The bounty offers investors nothing but quality exposure of what the project is all about. nothing else. they have nothing to do with the bounties participants. the spreedsheet as you said shows token rewards of participants but the right value of a token is determine in the market. it is essential to promote the project as a hunter while the investor funds the project.
It's true. Some project offers very good amount of reward. But after working 8 weeks to 12 weeks, Spreadsheet makes us disappointed and token price also drop. I think manager should limit joining bounty hunters, that will be helpful and inspire them work properly

I agree with you. Recently, the bounty participants have a problem with getting earned tokens, and also have a very bad price for them. I myself have been participating in bounty companies for a long time, and when I see the accrual table, I see good earnings, but as soon as the time comes to pay, the tokens that I receive practically cost nothing. what just happened, in the bounty dogdata, you can see that in the spreadsheet the participants get quite a lot of tokens, and if they are calculated based on the IEO price, then their income is quite large. however, because the price of the tokens is down, so although generally they get a fairly large asset, the price is quite low now.
I was also surprised that their prices dropped 100 times in just a few days. Obviously this is one of the most bullshit projects in 2020, I had previously thought that the bounty hunter will get a great amount of money from it when the price is very good and has great liquidity. But soon the price dropped and a lot of people were disappointedBecause i dont see any concept that will make the project thrive in the future.
Speaking of the distribution, they probably out it on hold because of the current market stance.
Meanwhile, this project can make waves in the future if most government support crypto without that the concept the project had wont make it thrive.

I believe if you make mistakes several times and learn from them you will get better in time, some bounty projects are purely bad to begin with, I will use few projects as example, dogdata and kingcasino, many smart hunters have detected that kingcasino is scam but many don't believe it even when a thread was opened about kingcasino but dogdata is completely a bad project for blockchain, it's not needed to be on blockchain, it's a complete waste of time

I know the feeling when you thought you already earned a lot but the truth is you just earn display tokens that only valuable on spreadsheet. There are some sections in this forum where by high rank members tend do do research about a project and tell if it's a scam or not, despite the fact that they confirmed some projects to be scam, some bounty participants without doing research will keep on promoting it and at the end of the bounty it's either they are given a worthless token or exit eventually, due deligence is required before you join a bounty, if not, you will just be rich on spreadsheet
Please, I would appreciate if you can make such sections known to us. Since most bounty hunters don't know how to go about the due diligence, getting to read what high rank members have researched would be helpful. We can start from there before learning to carry out the due diligence ourselves.
I have been working or participating in this forum for such a long time and first time I saw somebody claiming that the high ranking members tend to do research about a project and tend to share whatever research they did to the community. Well if that is true, we'd all be millionaires by now. I don't think the cryptocurrency game is different from any other financial game out there and there is a tendency that very important information might be shared only to the ones that are close to each other. I am not here to criticize the person who posted his opinion on this but I just want to show my amazement that if this is true then I am not sure why me and so so many others don't know about these threads.

It is high bounty hunters get more smarter and only work for projects that has the possibility of being successful and retain its value for some months after the crowdsale or IEO.
