The most important characteristics for a casino are those that are not really that flashy but that make all the difference between a good casino and a bad casino, the first is security, if a casino is hacked all the time then there is no point playing there, customer service is another important characteristic, dealing with customers is key, whether they are satisfied customers or the ones that complain about something, treating them with respect and solving their issues is key, and finally being an honest casino is very important as well, if players believe that a casino is not to be trusted then they will not bother playing in that casino at all.

There are many features from the list am interested in but, unfortunately, it's not possible to pick more than one choice (I believe the forum software doesn't allow creating multi-choice polls). Anyway, as a forum user, I believe the most logical choice is "Engagement with Bitcointalk community", so I voted for it (the only one so far!).
The reason for my choice is that if a casino cares about the bitcointalk community and have an active representative here, we won't have to deal with customer support and complaints can be raised and answered here.
If it was possible to choose other options then I would choose "Security" then "Bonuses & offers".
"Sign up speed" comes at the bottom of the list.

We can't really pick 5 in the above available list. Well I do think when I think about an online casino the things that I find the most attractive is :
1. Responsiveness to complaints
Which can also be categorized into the consumer support list.
2. Instant withdrawals but they should not charge heck a lot of money for them, I played at a casino once which charged 40$ to withdraw any kind of money
3. Security as and also the casino license. More often people don't trust a casino without a license, well if the Gambling is regulated then I find it very important for a casino to get a license which is acceptable.
4. Bonuses and offer undoubtedly
5. The choice of gaming available
6. The casino must have probably fair games.

As I can see all of the listed features are important to have in online crypto casinos. Casino with all the listed features will be the most chosen one. Since you limit it to 5 only, here are my choices:

Is this the final list or can I add items here as desired? For me, one of the most important is the lack of KYC. I understand that starting from certain amounts, it is very difficult to avoid this without going beyond the laws, but are there really no minimum values where you can do without it? If not, then I don't see much advantage of crypto oriented casinos over classic fiat ones.

Well, every legit site wanted to give convenience to their players and so they have to provide it. Taking care and being responsive their querries and complaints give the confidence that they care much of the gamblers, not just their own benefits.

For me this depends a bit if I am already a customer of the casino or if I am considering to open an account there. As a new customer the two most important things for me are if the casino is legit and what kind of bonuses do they offer. Casinos became quite competitive in the last year and offer a wide range of bonuses. Starting with a 100 or 200% deposit bonus makes a huge difference. As an existing customers bonuses are not so important anymore, here I look more on how fast the withdrawal process takes.

A good customer care service in my opinion is the best features to look at for reasons been that no matter how good the graphics and variety of crypto currency maybe there is never a 100% satisfaction and definitely customers would have issues and the ease and rapid response to customers complaints would make a better casino before considering how well the relate to Bitcointalk forum.

I could only pick one from the poll and I chose bonuses and offers because it's one of the many ways to keep the players engaged like the Live Casino Hero you guys put up that ended just this month. The second feature would be responsiveness to complaints, i've experienced my fair share of waiting that's why this comes in second instead of first and I don't mind waiting since they'll get fixed anyway. The third would be the withdrawal limits, sometimes it sucks when you want to play on a certain casino but their withdrawal or deposit limits are above your budget. Fourth would be software and games, it's better to have all the possible games you can play within the site so you don't have to switch frequently. The last feature but not the least is probably instant deposit, not many casinos have this feature but I think it's great to have as we don't know when the network will spike at any given day.
