What I feel when gambling using a cellphone and gambling using a computer will definitely not be the same. But here I will say a few things that happen when I use a cell phone: because the screen looks small it often makes me last longer on my phone and always adjust small bets. It's a different story if I access the casino on the computer. In addition to the conditions of the big screen and wide view, the stimulus to bet large amounts is also often done. This may sound a bit odd, but to be honest, looking at the big and small screens is against my bet. Therefore, based on my experience using desktops and mobile phones, I now gamble more often using mobile phones which relatively last me longer with small bets.

Just like myself, I barely leave my phone behind because on my phone I can remotely do what ever I want to do as I do not go about with laptop so if I am to say, I do well with my smartphone unlike my laptop which I use basically for large documents uptime and other activities which requires high capacity files to work on. I do that mostly when I am billed to do that but the rest of he other activities are done with my phone and that has me going on with it smoothly without any form of challenges. I think I am now used to it as I do regular activities with my smartphone and sometimes, I try my best to see if I can be able to execute some task meant to be done with my desktop or laptop.
I get your point, but do you also carry out your gambling activities on a smartphone? because now there are quite a lot of casino applications for smartphones that are played by people around me. online gambling platforms (not crypto) like slots, I don't know the details but they play it on their smartphones. if it's in the form of an application, of course, the interface will be good and by the smartphone screen.

Phones can connect to internet even without Wi-Fi by just using your mobile data connection and I think this is one of the advantages of using a mobile phone, its convenient and accessible anywhere. I experienced bringing my laptop on my last trip and I can say that its really hassle plus you worry that much about the safety of your laptop. With that circumstances, I believe using your phone for gambling are more convenient and I will choose this over the pc.

I'm just used to phones since early age, I just don't feel like going through learning curve to get used to desktop when phone is fine, plus phone techs are catching up to desktops at faster pace. Everything crypto related is doable on phone these days.

Regarding apps, I have differing opinion, desktops are targeted more than mobile devices.

I prefer gambling from my desktop device and the comfort of my home. I have never been a fan of mobile casinos.
In today's era, I think phones are occupying a bigger share of the market. Everyone has a phone nowadays, and a good phone is more affordable than a good laptop or PC.

It's very interesting, but I have this friend who used to be a gamer growing up. He always had expensive PCs but never used them for anything else except games and the occasional school work. If he is not gaming, that computer is turned off. Everything else he does online is through his phone. I am the exact opposite.
I understand that some desktop games are better graphics and game features compared to the mobile format of the same game, and even the screen resolution of desktop games is different and more comfortable for gaming. But mobile games are more friendly most especially in outdoor games mobile device is easy to carry about and because of that comfort, they attract more users than desktop, and also due to the limited number of PC users due to its complexity and affordability which make a mobile device to become the choice of young gamers so comparing the two-game format could be hard since both have their advantages.
If someone can't afford a desktop, then that's a different matter, but considering everything, gambling on a computer or desktop always has a benefit, big screen, then almost all casino games can be played. Moreover, the website will run slightly faster on desktop than on mobile.
However, it is admitted that mobile betting placement for out-of-home use is not bad. I've done it myself a few times. But if you want to have the real fun of casino I prefer a desktop. Because nowadays some casinos have provided facilities like live casinos and its enjoyment can be fully enjoyed only on a desktop.

For those starters that are still saving up for desktop, you will most likely see them using their mobile devices. However, some of them still find the convenience in desktop viewing so they are checking or accessing their accounts using desktop view of their mobile device. Some uses app because it's more pleasing to the eye especially if you are outside your home, running some errands or attending some events.

It's really a matter of preference and situation. I have my moments before wherein I prefer using desktop over application especially in viewing the marketplace or accessing my main account. But way back, I prefer to just use the app for playing to have the convenience instead of bringing my laptop with me which is bulky and heavy. I agree that you can notice the difference of running through website via desktop or through mobile. So if you have both, just use what you are fond of the most and what suits your current situation.

A desktop or laptop gives us a wider view which is very comfortable for us. The majority will love to do it.
However, using a phone can also be useful in some instances like you miss bringing your laptop or if you don't have one.

Well, we don't have to argue about which one is best or which is not. Because the main concern here is to gamble comfortably and probably most of us have something in common and that is to choose a wider screen and good resolutions.

I am strongly in favour of desktop applications or even web based, as I think that phones are usually to small and I do not really trust much the apps, but there seems to be many people who would rather use their phone. Is that because they do not have access to a desktop computer? It may also be a regional issue, the same as people that do not use a browser?

