I have now more lose, and actually this is crazy dumping happening in crypto, we just got back from 5k $ mark of BTC, with ATH of 20k $ down to 5k$. I did not expect this one. How sad.

I will think about what next that I will do. maybe I will check one by one of my coins and if there is a chance for me to sell even for just a small profit, I will do this. and then I will keep trying to trade no matter I only have small balance because I want to try any possibilities that could help me to recover my money. I have the experience like this in the past so I think I can try every way that I know to recover the money and I am sure that the chance is always there.
It is necessary to invest how much as you are ready to lose. You will have to wait until the market recovers to possibly gain back all losses.
I just let it on the exchanger, I usually dont sell at low amount even if it takes a lot of months before its price go back to normal. trading is risky but you must fight it with patience.
I also been loss more than 50% and i dont care about that my money, i just forget and hold it in a years. I believe in next year the crypto market will boom and explode , when that happen all that my investment possible to going up multiple times. Just relax and doing holiday, check it again in next afew month.
When you lose 50% of your investment its better to hold for long term as there is a high probability that you will get your original investment back and maybe you will be in profit. I am myself in around 50% loss. So its better for me to hold.

Im doing the same too, it's better to hold if the volume still quite high, cut loss is just wasting away money, if you don't have the urge to use the money ASAP then why sell? the future is still there and we're still on early stage of cryptocurrency development phase.Even someone says that you lose when you sell, i dont know that's the truth or not but it's better to keep my asset than selling it at bearish market.
Right now what I do is to do trading on Binance, day trading needs skill so you can learn from experience to be a day trader. You can also do bounties while waiting. Junior members already can join different bounties. Try it.

I'm also at a probably more than 50% loss. There's not much you can do, I don't want to sell my holdings and give up.

Once you lose heavy % of your investment you have no choice just HODL, If you want you can average at these prices and will have a pump later.

I will choose to hold it, because if I sell it then I lose 50% of my money, therefore I will hold it until I get a profit or at least my capital is not lost.
right now I am more than 50% loss, but I am not selling it. I am a trader and at the same time hodler, I will gain more coins and tokens during bearish season, and take profit during Bull season. In short, I will take the risk of holding during this time of bearish.

You need to spend money only on solid coins if you have a weak heart. At least try to balance it with coins like ETH and BTC to reduce possible loss.
