No KYC verification, security, and customer service are the features that I've been looking for in a casino site. I'm trying to get rid of casinos that ask for KYC because that's a hassle for me. Security is also a thing because, without it, all the good features that they offer would be nothing. The response of the customer support is also necessary since that would fix the troubles that we will be facing on a certain site.
That is getting more and more difficult to find, casinos are being pressured all over the world to ask for information and force their clients to go through KYC policies even if they are against it, so they are not completely at fault by what it is happening, there are a few casinos out there resisting to do this, but I think we may come to the point in which none of the larger and most recognized casinos will be able to offer this to their clients.

I believe that if you gave the casino your documents you have already de-anonymized yourself because some employees have access to user databases. No one can give you a 100% guarantee that your documents will not appear on the black market. Privacy can only be maintained if you do not give your documents to anyone and do not associate your addresses with an identity.

No choice but to comply if it was asked, maybe during the times when the account will be involved in big winnings or something that can trigger the site's alarm. And besides, it's not that our personal information is not 100% private at all times. We comply with KYC with exchanges, bank accounts, etc. so to somehow rest assured that our privacy is safe, only compy to a gambling site that already earned the tag of being reputable.

Each new case of providing your documents to one organization or another increases the chances of de-anonymization. In addition, if you are active on cryptocurrency platforms, it increases the number of addresses associated with your identity. No one knows where this can lead, because in some countries the laws are retroactive, so I think we need to minimize the risks.

I agree with this.I like to play in a platform which does not care for KYC as long as I am playing normally there and I am no big whale, big whales have no other option but to undergo KYC at some point if they win big.The company needs to make sure to know whom to they have paid the jackpot for example (although I would love to bypass KYC even in such situations) but that is what is going now in most reputable big casinos.Another thing I would love to is instant deposit and withdrawal and no waiting for confirmations for your deposit (of course the withdraw to be made only after certain confirmations of your deposit have arrived).Last but not least I love to see a 24/7 support to answer everything a user might need to be answered. If a casino has these three characteristics I would play there,of course the casino to be reputable and to not have complaints here at the forum.

Responsiveness to complaints and customer service ranks high on the poll, this is where casino build their reputation they can have all the other vest features like sign up speed, security software, and games but if they are not responsive and they don't engage, they will have low ratings in the gambling community, casinos should now focus in engagement this is where they build their good reputation.

I choose Engagement with the Bitcointalk community because if they promote their site here and have ANN, they must actively manage their thread and handle it better. That is how they should interact with all members who use their sites to gamble.

This is one of the good traits. Seeing the site's representative actively engaging in the community, means they are serious building their reputation. Not just actively engaging but the representative should also solving problems to those users who are having difficuly in the site.

Fortunately, Bitcasino is like that. They are one of the active representative here in Bitcointalk.

But since it is possible that majority of the gamblers of a crypto casino is not on Bitcointalk then it is better if the casino itself has a fairly strong and responsive support system. The site itself should have a live chat support if possible. Also, support tickets should be taken care of right away. It shouldn't be the case that the support ticket is left unanswered after days of being sent. The users themselves are the lifeblood of any casino so they should always be treated with importance.
Having a live chat is an option that depends on the casino itself. If they think live chat support can help them interact with their customer, they will add it to their site.

If the casino does not use Bitcointalk to promote their site, then the casino needs to have bonuses and offers because that can invite more gamblers to visit the site and register to get the bonuses. And then, they need to have customer services, Responsiveness to complaints, Variety of cryptocurrencies, Software & games. I will change my lists if the site does not use Bitcointalk.

I think the most important thing is the safety of the money we play. However, for me, fun is also very important, so the nice design and speed of the casino are what I really pay attention to. If registration and logging in is easy, fast and without entering personal data, this is also a big plus.

Security is the choice for me because I feel like if a gambling website is secured, most of the features that many people look for is easily resolved by that. One example of feature that could be solved by security is the responsiveness to complaints, if the site is secure then there's no issue and the support isn't needed 24/7.
I agree because security maintains the reliability of every casino gamblers participate in casinos without risk if security is maintained but there are also bonuses with tempting offers lots of bonuses for new clients. Rewards for active participants rewards during registration and holidays, which increases the demand for gambling.

I think the most important thing I pay attention to before I register at an online casino is whether KYC verification is required. I believe that in cryptocurrency casinos there should be no KYC verification at all, and I avoid casinos in which verification is required.

KYC is a thing that you should expect to implement in the future.
That's a reality. It started from the exchange and now slowly implementing on crypto-gambling sites.

But for this simple registration, KYC shouldn't be asked. For small or not decent withdrawals, KYC shouldn't also be asked.

But for big wins, alarms, suspicious, KYC can be considered to be asked if it's really necessary and won't hurt the other party.
So far it isnt really that fast for it to be implemented but i wont really be shocked nor get surprised if it would become some standard in near future because government wouldnt really just let
these things to slip out without having some regulation being imposed which these businesses or platforms wouldnt really be having no choice but to make out such changes even if they do know
that their customers or clients would really be much affected since we do really value that no KYC thing or totally anonymous which most people on this
market do really mind of.

Hey guys,

I have created this poll to see what your ideas are in this.
So what do you say, what are the most important features for you in an online crypto casino?

Please choose five, and if you think of something else I haven't covered, please let me know.

sorry if i'm greedy but i expect all crypto gambling sites to have all the options in the pool, especially having a good relationship with the bitcointalk community, it really helps maintain reputation. btw, I play on several gambling sites such as betfury, 1xbit, bitcasino, I've never had a problem playing all three.

When it comes to online casinos, it seems to me that the safety of money is the most important thing for both parties, i.e. the casino and the gambler.

However, as far as I am concerned, I think the most important thing I pay attention to before I register at an online casino is whether KYC verification is required. I believe that in cryptocurrency casinos there should be no KYC verification at all, and I avoid casinos in which verification is required.

1. Security.
2. Customer service.
3. Responsiveness to complaints
4. Software & games
5. Bonuses & offers

It is definitely not one thing. Of course, the more features the better, but I'll try to fit in five.

- Certainly the speed of registration and logging in
- Withdrawal fees and limits
- Bonuses
- Support quality
- No KYC verification

Only got one option to vote even though the instructions stated that we can pick up to 5 options for the poll vote. anyway, I just voted for "Customer service" - because it also includes "Engagement with Bitcointalk community" and "Responsiveness to complaints". Regardless of how perfect the casino or bookmaker platform is, there's still a big need for solid customer service as no product is 100% perfect. There's needs to be a team on the ground ready to help out users that run into problems when using the platform. Other options are important as well like security and licensing.

Again, this is just my 2cents.
