Well for me gambling is basically half risk and half skill. Yes, because I only gamble in one game and that is poker. I believe that in poker you are not just playing with your cards, but you are also playing with other factors like your skill at checking other peoples emotions, facial gestures, psychology, and others. I don't believe that you are gambling in poker, you are outdoing your fellow skilled players in poker. And that is how I view gambling.

From my own experience gambling is entertainment but when luck is on my side I see it as my chance to win some money. I also know that gambling is very addictive and that I must control myself and not enter the vicious circle.
Controlling yourself may sound easy until you there and see those tempting bet by the participants and the money they won. that is one thing you cannot get away in gambling so easily. the temptation of playing to win big will always get to you every time you play. I would like to answer the option of "entertainment", but it will not be completely true. I am interested in considering games from the point of view of mathematics and looking for interesting strategies and their "profitability", but this is not getting pleasure from the excitement or something like that. Gambling for me is just mathematical “puzzles” and I never put my financial situation depending on how these puzzles turned out.

The worst thing is that you may lose all of your property and can cause depression on you.

For me gambling is more of a profit/income and also entertainment. It seems like whatever game that is involving money just like betting or anything we could already call that gambling. Nothing is wrong about it you just need to put it to discipline.
I do gambling because it is fun and at the same time I could also earn a good amount of profit in playing it, even when I was a child I do small bet with my friends so we could say that this is my childhood game

Well, I think that is entertainment, and yes gambling also falls under the category of amusement/entertainment industry. Though I never think of gambling activities as having fun since it is no fun if we see people's lives getting destroyed due to their gambling addiction.

Anyway, since you already cited the definition of gambling. That is an endlessly entertainment for us gamblers, I consider it also a sin. A sin in my profession. Because in my profession, gambling or any activities that relate in gambling will revoke our license. Since it was indicated in our Code of Ethics.
Anyway, I am not yet a public servant and I am not really a gambler in physical casino. So, I am still excuse in that rule though maybe, I will teach someday and I think I should stop gambling when time comes.

We really have different point of views about bitcoin as it is really a game for those who want to get rich, but little did they know that gambling should not be treated as a getting rich scheme. There are people who risks all of their money and suffer in the end, it should not be like that.
Your money should go to a more valuable things than gambling because there's a probability that you can just put it into the trash and be wasted. People always keep their eye on the huge amount of money but they don't think about losses. Sometimes it is much better to play online rather than in physical casinos so that you can limit your budget.

That is interesting. But, you are NOT making use of gambling but the gambling industry. If you are suffering due to lockdown restrictions on these pandemic periods then you may try skill based gambling which must be having more than 60% chances to get you profits if you are equipped with required skills. I suggest you to develop skills before entering into gambling and further more, do it at your own responsibility and not just due to my suggestion

I believe this must be the meaning of gambling for 90% of gamblers as most gambler are booking losses hence the meaning of gambling cannot be making profits even they have not realized that. But why i really play mostly?that is to lessen the stress and to make fun specially when playing with friends and close one.
we tend to enjoy our free time spending our allotted miney and just go home after this is why i love playing with them because all of us has self control while playing.
