I doubt it deeply. But in any case he is immortal. He went down in history forever.

He is either dead or here. Probably here. He could be ANY of you.

Exactly what i think, it doesn't seem like the real Satoshi Nakamoto is interested in unveiling his identify for the world to know.
Anonymity provides privacy , protection and peace—three things that likely appeal to the owner of 5% of the entire crytocurrency in circulation Shocked Shocked Shocked
But is that really such a bad idea?
With the level of havoc it could wreak on the price of bitcoin and other crytocurrencies and internal politics, it is indeed better off that Nakamoto—whoever that is even if he's here with us—remain anonymous and inactive indefinitely....but he could atleast congratulate me with some of his treasures for this post Grin Grin

LMAO!
There is saying in my language which basically tells, that the work/legacy of a person is immortal. I think this is quite relevant for Satoshi (if we assume he is a person).

Thus, Satoshi Nakamoto will never die, because bitcoin will never die, blockchain will never die, cryptocurrency will never die (unless this world collapses),

Hypothetically speaking, what if he just randomly died one day, yet no one knew, and everyone thinks he's alive still?

He used to be the most active member on this forum, then he just stopped. Maybe he had a heart attack one morning, he could have slipped down a staircase and banged his head, some guy could have dropped a rock from an airplane and it crushed him underneath, who knows?

Maybe he was an 80 year old man that, as a last resort to life, made Bitcoin, then died due to old age?

1) Why he used to be an active member of this forum? Where did you get that information?
2) What the difference if he's dead? Nothing is changed. That's the point of decentralized system.

And you're a donkey. The guy can not speculate?

His legacy will remain.

You don't even know is it "he" or "they", also it's never matter if "he" died or not. It changes nothing.

Even if Satoshi Nakamoto dies, bitcoin will never die. It has features and benefits that people will adapt it for the longest time.

It's grown bigger than one man now.

While I'd love to meet him, I sincerely hope that we never from him, and he remains a mystery

Alts will anyways take over btc, nothing will change if nakamoto is no more. The speed and tech of btc is anyways inferior to alts. Only value is highest as btc is oldest.

Well, then 1 Million of bitcoin will be wasted because no one knows his key.

But for that, it may increase the Bitcoin price because the maximum supply will be less than 20 Million Smiley

The amount of 1 million bitcoin of Satoshi Nakamoto has never translated. I think they are an organization and the members will share the bitcoin hold.

There will not any effect on the bitcoin, Bitcoin will fluctuate as it is now,
So don't worry, He gives us the assets that would last long.

I think that immediately someone will appear who will pretend to be Satoshi.

I don't think there will be a huge difference. As bitcoin will be the source of online currency and it should be managed by another person and satoshi's family will take the charge.
