I think for the category4, no matter how many btc you invest, you will not get more than 100M of coins that is also a cap for the combination of all category for one user if the user invested in multiple categories. So there might be leftover of coins for the category4 if only very few users are interested in it.

Ahh, now I get what you want to know. If the spreadsheet says, that someone will get >100M than this is just the way the calculation works. But it is capped at 100M. I will not add more than 100M to that persons genesisblock transaction!

If lets say in category 4, at the end of the investment period only 4 BTC are invested, than all those 4 will get 100M and the remaining 100M will be put into bounty account, and this account will be given to a treasurer!
