Come on, why people like they're gamble on no KYC casino? Cheesy

I mean, take a look with the casino you promoted, they're all KYC casino. When we're use a non privacy oriented project, it means we should not mind to share our identity, remember personal information isn't only the KYC they ask, but your internet connection, phone number, and basic personal information are form of KYC.

If you want to avoid KYC, you're already lose in the first place.

Smart is not enough, there must be skills
Don't be surprised that in the future many casinos will follow in the footsteps of the likes of CEX which requires this KYC as a strict regulation.

Sincere answer - will continue to do KYC verification at casinos as there is no other way to play there except doing KYC.
I don't like playing casino with fiat, it's easy to get into trouble for me but I don't know about others, so if it's the only way, I'll do it.

This is in connection back to the thread I made about casinos mandating users to complete Level 2 KYC by the end of the year. By now, we probably have an idea that over time, more and more casinos will likely adopt similar requirements.

So, here’s the question: if all crypto casinos started requiring KYC before you can gamble, what would you do? Would you go ahead and pass the KYC to continue gambling? Would you switch to fiat casinos instead? Stop gambling altogether? Or maybe start looking for a decentralized casino to avoid the hassle?

For me the overall experience and in some case odds are more important than thinking about if it requires KYC or not. I feel KYC whenever required.
In case of two equally good alternatives one enforcing KYC and another not, surely I'd prefer the one that's not but its not due to my desire to remain anonymous but due to hassle on completing the documents and forms.

As of decentralized Casinos, I'm at the moment using some of them and they do provide great experience and in some case better odds. Though they are not still as perfect as centralized ones but they would certainly be a good and doable alternative if you don't want to do a KYC.

I will still gamble, I will just try to pass the KYC and continue gambling after all soon non KYC casinos would be phased out as even most fiat casinos are KYC demanding but the anonymous nature of crypto casinos was a reason some other persons comfortably got in as they were sure of their privacy for reasons best known to them at such point. But for those who doesn't really fear infringement on their privacy, they may not really mind.

If we have no choice, for sure people will choose to submit KYC and don't bother with it anymore.

But, I'm sure there will be always a new casino comes up without asking KYC, just like many P2P exchanges that didn't ask KYC while almost exchanges nowadays ask for KYC. There's no way to regulate everything in internet, even we live in North Korea or China, we can still have a way to use VPN.

Have you also made your choice? I hope you also have the answer to your own question. Because you are also a gambler, you will definitely be faced with the situation of your question.

I personally have no problem with doing KYC at the casino. But I won't have enough casinos to play. Only a few that I really trust, then I will be willing to do KYC. We know that some of us also register for casinos to try because they are new or some events they create for new users. I also have several casino accounts, but not all of them I complete KYC verification.

We are all preferring on dealing up with gambling on which it didn’t really asks about any verification and this was actually the reason on why crypto gambling space did really become big and known. Just as expected on where governments wouldn’t really be letting themselves getting behind on which they will really be targeting out these businesses because they do really know that they could be able to get those taxes on which they will be normally touching up these platforms on having those regulation on which we know that they do end up on having no choice.

All of those questions are hard to answer, to be honest. It varies if I am in a good mood to comply with KYC without even having to gamble first if that's the first requirement.

All of those are options but why change into a fiat casino when they're also going to do the same thing? there's no escape unless we truly find a casino that's 100% KYC-free.

As for the decentralized casinos, we need the entire community to make it alive because there is not that a lot of interest on it anymore.

Casinos require KYC because of government regulations. As the government is becoming stricter the casinos will keep asking for more documents for verification. You might also need a bank account to fund or receive payments from fiat-based casinos, which is also KYC. Some fiat casinos I know require KYC if you deposit a large sum or win big. I will keep seeking trustworthy decentralized casinos until all of them adopt a more stringent KYC stance. KYC would not stop me from gambling because there will always be a way out. If there is no way out, I don't have anything to hide, they can always know me anytime they want.

Honestly, decisions about completing KYC depends on personal choice. As for me, I will definitely go ahead and pass the KYC cause I don't see it as something new. These are just things casino do meet regulatory requirements and security. I won't switch to fiat casino though they would be less identity checks but I don't mind embracing the privacy that crypto offer. I cannot stop gambling either, this is what I do for fun.

Completing KYC will be the obvious choice because we don't have such thing called decentralized casino and fiat casino will have the same or much more KYC requirements so for the best chose to complete the KYC will be the smart choice. But we don't have to do that in every casino platform just be selective and only submit documents that can be considered as trusted and will handle the KYC data in a secured way.

If someone prioritize their KYC details more than gambling then that leave them with no other option other than stop gambling or chose unregulated casinos which is a risky option.

