It does possible, people will treat this kind of event as an usual stuff and they will get interested to buy more because they are running a "normal" bull run. You will see it mostly on shit coins at Yobit, almost everyday you will most likely see this shit over and over.
Some peoples will use this chance to earn more, but the rest is just don't care with this.

Every bull run is a bull run so it will just be an ended bull run and nothing more. and the rate at which it would have dropped would have been more than a gory accident because it would have provoked a lot of people to opt out of crypto and the blockchain development
I think if the bull run happened in one night it will a huge problem for investors and you don't realise that this is the end time so it will not give any huge profit to anyone because people don't understand the current situation it will stay at some more time only.

Bull run started and I hope continue it even 1 year only and I don't like to ended it one night only. Like what happened last day ago we pump the market for almost 5 days and in one night only or in just few hours the value of the bitcoin decreased again. We cannot earn money if they start selling again better if we focus on buying and holding.
I think this its impossible hit 50k just in one day. If you remember previous bullrun in 2017, you could see that price was go up from 1k to 20k during almost one year.

If this happens, then someone will make a profit, as there are always participants on both sides in the market. Today, the market has come a similar market situation with that offered by the OP. Growth on the eve and a sharp dump after a few hours. The unrealistic assumption turned out to be very useful. Today I sold about half of my ETH coins.
If it will happen there is no one will get the profit from that day I definitely sure it will not happen like that you take at least some more days to stay hold On and make the people alert and to get the profits for the investment properly.
I don't assume that it is ever feasible for the bull hurried to begin and finish in one day or night kind of that, it has never occurred. On the off chance that a wonder such as this happens it is just a siphon and dump by market controllers. The bull run isn't only a market where the costs of all coins increments immediately, its a consistent and slow increment over some undefined time frame. That will not be a bull run but an obvious manipulation of the market, at that point I will do nothing, it is not correct to try to invest in a coin when it does a movement like that, if you do not believe me just look at what happened to STORJ a few days ago it went up more than 100% in a single day and since then it has been going down so unless you were already holding STORJ or you could enter in the movement early you will lose money when the market moves like that.
