A few quotes from Blitz made in july

Goodbye, triple digits. See you 2015.

After this week, I'm not sure we will see triple digits in 2013 again.

This has never been a billion dollar market to begin with. Triple digit, billion, those are things of a faint past.

No more triple digits for 2013.

Noone buys the triple digit lie anymore.

Looks like MtGox is beginning to shake off its denial and join the ranks of the 80s. This is only the beginning.

What if the buyer is an established casino firm that wanted to get into the Bitcoin game? If that's the case, then they would've been accumulating beforehand and have been responsible for some of the buying pressure. This would now be gone, along with 350k coins released on the market.

I smell blood.

Keep tryin' buddy, even a broken clock is right twice a day Wink

That's a lot of blah blah to explain you have absolutely no proof whatsoever.
Who would've guessed.
And we also both know why there is no proof.
The difference i don't live in denial because i WANT to believe.
Sad to live your life this way. Really, i feel sorry for you.

Debating stuff is kind of fun and mind opening. But can you please stop the personal attacks and insults.
It really makes wanting to talk with you difficult.

Whether or not you agree with what others say, it is no reason to degrade and belittle others opinions.
I offered some help to you, just my perspective and you attack it non stop.

Regarding the price of 100-300 bucks, I meant to get a reputable astrologer. Sometimes more $$ isn't better, that is why you should
get a recommendation and not just focus on price (low or high).

Good luck to you, sincerely,
IAS

What is a reputable astrolger? Can you explain that to me?

Well, since you don't "believe" in astrology, I'd recommend you speak to someone who does. Ask that person if they know of any good or great astrologers.
To try to find one on your own is really hit or miss. Yes, there are some fakes out there, or rather some poor astrologers and word of mouth I would trust more than an ad.

Does that mean you can't tell me what a reputable astrologer is? Well, isn't that odd. You recommend me to see one but you can't tell me what makes one reputable.

I told you it is personal experience and Vokain went further.

To be honest now, I wouldn't refer any of the great astrologers (3) that I have worked with to you. If you show me no respect, I can't imagine you showing respect to them.
Since you can't take help when offered and continue with insults, my work here is finished.

Again, good luck to you and really all the best.

For those of you still in denial, the correct count is as follows:
We are now starting wave 2 of 3 of 3 off the $65 bottom.  After this slight correction, we will see wave 3 of 3 of 3 which should take us up to $104 or higher.
I think we could see 120s - 130s. IMO that could be the top for a while. We'll see how this goes -- have not yet confirmed that this is not a triple top (in which case, resumption of downtrend could continue).

To be fair, I don't think Rampion ever made a silly prediction like "never again 100/no 100 in 2013".
Blitz, on the other hand...

To be fair to Blitz, he did qualify his "no triple digits" prediction by saying he meant a sustained price over 100.

It's already dipped back under.

Sure, he will have an excuse every time we reach 100.
Could be a triple top, 100-104.... which wouldn't help the bull case.  Cheesy

If the price can't stay above 100 for a day even (which it hasn't), let alone two days closed, how much does that mean, really? (not to touch on whether 100 means anything)
The price could go to $1 or $1000, it doesn't matter that much.  What matters to us is proving the guys wrong who keep screaming all the time "NOPE NOPE NOPE, WE WON'T HIT TRIPLE DIGITS IN 2013 OR MAYBE EVER AGAIN".  That pisses us off.

by the way, so I was at Bonnaroo in June, the music & arts festival, just trying to have a good time while hopefully learning a bit more about myself. there was this Hare Krishna disciple that came by our tent and wanted to share his insights. How in tune he is with the natural rhythms.. you could just feel it from him, it was really weird! Any way, he simply piqued my interest with his spirit, enough to warrant further sincere investigation. He then gave me four books written by A.C. Bhaktivedanta (for free! but I gave him $23 so I could help him keep going) and I've since then have stumbled down this path this summer. Right now I'm reading The Science of Self-Realization, and it is quite humbling to see that this sort of insight can result in such harmony with how medicine and science has explained things. The book is just a series of different, yet very explanatory interviews with A.C. Bhaktivedanta. Worth reading a couple of interviews at least, it's free here:

All that said, I grew up in the same county as Prabhupada's Temple of Gold in West Virginia.  I could say a lot, but I will leave it at this: While Prabhupada has done a fantastic job inspiring thousands, I always take his translations and interpretations with a large dose of salt because I know what kind of malice took place under his watch.  If you want more details, check out this book: http://www.amazon.com/Monkey-Stick-Onyx-Hubner/dp/0451401875

yeah, apparently one of my pledge brothers' moms had a friend whose kid was taken by Krishnas..... scary! but thanks for sharing this friend. I love the krishna philosophy and try to imbibe as much as possible, but....I can't take it on fully. maybe i can, but I'm afraid to haha

Much of the Bhagavad-gita is just Krisna reciting portions of the Yoga Sutras.  This is a good place to start: http://swamij.com/index-yoga-meditation-yoga-sutras.htm  However, it might be worth some time in a book store to find a translation that speaks to you.  Or better yet, you could learn Sanskrit if you have LOTS of extra time Wink.

