for people who like investing in bitcoin and like trading bitcoin, of course there is always a desire in their minds to make t-shirts with the bitcoin logo or buy clothes with the bitcoin logo, in my opinion, in this case it depends on the environment or a region, if in that area the economy is good and the majority have many who invest in bitcoin and there are always a lot of people wearing clothes with the bitcoin logo in my opinion that's not a problem. What this means is that the risk of crime will be minimal because many people wear clothes with the bitcoin logo, sometimes bad people will think that bitcoin clothing is just a trend and of course it will make bad people confused in choosing targets of people they suspect because criminals also won't know how much bitcoins owned by many people wearing bitcoin clothing. and if the economic conditions in an area are good, then the crime rate will definitely not be high.

In my opinion, wearing bitcoin clothes is very risky, because the high price of bitcoin will make bad people target people who have btc, so in my opinion it is better to prevent crime than for crime to occur. In my opinion, wearing clothes with the Bitcoin logo is very risky so you have to be careful.

Not a good idea for me because you are just removing your privacy for having Bitcoin holdings and you might be target by scammer since they already have an idea that you are a holder.
(....)
This is just a downside for me, it is more likely you are exposing your own self that you are a Bitcoin hodler, and some criminals can target you.
But the good side here is you are advertising Bitcoin for free, and when someone sees your t-shirt some could become curious and they will start to research it or best way to hold some also.
I don't understand why people always think that when we wear clothes with the bitcoin logo, we will become a target for criminals? So what if we wear clothes with gold or diamond logos printed on them? Do they think we have a lot of gold and diamonds?

What's more, if we all always hide and don't reveal to the world or promote people about bitcoin. So how can we always expect it to become more popular and become a currency when we never want to use it publicly? Isn't that a contradiction?, we all want privacy and we want bitcoin to be popular and widely used?

I have no problem wearing Bitcoin clothing in Public but sadly I have none for now though there is a seller in our local  section but the delivery fee is so high because we are from far city .

But if given this chance? i will be proud wearing my Bitcoin shirt in public and will even have one for my Biking outfit .
But of course we must also aware of how handling our showing bitcoin support because in the back of it there will be a danger being targeted by people who hunts crypto from other people .

People who want private life, prioritize their privacy and safety will not want to show their faces and inform the public that they are Bitcoin investors. Risk starts from this and the public means many people put you under their radars. With good people, they are only curious but with bad people they might have some bad thinking and dangerous plans that are out of your control.

This style is for people who want to be influencers who want to be famous and build up their communities as bigger as possible. Maybe they do know about risk but just have bigger interest to be more famous.

There was a time I wanted to buy Bitcoin apparels, but then I realized later on that it might not be a good thing. That was after I read many news about Bitcoin owners who are being robbed of their Bitcoin and even hurt in the process. Now I prefer to just stay quiet about being involved in Bitcoin. Although there are people who know that I have a small amount, they're mostly relatives and friends. I don't want to attract unnecessary attention.

This isn't a bad idea most especially if you have some of those cool Bitcoin designs for a good art designer,  but then it may attract a lot more negativity to you than positivities, the  This is because wearing such encrypted Bitcoin clothing exposes you to a lot of risks and deny you the right to privacy and if you are leaving in a country such as a mind where there be multiple cases of scam and other security issues, it becomes important that, you as a Bitcoin holder must too everything 7ot takes to remain safe and securely protected at all time.
It is true that if we wear t-shirts that have the Bitcoin logo, it will put us in trouble if someone has evil intentions towards us, but this is not the case in all places where people understand what Bitcoin is so those who see it casually don't care about the logo. on the clothes we wear, but if we wear them in a place where people understand a lot about Bitcoin, I think this will have a bad impact on us, so it would be better for us not to wear these t-shirts.

Has anyone ever tried wearing a Bitcoin clothing in public? I wore mine to an event earlier this week and noticed that most of the young age people were looking at it. One person even asked me if I owned a Bitcoin(which I've answered him ). It just popped into my mind that is it making myself vulnerable to bad people? We are aware that we should keep quiet if we own Bitcoin because of the risk that someone will hurt us or target us so that they could get our Bitcoin.

You may have legalized Bitcoin in your country so you are able to walk around in public places wearing a T-shirt with the Bitcoin logo. In this case you may have faced questions from two or four people but in this case you have not faced any problem. But in my country this idea is completely opposite because if I go to public place wearing any T-shirt with Bitcoin Logo, I must face various problems. Especially the government and state banking system of my country is completely against bitcoin, that's why if anyone is involved in discussing or dealing with bitcoin here, police action is taken against him in our country. This is why we cannot use any t-shirts with Bitcoin logos even if we would like to. We all fear getting into legal trouble and once we get caught by the police we must face huge career problems.

So do things you believe in so at least when time comes to die you will know you did things you believe in.
The anti-mainstream opinion, Just do it once before you die and after that time there will be no chance again.

Some time ago I also made a T-shirt Design for Coinomize's Bitcoin Mixer Platform and many liked the design and even Coinomize sponsored it.

I wore it last week at the Car Freeday event, and there was no response whatsoever about the shirt I was wearing.
Just a few pranksters scanning barcodes to find out what's on my back.

