In the world of crypto HODL means to hold or holding. If you want a big profit you need to invest more time and more patience not only the money but you must HODL it and wait for the time to pump then that's the right time to sell.

HODL in cryptocurrency refers to HOLDING,that means one must HOLD cryptocurrency for long term and not get into any kind of panics.
hodl is holding coins when the price drops. hodl is very important to reduce losses. when prices drop dramatically, never pan sell.

Hodl is for hold. I think it is a crypto related word. Because I have not seen this before in any other field.
You can hodl but definitely it is important to sell on time also. Don't get emotionally too attached...

There will be a simple way of saying like this is to sell what you have and keep what you need. That's my way of saying "Hold".
HODL is actually the wrong spelling. It means the same as HOLD. You just need to know that it is just a word that lives in the cryptocurrency market!
