Solana is good option and it has a good future but I don't think XRP is much potential project. It is better to invest on Luna rather than investment on XRP. I'll suggest to avoid Meme coins also if you're are a long time token holder.
Solana and Luna are currently in very good shape, so investors will certainly look at these two coins before buying them to invest, but for XRP I don't think it would be bad if you want to invest at this time, just not suitable for the long term in my opinion.

ADA is not looking bullish like others but still I believe that it will be top coin which will rock in future. Currently ADA Network is very slow and take almost half hour to swap on Sundaeswap. Token transfer also taking long time but it will be resolved when it upgrades.LTC is much down from ATH. I am not holding single LTC. I just used LTC because of Low fee and some exchange and service only accept LTc so I use LTC for this purpose.

Privacy oriented proof of stake, Layer 1 midcaps, NFT related projects and communities that reward their users. I would say metaverse as wearable ar solutions are further away. But basically everything in the internet is part of this metaverse already, it's just a GUI to stitch it together and honestly i don't understand why google doesn't do it. They would have so much more to offer then facebook (or meta).

yes these 2 are old coin but look at it now, ADA is climbing high with almost 40% while LTC remains silent and has only 7% increase .
