Newbies needs to be prepared for this coming new year, scammers will try to take advantage of that year because bitcoin halving is already dropping the HYPE in crypto space  already, Learn to do research better, not all bad results in crypto are because a project failed, mostly are because of lack of research, with no good research you can easily fall for scam projects.

1) Do better research on new projects before promoting them or investing a penny on them

2) Visit scam accusation thread on the forum time to time, it will safe you a lot too

3) If you you have to invest always invest what you can afford to lose.

New bounty hunters right don't even care whether the project is a scam or not. It's because they are just after the compensation so they blindly follows the dev team. This ruins the industry especially the image of many bounty hunters. Indeed, visiting the scam accusation really helps for us to crowdsource information and confirm the false news to real ones.

We must admit that the victims of scammers are the most experienced by newbies, because newbies still do not understand the world
of crypto. So for newbies more difficult to identify fake projects. Unlike senior investors who already know how to distinguish real projects
from fake projects, so senior investors are less likely to be exposed to fraud. For newbies, they still can't manage their emotions, so
newbies are greed uncontrollable. So many newbies are become a victim as a scam because the reward offer is so large. If you find projects
with reward that is to be good to be true is a feature of scam projects. So newbies really need to be given a warning like that already mentioned
in the opening post.

1.You can't exactly find a good project by doing even an extensive research, only we may get an idea.

2.That is good point will save lot of time.

3.Thumb rule for any investment.

Good tips but most newbies just jump ship without research in my opinion. They often think that crypto is a get-rich-quick thing so they just invest what they have, blinded by greed sot hey often get scammed by their own doing.

To tell you mate, not even newbies got scam even high rank forum members here are also been scam with some malicious projects. Why? Simple, they just keep rooting for those quick bucks money and not giving priority to those  more important such as product or services of the projects they promoting.
Newbies in terms of trading or being into project that are too good to be true. One should know to learn from their experiences as there are many opportunist that will attack them once they fell even at once. In crypto scamming is normal so we should be smart enough to identify them.
Newbies are mostly the main victims of the scammers because of their lack of knowledge. Newbies should not yet put money or make investment because their knoweldge is still not enough. Most of scammers are have good marketing skills and that's why the newbies that are getting victim are keel increasing. If the newbies will focus on improving their knowledge first then they can avoid scammers in the market.

This won't help newbies at all, truth is they like learning the hard way and I can't blame them for that, if you are not ready to avoid stupid mistakes then there will be lessons to learn in the hard way
Unfortunately, your opinion makes sense at this point. New traders fail to understand the importance of trading strategies and they want to go through the hard way. Easy ways are not enough to get the high profits and they want to make a quick buck with investing in the high risky digital assets. Learning in process becomes a written letters on stone in the trading.

Experience is the best teacher they say, besides each and everyone of us was once a newbie before knowing more about crypto now, so most certainly newbies will have to gain some experience on there own to understand the crypto space more better.

Why only newbies, scammers are also targetting old and veteran investors, that's added achievement if they can scam veteran investors, newbies, and veteran investors should always take a good look at every project that they are going to invest and promote, now is not the right time to be complacent.

1) Do better research on new projects before promoting them or investing a penny on them
It doesn't matter, those projects nowaday are so good at hiding their scam and crimes so it looks promising at first yet when it comes to be listed on exchanges or after IEO they are 100% gone. You can't just do a research and call it "done", that's not how it works.

2) Visit scam accusation thread on the forum time to time, it will safe you a lot too
It would save your time, yes! But that section doesn't cover all the projects, so you have to do it by yourself.

3) If you you have to invest always invest what you can afford to lose.
I bet they won't invest regardless of the project.

Every newbie should study about cryptocurrency firsthand before either investing their funds or time to promote projects. Time is money and should be valued as money.

I like OP's intention for helping those people who are new in crypto but I wonder if newbies reading this thread Cheesy Anyways the most important thing is that in every investment, you must be knowledgeable before investing your hard earned money whether in crypto or in real-life investment.
knowledge is indeed important in the investment field because we cannot produce in an easy way, because we are risking our funds. maybe some newbies don't care about this, especially for those who don't have people who can teach them.

1. Yes, research is your main key before joining or taking part in this industry. and I think investors already know about this step, on the other hand smart investors will never invest their money in the wrong place.

2. That's right, I personally always find out about any project there, in my opinion this is very helpful for all of us especially investors and prize hunters.

3. Never invest all your money just to invest in a project, my suggestion is to set aside a portion for real investment in the top cryptoqurrency in the market.

2) Yes visiting scam accusation thread here in forum will  give you idea what ICO or IEO need to avoid
3) Invest money that you can afford lose is also good,  and also invest in ICO that you think will give you huge profit.  Maybe 3 so that If you lose in 1 you have a 2 that will give your proft and recover your loses on ICO no 1.

Hey. This will not help beginners. Firstly, because they do not yet know where to look for information. Secondly, because they are newcomers))  ;)we were all like that and each of the newcomers is destined to go through. And in advance to guess whether the project will be successful unfortunately is not realistic. Here, even experienced ones can make mistakes.

i can agree with this, i guess the real question now is: how do we, who maybe have a bit more XP in this space, helps these newbs?
Do we be hard on them with their stupid questions? do we coddle them like children? how do you know which ones are scammers or worth the invested time?
people need to take care of themselves in the end, thats something each generation is losing i fear.... : /
