Yes, at times. There are projects/companies working on this such as the SENS research foundation which the pineapple fund has donated to. They are about making treatments to repair damage done to the body by the body's normal operations. Then when they are improving treatments faster than the body can damage itself (age), then you reach longevity escape velocity which is essentially immortality.
I think it's hard for science to make that happen and it's really against the natural rules. So i don't support this anyway cause maybe it could be used by bad guys.
I think immortality is possible, we need to find something that make us immortals

I think that life should not be immortal, if all people are immortal there will be no place to live for all. Based on what I've seen until now, that can't be happening. Humans have their own time limits in this world. They were born and live till they were old or they can die in the middle of their youth.

maybe is it possible. but it would be very sad and bad to live without feelings
I think longer lives would be fantastic, but immortality would be a curse. If only you were to become immortal, it'd be a lonely life. Especially if you had to hide your immortality. If all humans were immortal, how would we procreate? It'd be like a standstill or the planet would be in ruins from overpopulation.
I think this is fatal for humanity. Especially if this is the fate of the elect. A complete rethinking of culture and worldview.
