Hey guys - there was no targeted campaign against this user, they were identified as having logins from a restricted jurisdiction and so they went through our identity verification process (as we do for all users we identify as potentially breaking Terms of Service). Unfortunately, this user then proceeded to attempt to complete ID verification with multiple forged IDs. We have a zero tolerance stance on fraudulent activity on Shuffle; subsequently their account was permanently closed. We have regulatory obligations, as all crypto casinos do, which come above any personal situation a user may claim to have.

Regarding the chat bans; this user received in excess of 15 temporary chat bans through their time at Shuffle, before the final permanent ban. There were no shortages of warnings to them. Hope this helps.

Yeah I don’t think ur going to get a response dear. A lot of people tried contacting them about Mandy’s situation but you either get left on seen, or just ignored/blocked, pretty crazy tbh. But it’s totally worth a shot tho, and I hope he responds at least.

Nah, Holydarkness is very popular here in terms of fixing casino conflicts. He has connections to different casino that makes him easier to communicate and get response.

Most importantly, he is fair to both player and casino that makes him reputable here. Just let him do his work after all this is just a free service from his side to contribute in the bitcointalk community.

This issue is not new. I remember a popular member here experienced the same from Betfury but later on resolved the issue.

Correct, there is not an issue regarding the graphics I made. I include the information to show how involved I was with Shuffle. This isn't just a case of a random player being KYC'd and banned. They knew me, they all knew me. This is not random and it has nothing to do with compliance.

My entire Shuffle account is closed. I cannot log in and they have severed all communication. Not even support will respond to my emails.

All I can suggest to do is wait. I'll give a couple of days, and if he's yet to respond, I'll try to reach and jump through several connection to get to him through different means of communication.

Thank you, I will be shocked if he replies and says anything more than "she broke the TOS" as that is the most anyone has gotten from anyone at Shuffle. I know that if someone would just talk to me, we could work this out, but I can't get anyone to answer me. It's beyond upsetting.

I see, so the freelance job kinda paid-on-the-spot basis where they ask you to design things and they pay you right after. And I understand there is no issue from this job side? The situation is with your affiliate commission and they blocked you from their chatroom? Or I understand a bit wrongly and there are other issues?

Well known scammer, there are videos online on YouTube of people exposing her scams. some dude on twitter completely exposed all her posts that I was reading about shuffle and she blocked him (because he knew the truth and called her out). You scam all your affiliates and I have heard an unbelievable amount of people complain about you before. You also got muted from advertising other casinos in shuffle chat room. You are a pretty bad user and are extremely toxic in the community, which in my opinion is worthy of a lifetime mute. I saw you do this on more than one occasion too in chat. Also in regards to the affiliate situation, you are lying through your teeth. you have one great user Simba who plays in big amounts and you do not make 6 figures from affiliates, you also will not get a 6 figure airdrop you liar LOL. You are petty you got caught breaking TOS and want to lash out and make up lies to the public to try and tarnish a reputable casino that has a proven track record of being trust worthy and legit. Oddly enough, I know Mandy from the exact opposite side of the story than what you've written. Statements like this need to be backed up with concrete facts and evidence, not just emotion and accusations. Criticism and personal attacks not only do not add weight to arguments, but can also be taken as discrediting

You sure do have a lot to say about someone you don't know. Nothing I have said here is a lie, I can prove every single word. I have never seen a youtube video about me and Shuffle, please tell me who you are talking about? What part am I lying about and which affiliates did I scam and how? It's disheartening to read about how such a transformative contribution to Shuffle Casino was met with unfair retaliation. The effort and dedication you've described—helping shape their VIP ecosystem, driving $150M+ in wager volume, and creating 30+ graphics—show that you went above and beyond as an affiliate and collaborator. For this to result in systematic silencing and financial loss is deeply unjust.

Retaliation through selective enforcement of KYC and communication blackouts is not only unethical but also damaging to Shuffle Casino's reputation in the long term. I sincerely hope Shuffle Casino reconsiders its stance and works toward a resolution that reflects the values of trust and professionalism.