I think crypto makes it easy for us to access any casino globally without anyone knowing that you are gambling in a casino in another country. I don't know why they are going towards the direction of knowing all their customers through KYC when initially or in the beginning, they claimed to be no KYC casinos which has made a lot of gamblers that loves their privacy to adopt these online crypto casinos, giving limited time to their own fiat casinos.

One thing that I know is that as time passes on, all casinos will ask for KYC as mandatory before you will withdraw your win either big or small. What will a gambler do that loves fun and enjoys the entertainment from these crypto online casinos than to abide to their demands and do my KYC in order for me to continue having fun with crypto.

Just as lovesmayfamilis said, it's a several choice for others but for someone who's so interested in privacy decentralised casino would probably be their options but when it goes ok it of privacy, I imagine giving out my details without my permission to different applications, websites etc I wouldn't think of what my details would be used for afterall the once that are out their I don't know what it's used for so one would probably give up their details to KYC and continue gambling.

Do you not know where to put someone else's data? And why do people avoid doing KYC verification? I think that your post sounds like you don't even imagine the number of ways to use someone else's documents because there are actually a lot of them. Your data, in the event of a hack or data leak, can be sold and used for purposes far from yours. Smiley

Depending on how I like and how I trust the casino, if I trust the casino and I've been playing for years then I will complete the KYC process (I've done it already in 1 casino already).
Switching to fiat casino will be worse option for me and maybe for most gamble from my country because currently the government is blocking so many bank accounts which suspected to be used for online gambling activities.
Staying on crypto online gambling is the best option for me although I need to undergo KYC but I wont do KYC in all casinos where I usually play as I will be more selective for it.
Once all crypto casinos requires me to pass KYC first before I can use them, I will stay on the casino where I've been verified only.

No dream is too big and no dreamer is too small
If I had a choice, I’d never want to verify my account. But since it’s a regulation and necessary to keep gambling, we don’t have much of an option, we have to comply. Personally, I’d limit the number of casinos I sign up for and make sure they’re super reputable. That way, there’s less risk of my documents or information being stolen or sold on the black market.

As for decentralized casinos, if they ever become popular, I’m sure a lot of gamblers would switch to them over KYC casinos. But you know, they’re not popular yet, and I have a feeling regulators might come after them eventually, forcing them to comply as well once they earn popularity. So.. at this point, crypto casinos aren’t much different from fiat casinos when it comes to KYC. It’s just the reality we have to deal with.
KYC is going to be inevitable soon so as much as we want to stay anonymous, but as a regulatory compliance, we need to comply KYC as it would also reduces the risk of fraud and money laundering. And for certain, those who are not adapting KYC today will only be forced to do it soon. This is the reality now. No KYC, no betting on gambling casinos. You chose what’s best for you.

It depends on the level of trust I have in a casino; if the casino has a good reputation and have established their name in the industry like Stake.com, I don't have issues with KYC, KYC is a matter of trust, you don't give it if you have doubts on your mind You want to have peace of mind at a casino that you trust, even if it means providing him your basic information.

The need for Kyc is high on  gaming sites, and the further a non Kyc casino goes, they'll begin to demand to know customers. Gamblers have to entrust their documents to well secured gaming platforms. Because most of these documents leak on databases, and it's not safe for the owners.

Maybe I would prefer to play gambling under a decentralization-based system; this is if I don't want KYC. But for others whose kyc is okay with them, it won't be a problem for them for sure in the end. That's the simple thing I'm going to do: I'm going to move to a decentralized gambling platform.

It would be okay for me to have KYC, but not all casinos here in the crypto space. This is just my opinion. Besides, the others have a bracket right before they require KYC from a casino player.

Gambling is one of the main reasons I’m active in the forum, so if everything ends up requiring KYC in the future, I guess I’ll have no choice but to join the KYC party. It’s time to reveal my identity and hope that casinos handle my information confidentially, as they’re supposed to.

I'm just thinking.... maybe for gamblers who like to explore different casinos, this is quite scary as you’re exposing yourself and your documents to multiple platforms. At the end of the day, it’s all about being smart with your choices. Stick to proven casinos with solid reputations. I won’t name any names (don’t want anyone feeling jelly), but for me, whether it’s an old or new casino doesn’t matter. As long as their reputation is strong, that’s good enough.

The world of gambling casinos, regardless if it’s crypto or fiat, are actually heading to KYC verification. So I think if we want to pursue our passion with gambling, then we are left with no choice but to pass KYC. Just to clear out things here, KYC does not guarantee that casinos are totally safe and secured, or highly reputable. It’s still best to do our due diligence so we can avoid getting scammed at the end of the day.

For now, let’s just seize the moment where we can enjoy those KYC-free casinos. We don’t know exactly when, but time will really come that we’ll no longer experience anonymity when gambling.
