3 years bear 1 year bullish.

I think it's the other way around.

I believe he's saying this not to get dissapointed but rather surprised once it shoots up.
I do it sometimes.
Lower expectations to increase surprise(positive)

Here I was thinking the fall was as a result of Israel playing bomber man.

In a technical point of view this is still a bear market.

Even the halving could not turn the market bullish.

I'm not even bullish right now perhaps around autumn.

3 years bear 1 year bullish.

historically halving events have never turned the market bullish in a day. that's not how it works.
it usually takes a few months to see its effects.
anyway, right now, market depends mostly on one thing, the etfs. as long as grayscale is selling, we're fucked and they still have a little less than 300k btc to sell so... nothing else to do but wait.

Yes, green and red. I see this every day since 2015.

Just Google "btc/usd bitstamp tradingview"

And it's never gone.

Okay guys, this time I'm serious about checking the sky at night this weekend.  Wherever you live, there's an excellent chance to see the aurora.   A couple days ago, a very large sunspot, visible from earth during the day with just your eclipse glasses, unleashed a barrage of solar flares and associated CMEs (coronal mass ejections) toward earth.  I believe at least 5 of them in a row - this is a rare event.  The largest one was an X4.5 and X is the largest class of solar flare. the classes are B->C->M->X.  It's similar to the Richter scale for earthquakes in that each class represents a 10X increase in energy.  Unless you live somewhere between 60° and 70° north or south latitudes, viewing auroras is rare.  Seeing them as far south as Florida is very rare and when they are that strong as to be seen so far south, they are usually very colourful as well.  Based on the model from NOAA, this might begin tonight around 2100UST tonight but Saturday evening should be awesome.  🤞

Good luck, and totally amazing: When I was in Iceland over the winter we went out on a night boat to see what we could see. Nothing but freezing cold for 2 hours, then as we prepared to turn back the sky....

Opened....

Up....

what is this "brake pedal" you speak of?
I (ok someone who can code) should make an automated ChartBuddy gambling game, where you can bet on "higher" or "lower" within the 1st 5 mins of a ChartBuddy post. If the next CB post price meets your prediction, you win... however many WOmerits you bet, or something.

need a "hodl" bet too (no change?)

@xhomerx10, thanks for the info, I honestly had no idea that something similar had happened, or even that there was a possibility that the aurora borealis might be seen where it is otherwise not possible. However, as far as I can see, this news mainly refers to the US, and it seems that we will not be so lucky in Europe (at least not the southern parts).

 Hmmm... interesting. The NOAA model

shows the highest velocity, highest density plasma impacting earths atmosphere around midnight tonight.  You may have to stay up much later than usual but

I would say the aurora should be fully underway by 0300 UST on May 11th in Europe.  The EUHFORIA (EUropean Heliospheric FORecasting Information Asset) model shows a peak around 0500UST.  It is a probabilistic event but you don't get much better chances than this to see it the aurora in southern Europe.  It's still early in the peak of this solar cycle though so maybe there will be more opportunities later this year.