Thanks for enlightening me some more. I love this rabbit hole Smiley Is Sanskrit particularly hard? My plan when I get my B.S. and minors is to hopefully buy a nice semi-isolated property somewhere where I can invest lots of time into studying things I want to study and starting the pile of to-read books I've steadily built up, before going out to pursue graduate studies.

Sanskrit is its own rabbit hole.  Make sure you get some audio to help you and don't just make up your own pronunciations.  There is actually a mapping of the basic syllables to regions of the human body that is helpful.  Dr. David Frawley's book "Mantra Yoga and Primal Sound" is a good place to start.  However, I fear we are vastly off topic.....

I'll feel more comfortable at 120.

Not much TA behind the following statement, but I don't see us going back below 100 and staying there right now. We approached and broke through 100 with quite a bit of volume (compared to the previous week).

No idea if triple digits are here to stay for the near future, but I expect us to cross 100 again within an hour or two.

He is equally delusional. He made some extreme predictions which absolutely didn't happen
and while Bitcoin did the total opposite he wrote shit here like how everything is going according to plan haha. Brain damage, i tell you.

And Blitz is better off leaving this place. I don't think i've seen anymore looking more stupid in this whole thread than him. The moderator out of all people.
But obviously he has no shame and will continue like this didn't happen 3 times in a row.

I'm on a big psilocybin and DMT research binge again right now.  Funny how it came up in this thread at the same time.
Nice. Any bitcoin-related insights? I tried watching bitlisten.com on cubensis, but didn't feel any connectness or anything so left that pretty quickly.
I've actually never done real psychedelics, only shitty legal ones a few times.  That might change in the near or not so near future, I don't know.  It just really interests me every once in a while, especially now that I have quit my physically and mentally killing IT career and gone back to school.

You should really try it. It is amazing. Start slow, like 1-2g PC and do it like the old medical experiments:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psilocybin#Mystical_experiences

Quote
A group of researchers from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine led by Griffiths conducted a study to assess the immediate and long-term psychological effects of the psilocybin experience, using a modified version of the mystical experience questionnaire and a rigorous double-blind procedure.[141] When asked in an interview about the similarity of his work with Leary's, Griffiths explained the difference: "We are conducting rigorous, systematic research with psilocybin under carefully monitored conditions, a route which Dr. Leary abandoned in the early 1960s."[142] The National Institute of Drug Abuse-funded study, published in 2006, has been praised by experts for the soundness of its experimental design.[nb 6] In the experiment, 36 volunteers without prior experience with hallucinogens were given psilocybin and methylphenidate (Ritalin) in separate sessions; the methylphenidate sessions served as a control and psychoactive placebo. The degree of mystical experience was measured using a questionnaire developed by Ralph W. Hood;[143] 61% of subjects reported a "complete mystical experience" after their psilocybin session, while only 13% reported such an outcome after their experience with methylphenidate. Two months after taking psilocybin, 79% of the participants reported moderately to greatly increased life satisfaction and sense of well-being. About 36% of participants also had a strong to extreme "experience of fear" or dysphoria (i.e., a "bad trip") at some point during the psilocybin session (which was not reported by any subject during the methylphenidate session); about one-third of these (13% of the total) reported that this dysphoria dominated the entire session. These negative effects were reported to be easily managed by the researchers and did not have a lasting negative effect on the subject's sense of well-being.[144]

A follow-up study conducted 14 months after the original psilocybin session confirmed that participants continued to attribute deep personal meaning to the experience. Almost one-third of the subjects reported that the experience was the single most meaningful or spiritually significant event of their lives, and over two-thirds reported it among their five most spiritually significant events. About two-thirds indicated that the experience increased their sense of well-being or life satisfaction.[136] Similarly, in a recent (2010) web-based questionnaire study designed to investigate user perceptions of the benefits and harms of hallucinogenic drug use, 60% of the 503 psilocybin users reported that their use of psilocybin had a long-term positive impact on their sense of well-being.[45][124]

In 2011, Griffiths and colleagues published the results of further studies designed to learn more about the optimum psilocybin doses needed for positive life-changing experiences, while minimizing the chance of negative reactions. In a 14-month followup, the researchers found that 94% of the volunteers rated their experiences with the drug as one of the top five most spiritually significant of their lives (44% said it was the single most significant). None of the 90 sessions that took place throughout the study were rated as decreasing well-being or life satisfaction. Moreover, 89% reported positive changes in their behaviors as a result of the experiences. The conditions of the experimental design included a single drug experience a month, on a couch, in a living-room-like setting, with eye shades and carefully chosen music (classical and world music). As an additional precaution to guide the experience, as with the 2006 study, the 2011 study included a "monitor" or "guide" whom the volunteers supposedly trusted. The monitors provided gentle reassurance when the volunteers experienced anxiety. The volunteers and monitors all remained blind to the exact dosages for the sake of the experiment.[145]
