Have seen a lot of threads talking about the bull market, and everyone making comments.
I don't think selling all bitcoin in the bull market is a good idea. Why? Knowing the fact that the next bull price will still come as bitcoin continues to grow, so I don't think selling all my bitcoin in the bull market is the best.
Everyone is holdle bitcoin in the bear market and planning to sell in the bull market, now, when finally, the bull market  comes should I sell all my bitcoins and prepare to accumulate from afresh in the next bear market again? or should I keep some percentage to continue the accumulation?
It totally depends on you, whether you sell the full amount or not is up to you. If you can analyze the market correctly, if you think the price is unlikely to go up, you can sell the full amount if you want. But it is better to keep some money for future. Bitcoin is risky, when a bull market starts, after reaching a certain destination, the market can suddenly drop down a lot. I have heard of many people holding Bitcoin in 2021 hoping for higher profits. They still miss that bull market a lot. If you buy Bitcoin expecting a limited profit, you can sell the entire amount when the bull market starts. And if you want to get a lot of profit, then hold for a long time.

This depends on the strategies and desires of each investor in his investment outlook, his rate of profits, and his ability to be patient and overcome FOMO. Some prefer to sell what they have when the bull market comes because they are satisfied with their profits and fear losing the opportunity in their belief that it will not happen again in the near future. They hope to seize another purchasing opportunity at a low price when the bear market returns. Some sell parts of the amount of Bitcoin they have at intervals during the bull market. They keep a part of the amount for the long term to continue accumulating and remain within the market without selling everything they have and waiting for a higher price to achieve more profits.

Therefore, I believe it is wise for every investor not to wait until the time of entering the bull market to determine his decisions. He must make plans for his investment decisions and rearrange them from now on to what is good and in his interest and meets his desires and goals.

You already know the answer to your own queries, so there is no need to ask them again as other people have already expressed their views on the subject. What is crucial is that we don't allow our inaction build up on the day of the upcoming bull run in the years 2024–2025.

If you are one of the holders who has assets in your wallet here in the bitcoin business sector, this is the really exciting part. To be honest, it can only be referred to be the finest if we own a significant amount of Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies.

Just do what you think is right but for me, I sell them all and accumulate again when the bear season comes.
In fact, the reason why we are holding it is to wait for the bull season and sell them to make a profit, therefore, that is the thing we are supposed to do, right? And I will tell you that holding forever never makes you earn which is why there is selling activity happening in the market because people are making trade in order to get their money. Buy Low, Sell High - that is pretty simple.

This is not a fact, this is speculation.  Remember as long as an event does not happen, it cannot be considered as a fact.

You can always rinse and repeat.  Bitcoin market movement is known as a cycle, so when the Bitcoin price reaches its ATH, we can always wait for the correction and bear market to reaccumulate.  Selling all our stash when the price hits $100k, then buying during the bear market when the price hits $30k - $40k can give us more stash of Bitcoin than just selling the half and waiting for the half to be sold on the next bull run.

The idea of selling all your coins after the bull season is not a good one. Now I would like you to imagine this. if it takes an investor 4 years to accumulate 2BTC and finally the bull season comes, then the investor sells all his coins, then what will be the fate of the investor again?

Although the investor has already made profits from the bear season to the bull season, I will say that the investor has lost more than he/she has gotten as a profit. Why? Because for that investor to accumulate the same amount or amount of Bitcoin that he has gotten from the bull, it would be very hard if the investor accumulated 2btc and after the bull he gets 10btc, then if he sold all it would be very hard for the investor to accumulate to such extents again.

It is hard to hold Bitcoin, but it is very easy to sell for some people, it is easier for them to accumulate and hold than selling. Some people who are disciplined when yet to achieve something find it so easy to keep on striving, but others who don't have patience and discipline find it difficult to accumulate and hold.
Lastly, if an investor has 10 BTC, it is better for the person to sell the amount that he/she can buy again.

It's always good to have Bitcoin on hand. Every investor always wants to get the highest profit. When they see that their investment, which they have been waiting for for years, has reached the level they want, some try to sell the entire investment, while others try to sell a certain amount. That's why I like Bitcoin to have cycles. In both methods, the investor achieves his goal. This is the most important point for me.

There is a point that everyone determines the price of Bitcoin, and when it reaches that price, they will sell their Bitcoins. Some will sell all of it, some will sell some of it. But they will continue to accumulate Bitcoin because the investor who keeps Bitcoin in his wallet for a certain period of time will be disturbed when there is no Bitcoin in his wallet and will start collecting Bitcoin.

I think it will be a wrong approach to sell all the bitcoins that you have struggled to accumulate for a long time. What is the point selling all your bitcoins if you do not need all the money.

The bull run will give you profit, it can be a time to take a break from strict hodling, take out some profit and get yourself some things or do what you have always wanted or make another investment asides from bitcoins. You were disciplined enough to accumulate bitcoins and then hodl well, I think some little leisure spending and gratifications should not be out of place.

If you have a clear understanding of how the bull market and bear market function, you would know for a fact that it is what you as the owner of the crypto intend to do that you will do. It has to be the best decision, because whether you HoDL or sell your BTC, what a real trader looks at is the profit to be made either short term or long term.