I encourage everybody to participate and support an open dialogue about this. Affiliates are the backbone of many platforms, and their contributions should be respected, not exploited. Affiliates and players deserve transparency and fairness, especially when they have contributed significantly to a platform’s growth.

tl;dr Turns out, that helping build an online casino run by children gets you a royal fuck-off rather than a crown. They should reconsider this dick-tug of war game called "Where's My Fuckin' Money?" Pull your head out of your ass Shuffle, reputation is important and worth a lot more than what she is due.

Given the amount of work and contribution you have made to Shuffle Casino. Your accusations against the company are a serious signal to the entire industry, especially in the context of their selective approach to compliance and use of KYC as a pressure tool. Shuffle Casino, demonstrates an extremely non-transparent approach, and locking an account withholding earned commissions looks like an open breach of duty. If they are indeed operating from restricted territories (e.g. Australia), yet penalizing others for the same actions, this is a double standard that needs to be addressed.

In February 2023, I introduced a high-roller (Simba), to Shuffle during their launch week.  He became their first Diamond VIP, and has generated over $100 million in wager volume.  I was an active member of the community and the day my account was closed I had 12 million in personal wager and 150 million in affiliate wager. Not only was I a Ruby 5 player, but I acted as a freelance graphic designer for almost a year, creating dozens of graphics for their social media and as much as Shuffle may deny it, I have been an asset and continue to be while my affiliates continue to generate income for Shuffle even while I am not able to receive the promised commission from them.

In March of 2024, Shuffle removed Simba from my affiliate code, claiming they couldn't afford both his bonuses and my 30% commission.  They offered me a $1500 bonus for nearly $50 million in generated wagers and told me there was no going back and forth. It was a done deal. So I went public. on August 18, 2024 I shared the story on Twitter and Telegram and pretty quickly the owner Noah  reinstated Simba to my code at my full rate and paid me $30,000 in back commissions for the time he was not under my code.

I thought Noah and I had turned a page and things were going to be better, but almost immediately retaliation followed.  I was progressively muted in the Shuffle chat – first for seven days, then thirty, then permanently. Multiple Shuffle staff admitted the mutes were unjustified but that they originated from upper management and could not be removed. Then after a year and a half of being part of the Shuffle ecosystem, I received a pop up message from live support requesting  KYC. When I went to message Cam or Noah or any of the people I had been talking to for over a year, they had already blocked me. They knew this was happening. They are the ones who did it. Within  24 hours, my account was gone, along with the  $8,000 in unclaimed commission...not gambling winnings... commission. Even live support stopped responding to me. All communication channels were severed.

Their silence about the details, their own daily violations of the same exact TOS they are using to keep me from my account, their knowledge of my location, the dedicated Shuffle channels and chatrooms for restricted countries, and their awareness that a huge portion of their player base lives in these places, should be enough to tell you this account closure is not fair or random. Regardless of what you think about me personally.  After multiple attempts, I have received no communication or response from anyone at Shuffle.

They refuse even a compliant business-only account for withdrawals.  My attempts to resolve the situation have been ignored.  The result: over $8,000 in withheld commissions, an estimated $200,000+ PER YEAR in lost future earnings, and denial of promised SHFL Airdrop 2.  

  • First came the chat mutes: 7 days, then 30 days, then permanent
  • Staff privately admitted the mutes were unjustified but "came from the top"
  • Finally, after 1.5 years of daily business dealings, sudden KYC enforcement
  • Account closed with $8,000+ locked inside
  • Complete communication blackout - blocked on all channels

Current Status
  • $8,000+ in withheld commissions
  • Estimated $200,000+ yearly future earnings blocked
  • Denied access to promised SHFL Airdrop 2
  • All communication channels cut off
  • Multiple reasonable resolution attempts ignored

When you become too successful, when you bring in too much volume, or when you dare to speak up about unfair treatment - you risk losing everything without warning or recourse.
