For now, there is nothing we can do is just wait until they will come back or the worst part is they will never pay their user's fund. I have seen cases the same on this and unfortunately, it is always a scam result which is they are going to pay.
Just keep contacting them and probably they will respond soon.

To keep contacting the website representative may not bring the result if the website has been operating with players there in illegitimate way and scamming them in the beginning. I don't know how good they are but they behave in bad way not giving information adequate for hodler to withdraw coins, coin exchange did such to investors before closing business.
But at least they tried because how do you want those claims to be handled and operate? isn't thru Website representative or at least the support?

Because scam site will keep scamming even how hard we wanted to avoid them, like some gambling site that has been promoting here in forum.

I will not mentioned name but you can find it with their own advertisers .

Just a friendly notice that i just seen luckyfish.io is closing soon, so if u have any funds there , withdraw ASAP

PS : i have no connection with luckyfish.io, just a regular gambler / member
Specific date of closure? or it is already closed now since your post is 4 months ago? if does then i think there is nothing to tackle here since the casino had already stop their operation and maybe now operating new casino in different name?

contacting the support is the only way because either scam or legit casino still it is the support that will give light to the case. so yeah they must contact the support for the best effect.

I just checked their website http://luckyfish.io/ and I saw the statement that they are going to stop deposits after 30th November. It doesn't mean they necessarily closing the business permanently though. Maybe they are going through some kind of maintenance. Why are they closing? Do you have any further information about their issues? Maybe it is a legal problem which they don't want to disclose.
Yes it is noticed that it is a website and there are many complaints against this website
There are so many types it's hard to say.  From which payment is not given.  And I think these will be fixed very soon.  I think it will pay off very soon.  From here everyone will get their payment.  That's what I think.

Normally, these gambling websites will not disclose the reason behind their closing. The problem is, there is this fear associated when it comes to claiming payments since there are lots of gamblers who have big deposits on their accounts. Though advance notice was given by the company, there is certainly that risk of losing all of your resources from this transition.

To all gamblers who still have deposits under their accounts in luckyfish, it is superbly advisable that you should move your funds ASAP. Please do not wait until the last day before you move your money- you might encounter issues and problems regarding with your payments.

I've seen the same happening in other casinos that they've announced their closure and they've give a notice for everyone to withdraw. But, there were still some users that left unaware of it because they're no longer active on that casino for a long time. And they've only checked it a few times and by checking it, they've missed the given period of withdrawal.
Most common thing that do happen and later complaints and issues would be raised on that they haven't able to withdraw their funds even if they had given ample time to do so.
Sometimes it isn't really just bad to make out some readings even if you are just playing then you should be sensible on various informations circling around so that you wouldn't
really get blinded specially into these kind of scenario or conditions on which you might be ending up on locking up funds.

Yes, of course, we should understand that it is not easy to create new software with maybe a new impression and interest in the casino world. especially now, we can find so many competitors related to gambling platforms. So maybe their team is really planning it carefully.
Yes, software development takes time and it's a tough and long process for it to be at least nearly perfect. Although there's no perfect software and there would some tests being run on it which is the basic part of the process.

Regarding the funds that are still on their platform, in fact, they have given an announcement about the withdrawal time, but indeed the time is so fast.
And maybe waiting for their platform to be ready and they are active again in customer service so that they can provide solutions to all users in the past.

It will only happen once they're back again. But for now, it seems that their new software isn't yet to come and it could come by suddenly when they're already fixed.

Some have already given up that there's no hope that their funds there won't be back anymore. But if this casino has said that in their announcement, then that's a good news but it might take time.
^ This is also becoming a lesson to us, never leave money on any centralized platform which is possible that someday it will turn out or shut down without further notice. For now, there is nothing we can do is just wait until they will come back or the worst part is they will never pay their user's fund. It is unfortunate to see that some players still have their money in an account with the site. You should always keep hope, but this is of course not very hopeful as it is now. I just hope that the players don't have large amounts involved, otherwise it would be very painful to lose a lot of money in that way. Representative of luckyfish is also absent unfortunately.

In my opinion it is scam, they have opened a thread in this forum: https://satoshigames.io/threads/luckyfish-io-announces-its-closure.19/

Scam or not that is not the issue here ,because the topic is about the closure and they are letting the players know so they can withdraw their funds before the final date, and this is not how the scammers do.
instead the site will automatically closed without notice to the general public so their funds will remain inside the casino.
but this action from luckyfish does not reflect to what you are claiming here.

Not everything is black and white like you make it seem.

