Before two year I need to send $15 for giftcard guy sent me a message with different address aand I sent him money then again sent me a message that send money to this address first one was wrong address by mistake and said previously sent money will be refunded to you as no one owns that address because 0 transaction and then after I've sent money no response from him.
This happens when I first used bitcoins and the seller of giftcard only accepting btc. I learned a lot from it.

There are many mistakes that I did with bitcoin in the past as when I was new to bitcoin I sent my bitcoins to wrong address and other mistake was using my bitcoins in gambling where most of the times I lost my money and loosing in gambling is still going on and god knows when I will quit gambling.
yes i also done different mistakes in different time. in resent time i sell some of my bitcoin in 1000 USD price and now i am regretting that i have made a big mistake.
My biggest mistake was not getting into mining or at least mine on my PC back when I first ran across Bitcoin miner early.
But I started mining at late 2014. After that I read some article saying it could hurt my PC so I just stopped mining. And my PC was attacked by some silent mining program and i was unable to recover my PC.

There are alot of mistakes i have done since i started using and earning bitcoins.First of all is the thing that i just didnt entertain and search about bitcoin wayback of the time of his launch and start when bitcoin reach a 400$ mark.Second is gambling all my bitcoins and eventually losing it all.Last is my hype that i want to earn big makes me fall to hyip and lose more money
It seems mistakes over here are unavoidable and it will even be surprising that the same mistakes put on record here will still be made by someone else in the near future when there is a platform for record keeping like this. In my own case, my mistake was trusting a ponzi scheme after reading that at the beginning they pay then scam later. So, I joined the site at the very time it begins and to my surprise as at the time for me to make withdrawal like 3 days later, the site has gone scam and that was how my money went down the drain.
Lol when Bitcoin was around $5 I read the white paper and was like pfft this ain't getting any where...That was a huge huge mistake not to invest

The biggest mistake I've done when the first time i read about bitcoin i didn't believe on it that is the time that bitcoin price is only 1$ i regret in my life that why i don't believe to it. The biggest mistake that never forget if i recall everything i dream that am a millionaire now when i buy bitcoin that time.
I was informed earlier about digital currency years back. I didn't gave ear to it, else I could have made a big earning because during that time the price was around $280. Now too it's not too late to benefit from bitcoin.

Its too late to regret since past is past and you are not the only one being able to sell off their bitcoins on cheaper price compared as to now. The biggest mistake that I've ever made in bitcoin was when I forgot to save my password in one exchange platform which I signed up. It was pitiful by that time in my part. Why? because I had a lot of coins which I saved to that exchange I won't mentioned it what trading platform is that, I tried to contact their admin but nothings happen, Until I accepted the fact that I've loss big amount of BTC I think its round about 0.8btcBTC. So I take it a big lesson to me.

Same with me, the first time i know bitcoin. I've been fooled by several Ponzi schemes sites like HYIP and some cloudmining that already closed.
I think things like that are commonplace for new users in the world of bitcoin because their knowledge about it. But in fact such a thing can also be avoided by actively reading the threads here. But at that time I was not familiar with bitcointalk and I think this incident is a serious error by believing hyip sites and cloudmining. Thank you

Me too. I was stupid and didn't know anything about Ponzi and HYIP site before, and keep deposited my money into Ponzi site for higher profit. But in the end they ran away my money and closed their service and then I stay away from HYIP. i do that when i am newbie at bitcoin and investing program

My mistake is very normal and popular. I sold some of my coins at the very low price and I regret selling them. Since I'm still newbie way back then, I don't have any signals and I wasn't able to follow predictors opinion. So instead of being calm the feeling that reigned to me is to do panic selling. But as of now, I'm trying to fix that mistake.
My biggest mistake that I have done on bitcoin is I trust someone that I really don't know who he is because he says to me that I invest on that site then you earn profit everyday forever. And because I am new in bitcoin on that day and because he is good in salestalk then he has a proof that the site is paying so I invest bitcoin then at first its paying but after a couple days it stop paying then the site is cannot open. Then the most worst is I had scammed already then I had scammed again, lost again BTC.
