The only motive I understand and accept is the Win seeking , I wanted to gamble to win and if not then i will leave the table without looking back.

Most time i gamble for fun. Sometimes i need to take a rest and get positive emotions and gambling is a good choice for such purposes. I don`t spend much money and that`s why i can`t say that i have big wins or loses. But 2 times i doubled my deposit and it was really nice feeling.
I can relate in this mate and yes I have loved using gambling as my stress reliever , there are so much problem facing from work and business and when I gamble i maintain my positive vibes and so I attract luck as well.but motivating me to be addicted is not on the list because I am more in enjoying than taking it seriously to win.

For me gambling is fun because I only gamble with small amounts of money. I make no mistake in acknowledging the fact that I am not the best gambler nor am I a fortune teller or have some other way to predict the outcome of my gambling bets. Many people make this very same mistake and gamble large amounts of money and risk losing EVERYTHING.
I might never make giant winnings but at least I know I will not make giant losses. And honestly, I am completely ok with that. I have no problem with having fun and walking out, relaxed and without stress.

My motivation with gambling is definitely to make money, so it just ends up with fairly small bets and taking advantage of some rather generous offers at different book makers that allow you to cover both sides of a bet and walk away with a profit. Nothing major but a guaranteed $10-20 per week that gets taken out and put into stocks instead, which you could consider equal gambling but sticking with the largest dividend paying companies at least returns a slow passive benefit over time. I could quite happily walk away at any time, but it only requires patience and not getting carried away with spending the freely accumulated money on silly side bets or taking a chance at the slots.

No matter how much we claim that gambling is merely for fun or passing out time, there is one thing that is certain which is the consciousness of making profit and with that been Said, we all are in gambling to make money no matter what we claim our motive is.What about you guys? You really have to work on yourself especially now that are already aware of your addiction and I think you should fix a way to work on your frequent visiting of a casino rather than trying to give excuse that seems excusable to you.
Addiction is a process and from what you said, it seems you're actually battling and struggling with not using your entire money to gamble and that's addiction growing and you need to work on yourself.

Great Your point is very similar to me I myself love sports and I watch different tournaments regularly so I bet on sports bats meanwhile I enjoy live games and on the other side enjoy some fun by betting. I have placed a lot of bets especially on the 2022 World Cup and have enjoyed the entire World Cup a lot by watching and betting. But I play casino sometimes but it doesn't work for me much
A whole lot of people bets on the 2022 WorldCup, though this world cup was not good enough for gamblers I heard some suffer big losses due to underdogs winning the matches against big teams. I don't know how much you have loses in Japan vs Germany match or Spain vs Japan match or even Argentina vs Saudi match. Argentina was 36 matches unbeaten before facing Saudi, no one dared to bet on Saudi to win the match. 
this combination is what we must have here because at least if we lose? we know how to accept as the fun is worth as payment .

Unless you are a pro poker player so yeah, you can make a lot of money if you have achieved that level of pro and has been in the circuit placing in every tournament or even winning some. And then there are gamblers like rest of us who matured and just play to have some fun or just gamble money that they can afford to lose.
I know it's frustrating to lose, but if you are ready to accept defeat in gambling, I think we can all move on.
No need to always chase those winnings, if you are lucky then it will come and not force the situation upon yourself, otherwise you will really get addicted to it. So change your motive for enjoyment and you will be good.

I know people who placed stupid bets after losing for a while, they just bet out of rage. Take it as a match yourself while playing the chance is 50-50. So why get emotional after losing a bet or two? Just like real sports it is fun to play, and enjoy both winning and losing.

Sometimes we are not contented but we are looking for something to add on what we are currently doing. In your case you try to win money other than being entertained. For the most of us, I think our motive for gambling is only to earn a profit by default. I was once a gambling addict before but now I’ve come to control myself and only gamble when there is extra money to gamble. Although I would be sarcastic if I won’t admit that I’m still gambling for money, but to gamble with limits is more profitable than gambling until you meet your own satisfaction. Gambling with your spare and not to exceed with it is much more enjoyable compared to gambling with trying hard to satisfy your lust, though it is the winning amount that still influence you but if you can control and limit the amount of your allowable amount to risk, then addiction can be avoided or too much engagement will be lessened.