Not stealing everyone's money all at once does not erase previous shady behavior.
yeah i guess you are completely correct , it did not cross my mind when posting since i am not one of the victim (if there is really one) as i have withdrawn my funds.

but those will serve as warning to anyone who wants to play or deal with this team here or in the other gambling site they will promote.
Hopefully, this news can help awareness the other gamblers who forgot their account on that site and still keep some balance on their account to withdraw the money immediately before they are late doing that. Besides announcing to close the site on their website, they should announce it here so we can know what we need to do. Maybe luckyfish.io can give a chance to members to withdraw their money so there will be no problem for both sides and they can officially tell the public that they are closing their website.
It does mate , because look how the community respond on this thread, there is a hint how we now need to be more vigilant and observant if we wanted to deal with casino in crypto specially those new one.
I'm not saying that Old casino does not scam their players but new casino nowadays are rampant in displaying their site with obvious reason of being scam.
so yes lets keep the distance between them and be aware of the funds you may lose in future.

Maybe they don't have enough gamblers playing here that's why there's no people talking about it anymore and also since there's no one claiming anything like they didn't get their balances the maybe their closure is successfully executed and all of their costumers got refunded already so if that's the xase there's no need for this thread to revive back so hopefully this post will be the last one.
They decided to close and terminate the contract because of some reason. ANd this has been happened in November.
Btw, they said that they will create their own game software in several months later after the announcement.
Is there any new information or announcement about this? Because I still cannot find their new one. Or, maybe they are just in progress.

I read about the news here:
Quote
“Hi Everyone,
You may have realized that we haven’t updated in a long time. For various reasons, we and our software provider are about to terminate the contract. We will launch our own software after 2-3 months and your account will be transferred to new version include VIP level and affiliate, but before that, we have to close it for a while. We will stop the deposit and game after November 30th, and players can withdraw in anytime. If you have any questions, please contact customer service.”

their announcement on their website never mentioned anything about a time limit on cashing out on their gambling site. besides, I think they do plan to reopen again as mentioned in the announcement on their website. looks at the first page of this thread. you'll see an image where they mentioned that they will launch their own software since the contract with their software provider will be terminated(or should I say has been terminated).

As long you could able to make some cash outs then that what matter most it doesnt matter if it does have time limit or not but generally speaking if they do re-open again then it would really be a good

news into those people who do play on the site for long and to those people who even didnt able to make out some withdrawal but since they are already having plans for some comeback then

it is really a good news.Im much aware of this site's existence though as i have heard of them.

PS : i have no connection with luckyfish.io, just a regular gambler / member

I have an account at luckyfish but I'm not active player there. I did once deposit and withdraw long time ago. Today I checked my email and I found about the announcement of the closing that they sent 2 days ago as quoted below:

Quote
We are very sorry for the inconvenience of this, You may have realized that we haven't updated in a long time. For various reasons, we and our software provider are about to terminate the contract. We decided to launch our own software after 2-3 months, but before that, we have to close it for a while. We will stop the deposit and game after November 30th, and players can withdraw anytime.

Please note that nothing will change Your VIP level, Your affiliate, Your Balances Will stay the same.

We will keep you updated here.

If you have any questions, please contact customer service.

Based on this email, we know that it will not be a complete closing as they will come back with their own software within 2-3 months. Although they say that balance and everything related to the account will stay the same when they do the relaunch, I believe it is better to withdraw the remaining balance first.

This is a positive heads-up from the luckyfish.io community, having shown and give a clear reason why they are closing down for a little period. I don't use them, but this is a good way of notifying every member of a community, so that when complains comes in, later in future for not being able to withdraw or play, it has been passed across to all users of the platform. This is more preferred unlike some platforms will just shutdown with no notice, and disappear into thin air, while others will keep posting you from one customer service center to another.

If the game and deposit part of the platform is being stopped or deactivated, to avoid taking in more money from it's users, and set the withdrawal open for anyone who still have funds in their account to make withdrawal, then this is a fair way of handling things.

This might be difficult to accept, but what if it is true. They might take a while to work on their own software which is better and more economical as the case might be.
Trust is one hard thing to find these days, and that makes it difficult to see one.

Well, since no one was talking here more, I need to add up that you can still Cashout Funds on Luckyfish and this like 2.5 Months after closing. I think this looks pretty promising for a re-open which i was pretty sure 2,5 months ago will never happen. So probably we will see Luckyfish soon in action again!

It's a good thing that they didn't miss informing their players about their closing. Not all casinos would succeed but it's still important that they would think of their user's welfare. I believe that they would reopen again soon so their concern for their users would be a good reason to keep their good reputation.

I believe same it may take some time for them to get their software which is a better option for the site and its customers as third-party game providers always come with conditions outside the site T&C. Looking forward to when they resume back for the main time.

Yeah there are less and less gamblers visiting their site because of them being scammer, there are tons of cases filed against them and even here in forum we can see some issues being Unhandled by this scam site.
so Expect closing because I'm sure they are creating another gambling site again to victimized gambler.
there are team or group of people that is running many sites with scam activities and they are organized team.
