Both mobile and PC have their advantages over each other, but to those that are truly serious about gambling and sit longer doing it, and perhaps playing games, the PC version might be the best. This is mostly because of the interphase and easier navigation of the menus therein. In the mobile version, it has to take extra effort to locate what the PC version would easily show in its drop-down menus, and for those that like the better resolutions too, the PC has it and also runs more powerful software.
Another advantage desktop computers have over a smartphone is that when people use a desktop computer they use an office chair which is specifically designed so they can keep being seated for several hours in a row, however when they use a smartphone they do so in all kind of seats and postures, and some of them are very uncomfortable and now we are seeing many people with back issues which are related to the use of their smartphones, and while this can also happen with the excessive use of a desktop computer, as long as you have a good chair those issues can be reduced by a significant margin.

I am strongly in favour of desktop applications or even web based, as I think that phones are usually to small and I do not really trust much the apps, but there seems to be many people who would rather use their phone. Is that because they do not have access to a desktop computer? It may also be a regional issue, the same as people that do not use a browser?
Both Desktop and Phone have their own advantages and disadvantages for each user. For users who are busy working in the field or outside the office, the Phone will be a more flexible work tool to use. For example, I often spend time working outside the office, so I am very comfortable using the phone even though I only use the desktop when I get home.

Desktop provides a lot of convenience such as when typing and browsing the browser including trading activities. In general, the work done using the Desktop is maximized compared to the Phone.

This is something I also do too. My iPad puts me in good form when working outside with it. For convenience and ease, I do use my iPad most times to do my work outside office though iPad screen is a bit broad and wide to be able to carry out some function compared to using Android phone which screen is not smaller also, the features varies as well. My desktop does more than all of the above as mentioned but for convenience, it is very easy navigating with  my smartphone outside office. Although desktop features and programs are convenient for work and not all type of work that can be executed with smartphone which desktop can. So for me, I mostly use iPad when outside so I could be able to use some features my work requires since not all features can be workable on Android phone.

Desktop too, no questions.
Easy access to everything, if you want to open something in a new tab you just click it unlike on a smartphone you have to hold it and pick the option.
Also when it comes to reading, I am having a hard time with small letters although my vision is still as clear as when I was young. Zooming it in is a hassle then there's the chance of making a mistake if you are betting.
I've tried Stake.com on my phone before, but I didn't like it. I'd just use it only if I don't have access with my desktop but that had not happened yet as I try to put my bets as early as possible if the line is available.
To open a new tab on phone is not a problem for me.

I do not zoom in on phone while using most gambling sites, many gambling site do not even allow people to zoom in on mobile phone, the betting site user interface adapt and compatible with the phone.

Using a 1080p phone with a very high processor and good refresh rate would be good. If you have 5G data connection or at least 4G would be good for gambling on mobile phones.

Nice points, but  it's also advisible to use a high specified mobile device for gambling in other to enjoy the speed and storage space needed, there has been many mobile device challenges that could cause obstruction to gambling whenever we are unto it, i will also make this suggestion to always place the mobile network connectivity on 4G lite mode only which can serve better for the purpose of browsing even though calls may not be able to come in while gambling to avoid distraction and disturbances while gambling.

If the gambling casino is in the phone for sure there are a lot of panels that need to find before getting into it and another thing is if you are a developer why not create a web application that's responsive enough to cater the needs of the players can do in desktop and can do even in the mobile application so less more hassle with it, and streamers can do with the web application with their streaming so can easily promote with the casino unlike phone quite little bit hassle so I do prefer the web.

if you can cover both, that would be better so you can get all types of gamblers. because for sure, some will use the mobile app for convenience, wheres, some will use desktop for better experience. but do take note that players can switch anytime depending on their situation.

I highly agree, it really depends on where you are and how you easily access the device. The only question is if the gambling site can be accessed using a phone and fully optimized. Before, I am having problems when accessing a gambling site and needed to use a Yandex browser.
The factory has properly configured the phone so users can use it right away without any problems. And if you encounter problems accessing gambling sites, it may be because your internet connection is having problems or you are on the blacklist of the casino site. Gamblers who use phones to play gambling and access the site without using an application feel comfortable when they visit it. Still, there may be a big difference, especially in terms of the screen display on the cellphone, which is smaller than a laptop or computer. But so far, mobile phones have provided comfort for their users when they visit many sites.

I don't see gambling websites right now that are not mobile friendly because, in today's generation, most people are using their mobile devices to play games, unlike before when those websites were not mobile friendly and you needed to play on a laptop or PC. What's best about mobile is that you can play anywhere as long as you have internet, though I would see using a laptop or desktop as more like playing in serious mode while being very comfortable while having a beer. Most of the reason you can't access the casino is because your internet provider blocks it in your country because gambling is illegal.

I have both smartphone and a higher end desktop, most times I leave behind my smartphone to open a website on my desktop, no smartphones can beat the display and details of a PC, smartphones aren't bad but they have their limitations, even big projects like exchanges and others have to work on a mobile version of their website for smartphone users, some exchanges are bad on smartphones, few tabs will be missing until you change the display to Desktop site ( using chrome on smartphone ) to display a website like using a PC but still not as good as using a PC, when it comes to gambling it will surely sucks on a mobile phone compare to PC.

for myself it depends on where I am to use a desktop or phone. when I'm at home I prefer to use the desktop to open gambling and betting. but when I'm outside the house or on vacation, I prefer to use a desktop which is more effectively used outside the home for gambling.
actually the desktop is superior for opening all the access we want because of its better capacity compared to phones. but sometimes we can't force to bring our desktop when outside the house, it's not effective for me.
but it all comes back to each individual. because everyone has their own ways and busy activities to use a phone or desktop.

