For me it is important that the exchange was widely known and popular, reliable. And also the size of the Commission is important. But usually I use exactly the exchange on which there is a coin I need.
Security. This is the main thing I'm looking for that defines whether it's a good exchange. A good service should provide a 2FA, a fully encrypted data, a protection against DDoS attacks, etc.
I think I will attract by a crypto exchange with high volume of traders, quick support service, very good security of funds, easy to deposit, easy to withdraw, user friendly and low fees. 
There are three major things that get me attracted to exchange, the first is a user friendly interface and the second one is high liquidity and the third is minimal withdrawal fees . If these three things are in place then to me the exchange is good to go .

What is the best crypto exchange offering multiple fiat options?
I don't really use exchanges much because I don't do much day trading. I'm more of a long term trader. But if I would trade, I prefer exchanges with easy and friendly user interface, fast trade execution and no lagging and high liquidity.

I think is the easier cashout that mostly attract people once your exchange support your currency you just move for the kill if you feel any bearish in the market
the first factor is the security. If it is easily hackable I will not store any coins in it. then user friendly interface. 3rd one is fast transactions. I consider these facts. Binance is the best right now.

I think this type ok questions are better for the people who used a lots of exchanges. And it also depends on you. The main question is what you support. Decentralisation or centralisation there is two types of exchanges one is cex or centralised exchanges like binance kucoin bitterx hitbtc huobi. And decentralised exchanges like idex openledger. Binance is also coming with its decentralised exchange platform. Next for me is easy to use or not. If a exchange is not easy to use and not available in every platform. And also for a exchange the trading volume and cerculation of the coin. I think that's the main point of the columns.

Well speaking of the truth unfortunately most of the exchanges that offer such things is the one that's in the beginning stage or marketing stage, if the exchange is popular enough they would struggle to give all that because keeping the support active for example need tremendous amount of workers. But all of those quite easy to be done by not so popular exchanges. 1. User friendly

The fact that the exchange has a great set of coins and there are the coins with excellent projects and performances makes me go for an exchange. Coins like PRG, ICX and Lisk are most preferable.
24-hour technical support, operation speed and, of course, a variety of coins. Always pay attention to the feedback of other users.

Security and profit sharing are two of the things that attracted me most on cryptocurrency exchange and two of the exchange that has given me these two features are Kucoin exchange and Coss these are two of my main exchange, but I would like to add more but I am more on security because this is very important to us traders and investors.

Perhaps one of the most attractive things is the price of the coin that I want to trade, and the fees I think are of great importance. Also last but not least, in my opinion, should be the security of the exchange in the financial movements.
