You should check out Spectiv and Spectre. I have a very good feeling about those two ICO's. They have strong teams and solid projects with growing communities.

Woahh. I recommend pundi to you because as of now it reaches 100k+ million and keep on reaching the target it really a success as of now. And i wish it will continue to reach their hard cap. Checking team (Linkedin, Facebook). Git/Github - code should be opened and has a good support. Checking forum and telegram - have to see good and productive activities. Think - its main points.

before you invest in any ICO I will urge you to do your background check very well to avoid being Scam. check the website and read their aim and what they intend to achieve. also check the management teams and make sure they have traceable background. not just a faceless people. the year is winding up gradually and with the recent segwit2x issue, alot of ICO have postponed the token sales but there are still some good ICO coming up in december. AION is one of them. APPCOIN, Utrust are other good ICO you can invest on although but have started crowdsales.

Look into projects that you are interested, there are plenty of ICO's flying around and you will be happier with your investment if you believe in the concept, rather than just trying to get get some cash.

It's difficult to say. Some ideas look great at a glance, but when you read the whitepaper, you will find hat the concept hasn't been full developed and that there are key issues that haven't been addressed. All you can do is your due diligence. Try to find out who their backers are and where they are listed. Many of the major ICO listing sites are careful to screen them before they are listed, even when they are accepting payment to do so.