Do you also mean laptop by desktop? If that is the case, it means you want to compare a toddler to an adult by placing laptop with a phone. I will choose a laptop over a phone. Laptop gives you a clearer picture and space of whatever you are looking at and can allow more applications and sites to run at the same time, unlike phones. Phone is on the go and can be a little easy to carry along unlike laptop but the advantage of laptop over it is much.

Desktop or laptop is more comfortable with me because using a small screen is always boring and annoying most at times I don't type correctly or even quote bcuz I do missed some words while typing so whenever I m really ready to read and reply most comment I do turn on my Laptop. Is pretty much cool with than smartphone although I do used it for quick response.

but for security purpose ? i still use Mobile specially Iphone for safer browsing and installation , but like what you said in terms of browsing? i still prefer laptop or Personal computer as it has bigger screen and the comfort in my computer chair in which the position of my body and hands are really in good feel.
No system is completely secure, even if you use an iPhone. Of course, there are security holes that the hacker can use to penetrate your cellphone. We will never know where hackers get into your phone, and we only know after our phone has an unusual behavior. Playing gambling means we have to be able to find a factor of safety and comfort. And many people feel comfortable playing gambling using phones. And I think the comparison between using a cellphone and a computer or laptop to play gambling will probably be the same.

I'm using my mobile for most daily tasks and also gambling. Not sure what exactly do you mean by "people that do not use a browser"? You mean like mobile app users? Not all websites have mobile apps, besides mobile apps consume lots of space on my mobile and I hate those push notifications so I'm trying to use websites instead if possible.  Cool
Exactly, there are some websites that doesn't have any mobile application however PC users has much more options as they have application that can duplicate a mobile phone.

For me, it's much more convenient to use mobile phone especially if those website are mobile friendly such as some gambling platform are too mobile friendly which I feel better to play on.

also, what i like about desktop is it has bigger screen than mobile phone. i can also navigate easily by seeing all the options all at once. if you are using mobile, sometimes you still need to zoom in to see other sections. but of course, if you're on the go, mobile phone helps a lot. but if you just want to relax at the comfort of your home, i prefer to use desktop or laptop.

These days majority of the gambling platforms are developed in a compatible form with the mobile and every devices. This makes me go with mobile phones over other devices. Trusted gambling platforms doesn't have applications which help in privacy. Another thing, applications were easily prone to security risks for which very few applications can be seen around.

I don't enjoy a small screen when gambling so I do the laptop most of the time. Phones are good to check sports scores and whatnot, but for the best experience a larger screen is required IMO.

I appreciate both Desktop and phone.  they have their own advantage and disadvantages like phone can be portable while pc can't be.
[snip]
This is very important to gambling casino owners or developers, they must be aware of it that gamblers prefer to use both depending on their convenience. When at home, I prefer to use a PC or laptop, and while away from home like someone else house, a mobile phone is also the best to carry, because you cannot hand carry your PC while you are not at home. This is true, they have advantages and disadvantages and I think, it should be suitable for the two devices.

I appreciate both Desktop and phone.  they have their own advantage and disadvantages like phone can be portable while pc can't be.  On the other hand we can do more things in PC while we are limited on phone because of its limited features.  When it comes to gambling, it is always good to have a larger screen which is provided by PC while it is also better to have an access to the game wherever we are which is provided by mobile phone. That is why I appreciate both devices since they cover my different needs.

I use my phone more than a desktop and precisely and I can be anywhere inside or outside the house to place my bet on sportbet. I am the kind of person that even in the loo,I use my phone and whatever that am using it for, will continue.

Desktop is very good and much helpful but not always my thing,as I only use to for the  stuffs that my phone is limited to. Phone is so portable that you can be anywhere staking and nobody will know what you are doing.

it sounds like almost 24 hours you are with your smartphone. yes, most people nowadays do it. do not want to be separated from their activities in the grasp.
but I don't think we will be continuing to monitor our betting or playing other games in the casino daily for a long time to come.
I'm a person who doesn't do that. even though every day I make a bet, I don't take more than 1 hour to access it. I always use a PC for that. and keep my smartphone for other activities. the display on the PC looks more complete to me.

Just like myself, I barely leave my phone behind because on my phone I can remotely do what ever I want to do as I do not go about with laptop so if I am to say, I do well with my smartphone unlike my laptop which I use basically for large documents uptime and other activities which requires high capacity files to work on.
