If you have concrete Proof then Post in scam accusation and not here in Gambling section .

There's no accusation to make I have an account here and I'm surprised that they sent this announcement late in my email just received it an hour ago, they do not mean to harm their members account clearly stated in this newsletter, this is one fake news and people should take time to do a research and check and verify to avoid confusion, it's not fair to Luckyfish.

I true scam casino would just shutdown and the owners would run away with all the crypto, that's been deposited by the gamblers.
Well I don't think they will do that as the announcement on the website it was clearly said that they wanted to continue their business and have their own website after 2-3 months which may affect their reputation if they will run away here. That is a good example of a closing gambling site that will never do fraud activity, I hope everyone would like to clean up first their dignity before they end up their business. Hopefully, with the resumption of their business, there is something better than before.

OP,this forum thread is pretty much pointless because the luckyfish.io users have been informed by the casino about the upcoming changes. It has been clearly stated that the casino users can withdraw their funds at any time,so there's no need to hurry.
I am not sure about whether or not this is a shady and scammer crypto casino.I haven't used this website and it seems that most of the scam accusations haven't been proven with some solid evidence.
At least the luckyfish.io owners have the dignity to inform their users about this change.

Why do you think this is a scam? After all, they informed all players by e-mail that they were closing only temporarily. Everyone can withdraw their money. In my opinion, this is a sign of honesty and not an attempt of any cheating.
Don't trust account that will just post without any concrete evidence  and also checking His trust page you can assess if he is telling the truth or not.

After a while I realized that it must be a troll or someone who wants to damage good opinion of luckyfish.io
Everyone can see that luckyfish behave honestly and informed its users on time about all changes. There are no issues with withdrawals and this is best way to build trust of the casino.
I hope the update will be without problems as well.

If luckyfish.io is closing to come back again, then that's nice and most gamblers that are using luckyfish.io would be much happy for the early announcement. My advise is for gamblers to withdraw their funds and awaiting their relaunching cause many similar site had in this pattern closed their gambling site and never come back again incurring loses to gamblers who had funds and are optimistic about their reopening.
It should be withdrawn when a site is closing even if it will comeback after 2-3 months with their own software. They have no choice but to close when a contract ended unless they renew the contract with their provider or create and use their own software which is good and don't have to pay for the software. It is not that luckyfish is a scam site but to withdraw the funds and gamble in another gambling site before they come back or relaunch the site.

I also think withdraw is a better solution. We can all see that the casino is behaving honestly and warning users. However, it is impossible to predict whether the integration of the new software will be completely smooth. It is best to avoid such situations and in this case withdraw money now, and after installing new software, simply deposit again.

If you are a member then you should know Luckyfish's reputation, based on your post it looks like you don't trust Luckyfish, because you even post a warning and it's also a piece of fake news, since they are not closing but will just migrate to a new software, Luckyfish has a good intention on why they are stopping deposit but you make it appear that they are running away.  Cheesy

His main idea is to warn others about the temporary closing and he did even say that he is regular player in the site so how can you say he do not trust the site?
Lets say the same thing happen in other trusted website that want to close the site because of a reason.
Will you say someone who warn others about the closing is someone who do not trust the site?
This topic has nothing to do with TRUST, it is about WARNING about a specific moment related to a specific site.

I did not understand @rammy2k2's post as a scam warning.

In my opinion the most probably scenario, is that he informed the community that Luckyfish will be shutting down before Luckyfish has sent out a newsletter detailing the reasons for the temporary shutdown.

Well, it looks like their contract expired with their previous software provider, so they will most likely re-open their doors for business after they signed a new contract with a new software provider or if they had someone developing their own software?

Was there are any scam accusations against this casino that I might have missed? Sometimes they close their doors due to scam activities and re-open under a new domain.  Roll Eyes

IMHO, more control over their site is always a good thing. You have more control over developments especially if something breaks.

Good thing that registration is now an error. I thought first that they should remove it as it's prompting whenever visiting the site. In that way, no one will try to register as there are users that are not paying attention even the notice is right in front of their screen.

Professional approach to their users, unlike other sites that will go without a trace. There are not much details provided but users have to act right away to prevent a problem in the future.

You have to prove that they are a scam and we have a section for that I checked the scam accusation section and there are posts about luckyfish but it's not clear if they are indeed a scam casino, I have an account here after I log in I saw this notification

Hi Everyone,

You may have realized that we haven't updated in a long time. For various reasons, we and our software provider are about to terminate the contract. We will launch our own software after 2-3 months and your account will be transfered to new version include vip level and affilate, but before that, we have to close it for a while. We will stop the deposit and game after November 30th, and players can withdraw in anytime. If you have any questions, please contact customer service

They are not closing for good but they are migrating to new software, based on their announcement they are still going to operate with new software, there's nothing to be alarmed here unless there are proven allegations on Luckyfish.
Yeah i read that also in their email though i Doubt if they will truly migrate or this will be their Graceful exit.

remember that they had cases in that regards , so i'm afraid of their real motive in this temporary closure..

anyway this is good that OP shared this here because i did not give a time when i receive the email as i have no funds inside and did not even deposit though i created an account .

I am a regular player there. I have already withdrawn all my balance, as I don't want to take any risk if they are going to come back or not. All withdrawals were processed instantly and I have never faced any withdrawal problem there.

I hope they will resolve their all problems and come back with a new interface with some big promotions.  Grin
