You are right here. I have known some projects, they cashed out their ETH and BTC to Fiat money! Though I think this is not a bad idea in this collapse crypto market! So, every project who cashed out crypto will not go away! Some projects had to do it! Like Yumerium raised 3 Million USD if the keep their ETH and BTC then their 3 Million is now less than 1 Million USD then how can a good project will run without good money? But I respect your concern too!
I still think that the market will fall even more and so while waiting for the market reversal is not worth it. There can only be a short-term increase in prices, and this will be due only to the fact that the whales are partially purchased.
