Please don't get me wrong. With all these conflicts between you and the Shuffle team, if you are expecting to continue with affiliation with them then I guess you are ignoring the reality.

I am sure when you signed up to become an affiliate you agreed with their terms and somewhere in the terms they must provided that the business reserves all rights to terminate a contract whenever they want. Considering such terms, as an affiliate you have zero legal ground to do anything against a brand. This is one of the darkside of affiliate marketing to be honest.

I am not making a conclusion of your case or even not trying to give an opinion yet but a business have these terms to protect their business.

I understand your confusion, yes they had previously seen my Nebraska ID, but that was when we were still on good terms. I knew the second that message popped up asking me to KYC that they just made their final move. I was overwhelmed and terrified and about to lose my 6 figure a year income. For the record, within 24 hours of failing the KYC I emailed support with my Nebraska ID and explained that I was prepared to do whatever they needed to become compliant and prove my identity. I got no response.

From where did you inferred [wrongly] that Noah was not asked and nitpicked to death? Remember the post where I said, "I'll try to get ndumm's direct contact for a more seamless communication." and you asked whether he has replied to me and I replied much later that I've established communication with him? The posts happened only yesterday, should be still fresh in reader's memory.

I believe people can easily infer that I asked and nitpicked Noah through that direct contact. Afterall, I did say that I am looking for his contact for a seamless communication.

A nitpick to death for you for the time being, help me understand again, as I find my mind rather conflicted. Earlier you said that you submit fake KYC because you're panicked but on the statement above, Cam and your host [thus, Shuffle] have seen your Nebraska ID. So why still panicked upon asked for KYC and decide to submit fake one? They've seen your ID before.

That is two different screenshots. Cam is talking about Aldo one of the players from Shuffle who is from Turkey, he was calling me Aldo's American wife.

In order to receive a birthday bonus you have to give your ID to verify your birthday. I verified my birthday with my Nebraska ID. I received 2 birthday bonuses. One from Cam and one from my other hosts.

I honestly didn't realize I was going to need to bring out so many receipts. I am sure I have more because like I said, we talked about this more than once. I will go through every conversation until you are satisfied, even though the end result will still be me asking for a withdrawal only affiliate account.

I understand the need for you to find out information but I don't understand the focus on trying to make sure my story is nitpicked to death while Noah has yet to answer a single question, like why he won't give me a compliant account or why BTCS and BossmanJack and his streamers and all of Shuffle are allowed to play from restricted territories while I am punished.

Well, actually Noah has just established a communication with me earlier today, and I can't give a follow ups to the forum as I am about to leave to hancle my IRL situation and I had an afterhour meeting that I can only pop into the forum now. But as evidenced by his post, he made several statement.

Mandy, you'll hate me for this, but I have to say that based from your screenshot, and unless you have better one that clearly shows Cam knows you're US resident, an explicit convo about nationality, or address where Shuffle can send Christmas hampers, or favorite cafe in US that you visited daily, that convo about American idol and you being the wife of... a contestant, it's circumstantial at best.

The nature of the convo that lean towards a banter, the ambiguity of the citizenship and the residency status of this "American wife". I don't think it will hold. I don't know the context of this American idol at all, at all, but the way I see it from the screenshot, without added context, Cam could just said that in a joking manner.

Please tell me that you've perhaps do KYC before this with your US ID and they accepted that, that'll prove that they know you're American and still allows you. Or is this the first instance you did your KYC? Other convo that indicate, conclusively, that Cam knows you're an American, perhaps?

- I don't know what you mean by things devolving when discussing this issue specifically since we have yet to discuss this issue at all.

- You were aware of my residence. You had to keep deleting the youtube link of me on American Idol and Cam absolutely knew, we made fun of eachother often. But you still haven't even explained why you are fine streaming from Australia or why Japan has it's own official Shuffle Twitter and Telegram or why Aldo is from Turkey but you still let him wager millions every week. Ultimately they are irrelevant when it comes to finding a solution because I have no intentions of chatting at Shuffle ever again. -CasinoGuru doesn't deal with Affiliate disputes. Noah we don't need a mediation service, I am asking for you to please just turn my account into a non-gambling account and you'll never hear from me again. It is the perfect solution and everyone can move on happily. Please just end this.

This thread has devolved quite quickly, as it usually does when discussing this issue specifically, so I’ll give some final thoughts and a recommendation for Mandy.

- contrary to Mandy’s suggestion, I was not aware of her United States residence. US residents are not permitted on Shuffle (as per our Terms of Service) and I would’ve closed her account sooner if I had proof of this.

- I can’t talk on behalf of Cam and whether he knew or not, we have a protocol to follow if we suspect a user of breaking Terms of Service so I’ll make sure of whether that’s the case or not, but that doesn’t mean that anything changes with how we handle it from the point that we were made aware.

- Suggesting that we were wrong to chat ban Mandy because other people are also toxic is like suggesting that a police officer shouldn’t have pulled someone over because other people were also speeding. Then try suggesting that when this police officer has pulled them over and warned them over 10 times. I also don’t think a chat ban should be taking up valuable space in a scam accusation thread.

Mandy, I would recommend that you open a case with Casinoguru or some other casino mediation service. Unfortunately, I no longer wish to DM you directly because you weaponise messages, and I have no interest in having my messages with you be taken out of context. A mediation service will be able to dig into the specifics of this issue, and if we are deemed to be in the wrong and still don’t accept that, then you can use that ruling against us if you wish.

I seriously don't get it. I sit here and refresh the page all day waiting to see if there is a response from Noah. He see's me here. He see's me. He knows I want to talk to him about this and he knows I am doing everything I can to try and get this resolved, but all he can do is drop in to make some generic comment about compliance and then disappear again. you're misunderstanding. I have no idea who the people are that are talking about FTX. I barely know what FTX even is. The only people I see spamming are kairos, mlak and truthcompiler and I have no idea who any of them are and I certainly did not bring them here. I have no intention to accuse you deliberately do what I am going to say next, especially since I don't have a concrete proof of it, but having been around this board on daily basis for the past couple of years, I can confidently say that the traffic of the poster of this thread is very unusual.

Shuffle never cut bonuses, they changed lossback structure simply, same structure basically as stake now. Just for reference - I have gambled at every single major casino in this space for years and without 1 doubt shuffle is the BEST casino of them all and it is not even remotely close.