Where I live or in the city I live in, Bitcoin is not very popular and no one even notices the T-shirt I use.
The average of them considers Bitcoin as a worthless digital currency, just like a Ponzi scheme, MLM and others.

There is no threat to the use of T-shirts with the Bitcoin logo or anything like that at my place.
It's been quite an exciting experience, which others say looks extreme.

You already knew what lies on your front because of this wearing because until now it is still not normal for the world to see Bitcoin wearing person.

What I do believe is that some of us(who have printing business and clothing) should print and create as much Bitcoin logos and shirts even other clothing  just to show the world Bitcoin exist and not owned by some few , so this will divert their thinking to whom really owns Bitcoin because the design will become a common to the world.

people wear a lot of T-shirts in where I'm from that, they have no understanding about the inscriptions on it most times because some of these items were purchased from thrifts or gifted to them by someone else. If I wear a T-shirt with Bitcoin inscription only two out of 10 people will notice it and only one out of those two persons will have the courage to walk up to me and ask me about Bitcoin to know what I know about it. People are very focused on their own problems around me, they barely concern themselves with other people's problems or what other people do.

This is a very bad idea, years ago when bitcoin was not as famous as it is now you could have done this and find other like-minded individuals and have a nice conversation with them and even make some new friends as well.

However now that many people that are not part of this market know that bitcoin is an extremely valuable asset, by wearing a shirt like that you are basically advertising that you have some bitcoin, and this could make you a target for criminals trying to steal your bitcoin.

I don't have issues wearing some bitcoin logo t-shirts as long as you do it  in your bitcoin community but wearing it publicly, I guess that will only trigger those bad people around and might think that you are hodling a huge amount of bitcoin. The essence of promoting bitcoin to the crowd has lost because your life is now in danger. And for god's sake, I would never trade my life for bitcoin.

While wearing the logo of bitcoin makes us think proud and grateful, but for other people it could mean a different thing. They might think that we are bragging and flaunting our wealth, and that gives bigger opportunity for the bad guys around to plan an attack against us.

No I wouldnt advertise that I am a Bitcoiner.

I also wouldnt advertise on my T-Shirt that I buy Gold bullion and Diamonds.

I can understand the attraction of wearing Bitcoin themed clothes to an event with like minded people,
or if I was working at promoting Bitcoin in El Salvador for example but I am the type who doesnt want to
attract unnecessary atention, particularly the negative type.

Stay under the radar and dont make yourself a possible target, thats my 2satoshis

It's a cool shirt. But I have not worn such before. Plus I am not the type that likes to tell people that I am holding Bitcoin.
I do explain to people what Bitcoin is all about, and I show them that I am very positive about it, but I do not tell them that I hold Bitcoin, because that would lead to questions like “How many Bitcoin do you have?”, as they would become curious to know how much you have invested, and it is not good to give out such information to people.

Good way to let people know that you're a bitcoin enthusiast, might even get people asking what you're wearing or what it represents. I had a former friend (details as to why he's a former friend unnecessary to this post) who used to add bitcoin stickers on his car and his pc, given the fact that I was the one who introduced him to cryptocurrencies in the first place and he was able to adopt early and make a killing out of this ordeal. He got people asking what bitcoin is and all that stuff so I guess it's working.

just of course make sure you're wearing something that is actually wearable. I saw other people wear over-edited crypto shirts which by the way, i have no qualms with, you do you, but on the context of clothing and fashion you'd look like a dufus outside and may even make people think you're cringe or something.

What about all those so called crypto experts on youtube with their crypto channels?  What is the difference between them vs someone like you?  Surely the people with youtube channels are much well known so aren't they putting themselves in much more danger?  I know many of them are probably rich but how many of them are walking around with security all the time?

I mean if you are one of those real wealthy people and popular on TV and talk about bitcoin on tv, well people would know they have bitcoin.  But the difference here is someone like that has security with them all the time right?

That is not new here in our country, because there are people doing it. In fact, there is even a display in a mall here that is actually being sold in a department store. And the other person who said it here may also have a point that it can put you at risk, but it may also depend on where you are.

Because there is also for sure someone who will just buy it without knowing anything about Bitcoin that the person may just like because he or she likes the fabric of the dress or its design, it can be like that.

Not a bad idea sometimes may just be a very bad idea. Apart from the fact of security reasons, Bitcoin owners are seen as rich and in making it a public knowledge of such an interest, by wearing such a t-shirt or clothing, one becomes a hot target for kidnappers and bandits/criminals.

It's a good campaign and awareness strategy for the crypto, BTC, and it has to be if no consequence for such clothing with such inscription or logo of BTC on it to be worn in any particular region or state or country.

Actually, it's a dilemma for something like this. On the one hand, maybe our aim is to introduce Bitcoin to the public. But on the other hand, it is indeed risky for us, because we will reveal our privacy regarding Bitcoin or crypto ownership, including secrets. The problem is that there are things that are criminal, which can happen at any time and for any reason. Especially when someone randomly asks you if you have Bitcoin? Then this will be a little worrying, if they know about how valuable Bitcoin is, then this will be a risk. It could be that this will continuing friendship, but on the other hand, the risk is a crime. Because not everyone is equally good. So, we have to be more vigilant.
