho, but if I was German, I would raise some questions at the appropriate level.
They probably got advice from those comic relief pair of economists..they know who they are, lol.

EDIT harking back to what @CAPSLOCK said...apparently, the first, first version of bitcoin (0.1.0) had something called 'poker lobby'.

Wow...making just this point..the rest is about some coin being a L2 on bitcoin..not very interesting yet.

One of the most interesting (to me) and under discussed bits of bitcoin history was the poker lobby.  Of course poker, in the end, will have allowed me to retire early even though I am barely any good at it.  There are other forum members who are fantastic players.  I know our own El duderino_ is a serious player.  But anyway.. Yay poker.  I look forward to playing in the world series every remaining year of my life (until I am bored of it) thanks to the corn.

Also I think the human anus Craig Wright tried to make some claims about the poker lobby.

what is this "brake pedal" you speak of?
Next year is the “every 4 years” Christmas. This year’s Christmas is the shake out those who are only here for money before the major rally Christmas. I’d hold off on the expensive gifts for now. Sure, $80K is a great price for Bitcoin now, but I think a year from now people could be kicking themselves for not holding until $200K+.

so whats with all the noobs with their idiotic oversized AI pics all of a sudden
