I cannot imagine bitcoin die. There's no way bitcoin will die easily because its the king of cryptocurrency and it dying will cause a great significant influence on all the other coins.
Bitcoin won't die. It could happen only if all technologies disappear. I saw some thread with information about how to mine bitcoin on paper, so bitcoin will survive.
Even exchange bitcoin with paper wallet still can be done with trust from both user who exchange it. This is why bitcoin itself wouldn't die even there are no internet at all. Maybe have less value can be happen.

I do not think Bitcoin can die in the nearest future, but if it do happens, this might has a significant influence on all crypto projects and even kill the cryptocurrency market.
In the first place i will not agree with that question because i do not believe Bitcoin can ever die though nothing in life is impossible . Bitcoiin has gained global trust more than any alts . If Bitcoin should die this really will be as a result of people losing trust in the technology and other cryptocurrency will take replacement.
It seems to me that this will not happen, even if Bitcoin becomes irrelevant, but it will exist somewhere in the market, but if it does, it will only happen in the distant future
I believe that we will enter the new era of altcoins and I think we should enter it if BTC dies or not. BTC is too old a crypto currency and investors need finally to understand that there are much more altcoins on the market with huge potential.
At the moment I have 100% of the capital in Altcoins. And 80% of Altcoins are not coins from the TOP-20 cryptocurrency market.
I believe that we will enter the new era of altcoins and I think we should enter it if BTC dies or not. BTC is too old a crypto currency and investors need finally to understand that there are much more altcoins on the market with huge potential.

First of all, its a long shot prediction because bitcoin will not die anytime soon or ever. Hypothetically, if it does, other crypto will still survive. They are not solely depends on bitcoin because they have their own value and function. Also, sooner or later, there will be another crypto that will take bitcoin's place as the best crypto ever.
Hopefully that doesn't happen, because bitcoin is an influential coin for other coins and if bitcoin dies I think crypto will also die.

You're right!
BTC can not just go and cease to exist. There must be some prerequisites: a general ban (I doubt that this will affect somehow significantly), critical bugs in the wallet and the technology itself, the emergence of a new revolutionary coin/protocol. Just such a coin and will become the heir of the BTC.

Bitcoin has high influence toward other altcoins. Im afraid if bitcoin die, the other altcoins will die too.
But this is nearly impossible from happening. Bitcoin price is very high, i cannot imagine if it hit 0 in the future.
The thing that can makes btc die is when the asic manufacturer secretly mining and dump it later.
it seems to me that if Bitcoin dies, then altcoins will increase very much in price and will be very popular in investments. because I think that in general, Bitcoin is not going anywhere.
I talked about articles in a forum and I shared with my friends. if indeed bitcoin dies I think cryptocurrency will be shaken and unstable, maybe a lot of coins will die. now bitcoin is the most important coin in cryptocurrency, but it is very difficult to make bitcoin die and that is impossible.
If bitcoin dies it is still our hope for altcoin that has the same role in explaining how the market conditions when the role of bitcoin is dead, then the influence of that can all be realized by altcoin