Actually that's a good point in terms of flexibilities, phone have some limitations unlike with your desktop or laptop which can bring more convenient views and might be a better gambling experiences, but like what you mentioned  with cellphone where you can bring anywhere as long as there's internet and you wanted to bet or play your favorite games.

It really going to depend on a situation, but like you I also wanted to use laptop or desktop if I'm home playing or betting with my favorite sport games.

because this situation will change gamblers to choose to use a desktop or phone to gamble. sometimes gamblers are not always at home or sometimes outside the home and the desire to bet can appear at any time. such as for example being on vacation at the beach and suddenly wanting to bet, in that situation gamblers would prefer to gamble using a more practical phone.
but when the situation is relaxing in front of the porch and gamblers want to bet, using a desktop will be much better.
so what needs to be considered is the situation where the gambler wants to access the gambling itself.

I actually do not like to gamble over the phone. I've always preferred to gamble over the computer as the features on the desktop versions are much more complete. Besides, its a lot more comfortable to be playing out of my favourite chair than in any other place. Due to that, I only use the mobile version if im not home.

We're the same dude, I'm more comfortable and I'm quite happy when I'm using a desktop to gamble here in cryptocurrency. Not because I'm used to it, but because for me, my heart is light and my mind is peaceful when I play gambling here.

Then I never gambled with my mobile device because I knew that I wouldn't be happy if I did it, so I only learned to gamble with cryptocurrency and I don't regret it.
On few occasions, I have gambled on my mobile device most especially when outdoors, but that could limit my activities on the casinos, most times I mostly use my phone for football settings and after that when I want to have fun, I will play on my laptop computer for better screen resolution and quality. What makes us prefer the desktop version to a mobile device is the fact that the desktop offers more comfort since gambling games are also played just for the fun and ways to spend our free time

I can say that its more happy if you're going to gamble at a larger screen so I also prefer to gamble in my pc when I'm home, but If I'm not around and I'm not with my pc, I have no choice but to use my phone only if I feel bored outside and I think playing can help me with my boredom. We all have our own preferences, what works for me might not work to others, I guess having your peace of mind will still be the priority, if pc is your choice go enjoy it.

We all know that not every persons can afford a better android device but there is need to use a good and speed devices to enhance a good user experience so that the level of complaints from a user will be reduced. If we all take a look on Google play store for Android users, you will always see different reviews from users tending there experiences whether good or not.
The challenges form these users might be as a result of using an old android gadgets that may not support or allow easy and comfortable experience from the user. This is why many project team keep updating there softwares to make it users' friendly.

If they can't afford to buy good device then they shouldn't gamble since that means they can't afford to lose their money on gambling and the money they bring is their hard earned money so better if they focus on other things since gambling is expensive hobby.

I always prefer desktop while playing because it allows me to view all sides of the game and also it can give us more better gameplay, but although it still depends on users preference since there are people which frequently traveling that's why they prefer mobile device due to its accessibility.

This is a nice input! While we're talking about accessibility, we should also talk about the things that could make the lives of the outgoing gamblers more convenient and hassle-free. Because accessibility would be useless if the things you are using can't really support a proper connection and stability through the gambling sites or applications.

If we are referring to the things mostly used by everyone in this world, not only gamblers, smartphone would be one of the top rank. If you really want to gamble hassle and trouble-free, you should definitely invest in your device, most especially if you are using it on a daily basis. Because after all, you wouldn't want to have your device lagging ang hanging up on you while you make and place bets. Personally, I find it irritating whenever my phone lags. It's such a nuisance. With gamblers habit of betting, you really need to have an updated software and other specifications in match for smooth playing. Connectivity plays a vital role too because even if you have the best phone in the world, but if your connectivity sucks, you still won't be able to enjoy playing.

Is that because they do not have access to a desktop computer? It may also be a regional issue, the same as people that do not use a browser?
I don't see any issues while using my phone and to be frank, it has been my phone I've been using ever since my years of online gambling, and I really don't think it's a regional issue because as long as a casino has a license of operation, the mode of operation (mobile or desktop) is dependent on how advance the casino is or how they choose to let their customers use their services and same also applies to choice of people because I personally have a laptop computer but it feel it's to bulky to use web versions of an online version because I find the app version of most casinos I use more easier and simplier to use and since my phone can be carried with me, at sure I use more of mobile app version of my casino because of being able to make my bets at anywhere and at anytime too
Well, the UI in phone is really more convenient or djusted unless you're used of playing on the computer. You may use desktop view on your browser to somehow have that feeling of playing on your computer but I'd respect if people would prefer the other way around. On my end, playing on my phone is more convenient because of accessibility ofcoure. I am just playing nowadays on sportsbetting so I think it works for me, not quite sure with other gambling games which I think would be the bottomline to whether it is a better gambling experience in PC over playing mobile. But as I have read on this topic, many are into playing in phone which also gave me the idea that many players in this industry are really maximizing online platform to gamble for the reason of convenience.
It's fantastic to hear that the mobile user interface makes sports betting more accessible. Mobile gaming is more convenient in terms of both accessibility and time and money savings. However, some gamblers may find that playing poker or blackjack on the desktop format offers a more realistic and engaging experience.

It's also obvious that mobile devices are the preferred method of access for many online gamblers. Surveys of internet gamblers and the rising acceptance of gambling through mobile app both corroborate this. Numerous major online gaming establishments already provide their customers with specialized applications and mobile-friendly sites.
