Is anyone against the idea of introducing more fiat-to-coin trading pairs?
Fot me the most important thing in exchanges is the reputation, I saw a lot of exchanges being hacked, so now I only stick with the high reputation exchanges like bittrex and binance, good customer support also an important point, low transaction fees and a lot of good coin to trade
Well it's always the good price that catch my attention towards this system. Who would have not want a good price, right? That's all we want here and just like everyone I want to experience that as much as possible. Well it gets my interest whenever the valueprice is so high because I knkw that the opportunity to earn is better. 
Although there are obvious benefits to using certain crypto exchanges over others such as high liquidity and the ability to use your fiat currency (not so difficult for those USD holders), but what other factors attract you to a crypto exchange?
The first thing that attracts me to an exchange is the security. While I'm all about making good profits from my trading, I'm very much concerned about secured my capital and profits are kept. Next, I try to check for the exchange's volume. I'm a huge fan of an exchange that has high liquidity and solid volumes as coins with volunes tends to make moves you would not have imagined.

Well, for a cryptocurrency being so complicated, The first requirement is an exchange that create a user friendly ecosystem that enables both newbie and experts engage in buying and selling of crypto assets.
Also, we are proposing cryptocurrency going mainstream, for this to happen an exchange needs to provide a seamless entry and exit strategy i.e a two way value conversion (Fiat to cryptocurrency and cryptocurrency to fiat)
The transaction fee to trade on an exchange needs to be reasonably low and the withdrawal few also need to be low for traders to be able to easily move in and out an exchange.
Security and confidence is very important for a crypto exchange, investors, traders and stake holders need to be assured that the cryptocurrency exchange of choice is well secured from cyber attacks and malicious acts.
Also, once in a while investors need supports for their challenges while using an exchange. The exchange of choice need to provide adequate support for their users.
The factor that drives me to use crypto exchange is security, speed and low cost. Crypto exchange security is very important. When I save my assets on an exchange I must be sure that my assets cannot be stolen.
There few things that attract traders to exchange site, most times people look at the quality and popularity of the exchange and how often good they are to there users, are they worth trusted or not do their site got hacked or often get hack, because people are mostly concerned on loosing their fund. Another thing people look at in trading on a particular exchange is the charges of the trade, people are most concerned about the percent been deduct when buying or selling, so a good exchange 80% of this quality, bet me you will love them.

The exchange attracts me to join is being liable, good security, and supports the users. Also being well known with good reputation which really users are at ease to join the exchange. Mostly these reasons are what people wanted to be involved and use daily.
I consider a lot of factors when choosing my preferred exchange, first is the reputation, cryptocompare.com does a great job at giving us a report of users experience, then I consider the volumes of trades and then the security measures in place. then the withdrawal fees for major coins

I pay attention to the popularity, design, level of protection, convenience of trade, the presence of properly working indicators, a well-working bot, for example, on a Bitforex, bot is such as it should not be. In addition, the reaction rate of prices for changes at the global level, the commission, well-working support.
I think that smart contracts are something that can significantly change our understanding of the exchange of currencies and more. Especially it will be noticeable in the field of medicine and charity, I believe!

For me the number one thing is no bots. I know a lot of exchanges like to tout their automation features as some kind of great feature, but nobody likes being sniped out by a bot, it's just irritating to the non-specialists. I can understand if the majority of the volume will be handled by bots, then it's fair game, but letting them both operate on the same platform is just stupid. Right now I stick with Binance due to the low fees, good customer support and high quality pair availability.
what attracts me to good exchange is the volume on an exchange and also an exchange that has a good user friendly interface and good security on the exchange to protect the user accounts.
The exchange which is having high volume attract me because if there is high volume of coins it means liquidity is more buyer and seller more.

no listing of shitcoins makes an exchange more attractive to the trader like binance does not list the useless projects so it is the biggest exchange right now
moreover trading and withdrwal fee also effect the traders so chose the exchange with low fee

For me the best exchange is a combination of High volume , High security ( less prone to attacks ) , a good looking UI , minimum withdrawl fees and Quick support reply and good support behaviour. There are some exchanges who have a huge deposit fee also , i would recommend everyone to not use such exchanges , no exchanges should have deposit fee and minimum Deposit amounts fixed. 
Mostly attracts me what I use, for instant I like mostly cryptocurrencyes I use, or I think they're useable at least to some good point, when they high i sell, when low i buy, usually. Also if i see any value for arbitraging, I try to do it, but most of the time it doesn't work, because usually exchanges give priority to others to at least some point
Apart from the volume, other things that attracts me to other exchanges include the withdrawal fees, I will make sure that they have a low withdrawal fees and also the security, I will make sure that they implemented enough security challenge and kucoin is one of such exchanges
Smooth user interface, high trading volume, low trading fees, multiple language support beside English and coin offering is important for me as well.
