Quick signup without have to go through much is an important feature. I don't think "quick" deposit is something the casino can do anything about. If you send BTC and the network is congested, there is nothing the casino can do. As long as the casino credits your account soon after 1 confirmation, we can say that the casino has quick deposit. Withdrawal speed is also one of the most important feature of a casino. Slow withdrawal would be frustrating for people specially those who made profit and wants to cash them out. And having a good support shows that the casino cares about their user. So that is important too.

Hello! I am 1win company representative. And I would say "cryptocasino" and "casino" has no difference in general instead of prefix "crypto-".
It's not about being a casino for fiat or casino for crypto. It's all about the features that these casinos have. Yes, there's no difference at all but that's not the subject of the thread for discussion.All the centralized platforms erase the main idea of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency. For me it's just 3 things. Security, legality and fast deposit & withdrawals. Security to make sure that the online casino will not be hacked and our funds were safety, the legality to make sure that the gambling site is regulated and under the law and fast deposits and withdrawals since we don't want to wait too long on either deposits and withdrawals.
These three things as very important and I believe on having a good security which allows you to gamble without worrying anything though when it comes to legality I think they are more prone to KYC requirement and if its ok for you then so be it. Most of the casinos now have that fast deposit and withdrawal, they should really promote this and of course lower fees to withdraw.

In any platform actually not only in gambling, responsiveness to complaints is one of the leading things customer look up. This is because as much as something works so good and smooth, there will certainly be a time that a client will experience some troubles and unfortunate circumstances that could need some form of help or resolution. If a gambling site won't be able to perform this instantly or as soon as they can, I would definitely be turned off. Definitely other people would be too. Because being responsive to issues and concerns show how the casino cares for their clients. It would be a sign that the casino is not solely after for the money, but has a goal also to satisfy their customer and make the most out of what they have paid for as well.
big factor which most gamblers do really look upon even though we dont like issues to be experienced but its an inevitable thing in most cases.Next would be the instant withdrawals and less fees
because people would really be minding off about their finances and anytime they do decide to make out some withdrawal then having instant processing would be the most preferred one.

I think that if you ask anyone here, the first thing that will come to mind is KYC policy.
I honestly don't mind what your interface looks like, what currencies you accept, how responsive it is etc. so long as you commit to not KYC customers.
Of course, the aforementioned things are nice to have but they are not pertinent. I just don't want to provide my personal details to some random company registered in Curacao and risk it being leaked.

I don't quite agree that it's impossible to enter the gambling market at this time. Many companies that enter the market in completely different industries use the strategy of price dumping. A new casino can offer its users better service conditions and bonuses than the existing platforms by reducing its profits for a certain period of time. This mechanism is often used and it works because it is based on the laws of competition.

Well, of the online crypto casinos that have been here so far for me they are all in good shape. I choose Engagement with the Bitcointalk community because if they promote their site here and have ANN, they must actively manage their thread and handle it better. That is how they should interact with all members who use their sites to gamble.
This is one of the good traits. Seeing the site's representative actively engaging in the community, means they are serious building their reputation. Not just actively engaging but the representative should also solving problems to those users who are having difficuly in the site.
Fortunately, Bitcasino is like that. They are one of the active representative here in Bitcointalk.
But since it is possible that majority of the gamblers of a crypto casino is not on Bitcointalk then it is better if the casino itself has a fairly strong and responsive support system. The site itself should have a live chat support if possible. Also, support tickets should be taken care of right away. It shouldn't be the case that the support ticket is left unanswered after days of being sent. The users themselves are the lifeblood of any casino so they should always be treated with importance.
Of course, whatever feature the casino may wish to add or remove will depend on the casino itself. But if you assign the most important attention to the users of your platform, you will provide whatever feature that will make their experience smoother and without hassle. Live chat support is the easiest way for users to connect to the company team. Questions, complaints, suggestions, etc will easily be sent, heard, and probably settled if there's a live chat feature.

This is very likely, I've seen this turnover with the exchanges that before most of them are non-kyc exchanges and with the intervention of the government for all of them, they've started to ask kyc's and they're enforcing it roughly because it is involving their business. And the same thing could really happen for the crypto casinos, especially the known ones since they've been bagging sums of profits, they can't escape the eyes of the regulators that would see them as another way of taxing and adding regulations for asking their customers to be verified for some reasons that they won't even disclose. But even if they don't want to, it's always about the way they handle it which is the same for the exchanges.
