I have been thinking if cryptocurrency projects should come back as it was in the early 2016 to 2017 as many of us came into cryptocurrency industry the time it has been made visible to many people, because that early 2016 a lot of people don't really have the knowledge and how it works that time, what do you think that will happen if those days should come back in the crypto phase?

The spike occurred in 2017 and not in 2016. And those days are never going to come back, for a variety of reasons. A lot of people lost their money after investing in scam projects. Even good projects went down by a lot after the ATH in 2017, resulting in several new investors losing their capital. The best example is that of Cardano, which went down by as much as 99%. The reputation of cryptocurrency received a major hit during 2018/19 and it will take a lot of effort to restore it.

It won't come back. Don't think that it's possible because it's never going to happen. People are so full about projects like ICOs and everyone has been well-informed today. But giving the idea of the situation and what if it comes back, let's answer.
what do you think that will happen if those days should come back in the crypto phase?
Investors will try to avoid it, the hype for ICOs is gone and they will invest wisely this time. If it's not Ethereum or other good altcoins, they will mainly invest to bitcoin.

(1) Investors now have matured already, they don't just pour their money to a project without doing any proper research

The tiktok hype on dogechain makes me rethink. It's also mostly due to a lot of people are still out of crypto and not everyone enter the market on their own will and with their own research. As there are more people who are still naive to crypto and the market, there would be a lot of scams to come. And there could even be more of such bullish pump in the future.

I don't think there's a lot of difference depending on the country anyway.
In my country, aside from our app being innovated quite a lot right now. There should be just little to no increase of investors especially in Bitcoin.
That might be just me but  I never felt the increase of investors here in my country since 2017.

As much as we love to see crypto coming back similar to the huge hype around 2017 culminating to a new all time high for most of the coins, I don't think we can relived that glory days.

(1) Investors now have matured already, they don't just pour their money to a project without doing any proper research
(2) There are still scam projects, legit projects are affected by the stigma
(3) Projects now doesn't offer anything new, it's just a copy cat of previous projects
(4) Hacks are all over, if you don't know how to protect your assets then you won't gonna stay long in this game

That's some of the factors that I think will not bring back the hype around 2017. And if will take some time before we can see a altcoin bull run. Everything is different now.

No way.
If that happens, I don't think that the cryptocurrency projects can grow and better than what we saw in that year.
Everything that we did in the past will give something to us, and the process can not be the same as the past because that thing will grow to better or worst.
Related to the cryptocurrency, people see the cryptocurrency now is developing.
It shows with the many new projects, including Defi, which is new to most people.
We will see another new thing in the future or at least, in the next year or 2 years from now.
We don't have to come back to that phase because crypto will evolve to better.

That's the early stage of new ICO and many projects were showed their good performance and some of them were disappear after the 2018's altcoin bull run. In 2019, community fill with scam projects and many investors as well as newbies lost their funds and got rekt. Now, there are also some scam projects, but thanks to all scam busters for their great works. If we want back the golden time of Crypto/ICO/Bounty, we must be more educated about crypto and new users must be aware of the shit projects. Thus, we might be able to see some major events/bull run in crypto.

Honestly I hope those days will make a comeback, 2017 was the best year so far but thanks to ICO, that's what made 2017 a possible year for bullrun and altcoin season, it will be hard to see such again but still possible, crypto is full of amusements, let's just hope for the best

Those were the days of hype. Though no one can guarantee that won't come back but it would not be as effective as the last one. People blindly jumped into any ICO or coin and it rose crazy bringing them instant profit. It was more like a ponzi bubble and when it burst, the prices came to the reality. For some coins, that were zero.
That sort of growth is not much beneficial to the development and adoption of crypto. That burst has plunged the prices to depression for more than 3 years now.
