I used Ledger last year and this wallet was trying to steal my Bitcoins. The situation was as follows. My second transfer was trying to send a wallet to someone else’s address.

Yes, wallet hacking is very possible, especially when you save your private keys on social media or email. Also don't just click any link you see, there are many fishy links you won't even suspect. For instance, the common scam links for signature on myetherwallet. Better still, use a hardware wallet like Ledger Nano.

it seems like it happened to me ... after a long time I didn't open my wallet and after I saw it it turned out that my wallet was hacked without me realizing it but I could be grateful because there weren't many assets in it,proof of transaction

Yes it is quite possible. It is not easy to crack a wallet but it's still possible that someone could take the access. But most of the time a hacking occurred with the failure of the holder. That's why I always suggest that always use hardware wallets if you got some extra money. Cause hardware wallet is hard to hack. Most of the time hackers use a easy trick called pishing. They have you some link or something which look trusted but when you put your private key it give him the acces. So you have to be aware of this thing. No one or nothing could save you if you are not aware of it . So if you have some extra money go for hardware wallet. Or you always use official or official recommend wallet. And always be careful.

It's actually almost impossible unless it's your own mistake. You let people knew your private keys by storing them not in a safe place. It's something happen most of time and there is no one to blame but yourself. So make sure to save your private keys on a completely safe place where no one could reach that place. 
I am grateful that so far my wallet is still safe from hackers, in my opinion all applications can be hacked either by creators or other people who have extensive capabilities on the internet.

Wallet can hack by the hackers and yes it is possible, every single information that we have possible other who are smart in hacking can know our information ans even our password so they can open it. We can fight them by adding more security to our wallet so the hackers will hard to know our information . I hope those hackers will die as soon as possible so they will not again victim others.
