ETH price has temporary correction, but long shot is one to bet
I think it's all falling at the same time. Ethereum as well as bitcoin falls as they have the same graphics on the coinmarketcap. It all depends on bitcoin unfortunately.
When I observe bitcoin price if increase ethereum follows to increase. I think the market trends will go to the moon this year an increase will occur. Ethereum price has the movemement of low price and up prices so let's see this year changes of value. I have the theory of that hte price is being manipulated at the moment because of the futures, we do not know what is going to happen at 100% , but its scary
The futures market has without a doubt affected bitcoin and as we know bitcoin affects the whole market but at the same time this cannot last forever at some point the price of bitcoin will skyrocket and the market of futures will be completely discredited and investors will learn to only invest in bitcoin and not in pieces of paper.

I'm sure that when the whole market starts to grow again, then the ETH will return to its maximum values
it is obvious that now the price of ETH as the whole market is falling. A good time to buy, which would sell at the end of the year at a profitable price
The prices of Bitcoin and Ethereum are not connected in any way and are controlled only by supply and demand. Perhaps now people are transferring some of their funds from Ethereum to Bitcoin, since it is more stable.
ETH is the future 
Ethereum is very dependent on Bitcoin, like other altcoins. When Bitcoin becomes cheaper, all the Crypto-currency and Ethereum become cheaper. The difference may be that Bitcoin is being invested more than in Ethereum, so Bitcoin grows stronger.
Why worry about the current price of Ethereum? That's how ethereum's volatility take effect because it's not all the time that ethereum will always go up. I have ethereum in my portfolio but i don't bother much about its market price now because i am keeping it for a long term plan.
I expect that eth will cost at least 1000 at the end of the year

While we see an identical move across the market lately and this involved other altcoins too not just Bitcoin and Ethereum. Keep in mind that both coins are created for different purposes and will move on its own. One of the good advised that i can give is to read more about this currencies, then learn more about it and get familiar with how this altcoins moves

yes i agree that both coins (btc and eth) are created for different purpose and they do actually have a different usage but i guess their value is somehow tied up to each other. why i can say that? because i notice that everytime the bitcoin decreases , the value of etherium will also eventually follow after a few minutes or hours. this phenomenon are always happening all the time and even on the past years . so i guess my analysis were trully correct?@ op , if you asked me on what really happens to eth price? id simply say that eth price right now has been declining. but theres no need to worry about because that was actually normal. all i can suggest for now is to keep it lowkey in your investments.

As it is now, the price of these two coin are down because of the fall in market price but I believe because of the great potentials that they have the best coin in crypto, they will rise very high as soon as the market recover and begin to rise.
this dumping of eth is normal.. the cause of this was many of the holder of the eth dumping the eth and also many of them cash out..you don't need to worry because this is normal..it will not stand only in low price and after a few months it will pump up, and will take you to the moon.. so all you need to do is hodl your coin.

This bearish trend doesn't have any correlation with the bad news. You must see that there is a bunch of good news in the various crypto news sit. What makes you think if that will be giving a lot of impact to the crypto? ethereum is only following the bitcoin while it gets manipulated on its price. I Confused with the Etherium price When BTC down ETH down and now the price of Bitcoin is up but the price of ETH still down.
is there a reason for it? and give advice to me about Etherium.

Bitcoin is the barometer of all the prices of altcoins, with any movement of bitcoin price theirs a corresponding changes in the altcoins. I am still believe in ethereum, eth will be the next currency after bitcoin very soon. I highly recommend Eth for long term investment. So buy as much as you can because this is the right time for buying ETH.
Today, ETH price has risen more than 5% and this is a very good sign to show the stability of ETH for a long time. Especially today, Ethereum CEO is considering setting up more new technologies to make ETH the best trading card with over 1 million transactions per second. If this happens, ETH will soon get Top 1 in the next few yearsI am sure, it will remain the altcoins' leader forever, and probably, once will even become the cryptocurrency #1. However, ETH price volatility lets me worry too much.
