The best wallet for ethereum IMO is the etherwallet of course. It's simple , you can store multiple choices of acces. There some other safe wallet for ethereum , better is to visit them all and then think who is the best and safer.

all of my friends that has ethereum is storing their wallet in myetherwallet and so that i also use this wallet because this is much easier and secure. you just need the private key and after you can see the address and the ethereum amount you have.

Too many scammers in these days have created the same site with myetherwallet to fool a lot of people to put their private key on the fake site. But that may better for you to try to use the eidoo wallet. You can try to secure your ethereum safely in your smartphone with very high security and I suggest you try that. And another good way to store your ethereum in the official wallet just like symphony wallet.
