We went down to 98700, my buy back order at 96500 doesn't seem that far fetched now does it ?

Also I've done KYC on Poloniex where I had dust laying around, it turns out that dust is worth 5 figures now.

Now I need to do the cryptopia thing but that one is a hassle and I'm not sure I have something left.
Never used this exchange instead of going for trusted exchange, though it's an old exchange and they launched before Binance, though it seems to have been overshadow by them and others. It's quite important to have it kept on your wallet than exchange, as their term keeps changes as the year goeth. You have to push very hard to get it our from there, maybe fee of a thing could like affect you. Every dust worth it now Roll Eyes

Uh oh… The dam has broken. $100K is no more. How low will we go?

Oops! It would be fixed sooner but not that sure the market would go that extremely low anymore, though currently it's still maintaining +101k

Man who stares at charts (and stars, too...)

I am very much confused about the optimal price, though, as there are two conflicting streams of data pointing to the alternative scenarios next year.
On the surface, it should be all positive in 2025, but it rarely works out this way.
Most likely will sell if I find some desirable property to acquire. Not going to mess up with rentals...if I would buy, it would be just for my family.

Me too, so i will be selling in small amounts all over 2025, do the opposite after a blow-off top. If there will be a supercycle, i have enough BTC left to not really care that i "wasted" some corn. But if i could, which means already being fuck-you-rich, i'd not even feel the urge to sell any holdings at any price. The diamond-hands portion of my stash is destined for inheritance anyway, so it will never be touched by myself.

That's exactly the thing that keeps me from trading, laddering, or else. Because I'm not so sure that "after an ATH it always comes down again" as you seem to imply

No implication, it's a well known fact. Small correction (aka "breather") after every ATH. If it wouldn't be like that, you wouldn't be able to call out an ATH.
So the price is definitely coming down after every ATH. If it's going above shortly after is not inside the scope of my argument.
But i understand yours, and it seems we have similar thoughts about the mythical super cycle.
Best to prepare for both, that's why i don't sell all my corn on the way up.

bitcoin retard

Powell said, ‘We’re not allowed to own Bitcoin. The Federal Reserve says what we can own and we’re not looking for a law change. That’s the kind of thing for Congress to consider but we are not looking for a law change at the Fed.’

So what he actually means is that under the current administration, there is no law that allows the Government/Federal Reserve to own Bitcoin. Obviously that could and possibly will change under a much more cryptocurrency friendly Trump administration.

Honestly I see no reason for such comment except to Create FUD.

His job was to Cut interest rate and give excuse why it could be paused in the future.

The Fed doesn't own gold either. The U.S. Department of the Treasury does. Trump never said the Fed will buy Bitcoin. He said the Treasury will. So this is just another FUD attack from the sen. Warren camp. I don't know how, but I'm sure Bitcoin is hurting their personal finance interests.

Or they are salty because they missed the train  Cheesy
