I love an exchange with a fast cash-out option. In 2018, why should I have to wait more than a day in some cases to see my assets in my bank account.
Do you prefer automatic trading or OTC? For me a real-time automatic trading platform is exciting 
Although there are obvious benefits to using certain crypto exchanges over others such as high liquidity and the ability to use your fiat currency (not so difficult for those USD holders), but what other factors attract you to a crypto exchange?
Another factor is to monitor crypto prices, to find the desired crypto, exchange one crypto with another crypto, for trading activities in order to profit from price differences.
What attracts me when choosing an exchange are how secured it was like 2FA via text message, email and google authenticator. It may sound a waste of time but it surely will protect your funds the hardest way. I also love an exchange that is user friendly and have 24/7 customer support that is super responsive. My favorite exchanges are bithumb, okex, bittrex and binance.

i would say the user friendly interface.theres a lot of crypto exchange that really give me hemorrhoids.
im not that techy when it comes to understanding how an exchange works.
but with some certain exchanges that is easy to understand and easy to use. i would go for it.
and secondly, if where is the bounty reward is listed i would go there though
An easy user interface will aid in the getting non-tech people in to the cryptocurrency market because currently it's still a mystery to a lot of people

as for me it is a high level of account security, quality and fast user support, nice and convenient UI and of course and most important is a high volumes of trades and enough amount of fresh and popular alts. And it must be an exchange with a real office and real workers to prevent any issues like with KuCoin now.
The most common themes are: security, liquidity, low fees, simple and friendly user interface, fiat-to-coin trading pairs, reputation and quick cash-out.

Fot me the most important thing in exchanges is the reputation, I saw a lot of exchanges being hacked, so now I only stick with the high reputation exchanges like bittrex and binance, good customer support also an important point, low transaction fees and a lot of good coin to trade
Bittrex has included on the list of worst exchange in this year, Look at the daily trade volume of bittrex and how it goes even lower than before. So many people have problems with it and that make all of them are migrating to the binance and okex. Reputation is a good thing but the main thing is about how they can manage their customer to provide the best service.i too sure that it's kinda hard to get the customer again after there's binance and okex as a promising alternative.
Mostly these reasons are what people wanted to be involved and use daily.

For me personally, the most that really attract me to cryptocurrency exchange is the security, and after that, the trading volume, Between those aspects can be switched. If low volume but greater security i will skip it, i prefer to choose one with a good volume even with a lower security level.
And also, KYC, it will be more good if KYC is only for them who always trading with a big amount like 1 BTC or more

In order to grow, an exchange needs a strong team of fintech experts as the trading plstform can keep developing and become faster to meet the demand Although there are obvious benefits to using certain crypto exchanges over others such as high liquidity and the ability to use your fiat currency (not so difficult for those USD holders), but what other factors attract you to a crypto exchange?
If their feedback is fast and accurate, at least i can participate in easy bounty campaign and airdrop.If they have future plans, i can put my effort on bounty campaign.

If it has a convenient functionality for technical analysis, then this exchange will take place in my heart. Also, if there are good volumes, it will not be possible to pass by.
What Attracts me are the Exchange coins, for example, are BNB, Kucoin Shares, and all Exchange coins in the market right now they have different Ideas but all of them are very good and if you go and take a look at these coins they are performing well in the market and good for long-term hold, Security is also important withdrawal fees and UX/UI.
There are major advantages holding exchange based coins like BNB. Their value is more resistant to bearish markets and as long as their product (exchange) remains successful with no security breaches these coins are like gold.

Strange question, the very first is the price, but also this exchange should be little known, because it is very important to understand that today the stock exchange exists and tomorrow it simply does not exist, nothing prevents just to take and disappear the exchange, on which you have some money.
