You're right for the past few years bitcoin already has proven its worth and as we can see today the price of bitcoin is already high that is why many people prefer bitcoin because they keep coming back to bitcoin no matter what.

I prefer BTC.because it is the best and main cryptocurrency.btc is like gold.it's my opinion.
Bitcoins and ethereum are best choice to invest short or long time, we can imagine if bitcoin's price become $10.000/ bitcoins will makes the of investment increase but the big chance on ethereum because if ethereum can follow price of bitcoins at least $ 2000/Ethereum, it will be more profitable with small capital than invest in bitcoins and ethereum has chance to hit it.

My opinion ETH can be to go to the moon, but it will stay below BTC, and in the end BTC will still stand upright on top. This is just my opinion, all free to argue 
I agree. That is why Ethreum is called an altcoin in the first place. Ethereum still relies on Bitcoin. Just look what happened after the split event of Aug 1 that is expected to go down but instead it's pumping.

Stick to BTC because ETH is like new LTC but better. ETH is the best Altcoin in the market for now and also best Altcoin coin to invest after bitcoin. You might as well consider investing in ETH after BTC investment.

If the exponential growth potential of Ethereum is ever going to be realised it will be realised when Plasma and metropolis are released. If it can succeed in becoming the framework of choice for the decentralized world that awaits and provide smart and secure application contracts, then it could rival BTC's dominance in years to come.

I choose to stick with bitcoin. Because is virtual currency very popular and really experienced a tremendous growth value. Even, with current high prices, we still have a chance to make profit.

Previously Bitcoin is facing the same situation now the price of Bitcoin is soaring. So soon there is a chance for the rise of ETH also because once the price of Bitcoin is increasing at the same the price of ETH will also increase.
There is no need to worry for blockchain and ethereum network problems. They are being, or will be, fixed by the developers of each digital community. So these won't affect btc and eth prices negatively.

Eth is looking great, major corps have ads for solidity devs everywhere atm.
But still nothing wrong in my eyes with BTC, I think whichever you were to put money into you will at least double your money in 12 months.
BTC is digital gold, ETH is the infrastructure.
metropolis and OmiseGo to supercharge Ethereum, I think Eth will close it's ratio with BTC in the short term and $500 by 2018 looks good.
But BTC has the potential to shoot for the moon in the medium term. Longer? Who knows.
theres no need to compare. btc is the main and primary cryptocurrency in the world and it is a lightyear away from eth. maybe it is safe to say that eth is the new btc but btc will also improve and make other cryptocurrencies develop and take it to the next level.

Bitcoin is a head of the cryptocurrency. I prefer in 1st choose is btc but ETH raising fast. In future ETH taken more strong position in crypto world.