If you sell, you make some profit, even if it is not as much, but the demand for BTC is what determines the bull run or bearish seasons respectively.
At this point, people are looking to HoDL more BTC because of the halving expected to happen early next year. If I were you, I wouldn't rush off to sell all my BTC because soon it would become scarce and the demand for it will increase, that would be the best time to sell.
Am not a financial adviser though, just sharing my opinion.

Totally depends on you since its your coins then it would really be your full control of it and whether you would really be selling all and accumulate again on cheaper coins on bear market or would really be simply holding up your position even if Bull run happens. It would really be that according into someones preference since not all does have the patience on doing such thing because even myself did make out some division of my portfolio
on which i do have a Bitcoin which is really that intended for long term hold or lets say a decade hold and there's a bitcoin balance which is really that intended for making some short term trades and the profits that
been made would really be that cycled out and would really be that be adding up into my capital on active trading and the rest would really be put up on long term stash. It is your money or balance then it would
really be always falls down into your preference and the capability that you do have since not all would really be just that good on doing that. This is why outcome and results wouldnt really be the same
on each person/investor. So its your choice to make in the end of the day.  Wink

Everyone has a different strategy. There are those who when bullish sell everything and after going down buy it back or there are also those who sell half. But in my personal opinion yes... Bitcoin will rise after 6 months -1 year after the halving.... That's a fact that I believe... Halving in 2024 means buying in 2023 and selling in 2025. That's the logic of supply and diamond.

In my opinion it's better not to sell whole lot of bitcoins because you should save as much as you can to meet your needs and because of that you will get big profit in future.

I think it's best not to sell anything left over after netting out your personal and family life expenses right now because if you sell, bitcoins will be deprived of profits.
If you want to make more profit with Bitcoin then you definitely need to keep people waiting for long term.

It's called holding, not keeping. People be lucky enough to sell their Bitcoins during bull market is a good idea and a strategy as well because they can always buy back when it changes it phase to bear market which obviously be a profit for them. We do have different strategy for buying and selling bitcoins, if you don't sell during a bull market then you losses the potential of gaining in the long run, perhaps you're holding for life and leave it to your grandchildren. As long as you don't need it, it is good as gold when you want to sell it.

I don't think my suggestion even work for you because you might have different vision about this kind of thing. You can sell some of your Bitcoin portion or just hold it, there is nothing wrong with that. But, if you are talking about selling it all? Then unless you have urgent stuff to pay and need emergency funds then I don't think you should sell all of your Bitcoin because it's solely bull market, if you want to get profit from this then you can sell some.

Well investors would be investors and if you are also looking at it from an investor's perspective then you should not tell them what to do. I am a Bitcoin enthusiast and personally I don't save Bitcoin just to sell it off in the next bull run. But as an investor you don't know how long they have been holding their Bitcoin some can go far back as the previous bull run or the one before that, so if they have achieved their goal regardless of the fact that there would be another bull run, they can definitely sell off and most time they buy again at another higher price .

I don't understand the cycle of selling off only to start again. Well we all have our financial goals so if this works for them then it's fine.

It is "tempting" to read that the wheel is not reinvented, the known techniques or theory are there, but they change according to the individuals idea of doing "x" or "y", so, in that process they reinvent themselves. their own way, that is, each individual does what they want, some movements are the trend, others go against the current and some "invent" new things, fortunately that is the case.

That same essence is what makes everything tend towards a known state of the market, but it is those fluctuations of action and thoughts that make the market have the trend that corresponds and benefits (or not) that individual at a certain moment.

Sell up and buy down, is the cheap slogan of a "fish" investor.  It works, but the level is Shark.

For long-time holders, the bull run is just another season for them, and it doesn't make much of a difference to them unless the joy that an increase in portfolio will bring comes with.

But for some individual, seasonal, and institutional investors, this bull period is their target time to take home some profit. They will have to sell their holdings during that bull season, taking advantage of the market hype and making some profit so that they can give a good account of how their investment was, and profit will be subtracted from the capital, and the amount to be reinvested will also be decided.

Most people also believe that after a bull run there is a great possibility of a market dump, which they will not want their investment to sink, so they sell when the market is high and wait for the bearish season to buy back. This strategy works for some, but for others it doesn't, as they always fall victim to miscalculating the market.

The concept of selling all your bitcoin or holding some is based on the person concerned. Normally, everyone has one's own engagement, aim, and target. So it depends on what someone wants to do at that particular time, the convenience and the gain, that will  make one to decide whether to sell all one's bitcoin or some of it during the bull run. Though it is advisable to check the exact situation of things about bitcoin, you should check yourself completely, and make personal decision.

Selling or not has to be on our personal end, we can choose to sell at anytime we want as long as we are contempted with the rate at which we are selling, why many investors always choose the period after Halving is because then the market rises and there is more of bull market than bear, there's no law that permits selling only at bullrun but i think most of us will always prefer taking the advantage of pump market than the bear market for selling.

Once there is a bull market, sell all your BTC because you don't know how long it will take for another bull to come that will give you the same opportunity, and don't forget that anything can happen that will make you not to wait for another bull to come than to sell your BTC in bear market because, any incident can happen that will make you to sell at the moment. It is better to sell when there is a bull market and save the money to wait for another bear market to come before you can buy to hold for another bull market, and it will give you strong confidence to hold till you win your target from the bull market. Well, in this aspect you still have your choice not to sell all your BTC, but I just give you my own strategy I use to harvest profits from bull market which you can also apply the same too
