Actually, the frustration mostly comes depending on the amount that you've lost. As for me, things were fun and all whether I win or not but after a while, I keep winning and accumulating more funds and got greedy which made me end up losing all of it and that's where frustration and other negative feeling comes on. However, after I got out of the addiction that gambling brought me, I was able to avoid these scenarios.
Speaking of frustration, of course all gamblers have experienced it. in fact I'm sure, frustration comes and goes, especially when we experience consecutive losses. and vice versa, joy and fun also come and go when we get big profits in a gambling session.
well, so I think this is a common thing and can happen again and again to all of us. as you said, when we are controlled by emotions or high ego. not infrequently, we continue to carry out gambling sessions even though we are already making a profit. however, because of greed, wanting to get even higher, in the end, we unknowingly spend hours and hours and in the end the table is the winner. any negative feelings arise, especially wanting to make a deposit again to recover losses. completely, what you said is common to all of us gamblers.
but in essence, what Op is asking is what motivates us to gamble. well, I think the answer will be very diverse and very relative. even so, many people would agree. that the underlying motive is none other than to get as much profit as possible from fun things.
