Ethereum is platform with smart contracts, waves is only tokens. I think both are good projects with different main objectives. Ethereum with their smart contracts and a network with so many giant projects inside. Waves have its own network too but with still growing project. I like Waves because it is a decentralized trading platform and I believe this is going to be big soon.
Waves failed because too small amount of icos were in their platform and only russian one i think and russians usually fail icos.
Ethereum, people have known it for so long, it has a good foundation at this point. Waves are also good and it takes more time to develop.
If the choice is only between waves with ethereum I prefer ethereum,
because in my opinion ethereum has a promising future,

Lol, i’m sorry but, supporting waves seems so unnecessary to me. When it first came up, it was so promising but then it’s kinda failed. I don’t trust waves anymore and i don’t even compare it to ethereum. Eth is much better than waves.
I think the same as others here in this forum. Waves is not in anyway in competition with ethereum. Every coin is competing with each other and looking at the ranking on exchanges I didn't see waves getting closer to ethereum except ripple that is always following next. So for me it is not waves but maybe ripple.

ethereum ks good and i believe that you can rely it your mo ey and ylu can find outa new source of mo ey in this crypticurecny Does any one thinks that Ethereum can survive with the rising of Waves? I've heard that "Waves will be the next Ethereum"
i think that ethereum is nice and i believ in its growth in the nearest future soi thonk that you can trust ethereum nowadays

Waves is way to simple for project on it to have credibility of raising lots if dollar! People want to see some capacity not just type in token!
I think ETH is the best, even the best contender for BTC. Wave is unreliable i think they just rush lunching the wave coin and who knows when this going to rise again.
very clearly and confident I will choose to have as much ethereum as I can because with ethereum I can get a lot of benefits and not only that ethereum also has a smart contract platform and technology that can be used for the development of many platforms.

You are right, waves are good and promising, but for now ethereum is superior. At present all the prices of each coin fall very far, and when comparing significant decreases between ethereum and waves, ethereum is more reliable because more waves decrease. 
The ethereum is a much more technological project than waves. This is how to compare renault logan and mercedes benz s class. Different level, do not compare them

It's very obvious that ETH outperformed Waves as of to date. Waves ATH was $16.74 and current price is $1.75 while ETH ATH was $1,389 and current price is $319.61 / they all dropped significantly
but it's very clear that Waves dropped more than ETH.
