i love firefox
but their recent update (FF 29) was bad design
it's not FF 29, but seems like Chrome 29
i hate it and go back to FF28

You will be OK for one release or two.
But what will you do when Firefox keeps updating with critical security bugs? Will you keep using same old version for appearance's sake and compromise your security?

....with firefox when I have a lot of tabs open it is often very slow and laggy....

It is true, Chrome does not lag because Chrome runs every tab as a separate process. You can see that in Task Manager. Because of this Chrome uses much more memory than Firefox, too.

I use firefox, and also a bit of chome when I'm on my laptop. I think chrome might actually be better, because with firefox when I have a lot of tabs open it is often very slow and laggy. But at this point I'm too used to firefox. Also the last update makes firefox look almost identical to chrome in terms of the UI.

I used to love mozilla and then Firefox, but lately Firefox has gotten so bloated and has some weird issues so I have been using Chrome though I don't exactly love it.

I use 2: Chrome and Tor. With Tor i can open most of the sites. Chrome best default browser. That's the reason why i use two browsers.

Chrome for me, simple to use, and a very clean and fast browser.
