Most new projects fail because they might not achieve softcap or because they are just scam projects that run deliberately when they get what they want. And this scam project that makes investors think twice before deciding to invest in a new project because of course the investors do not want to get failures and losses from investments that we do and maybe if the bullrun occurs again it will make investors re-invest in new projects .

Yes i think so. In crypto market every project are not bad. There are some extra ordinary projects and their thinking also well standard. But matter of sorrow that there are too much bad projects in market and as a result market going down day by day as well as good projects. i think if the forum main a standard project market will rich again and everybody will gainer.
Investors are now smarter about where to invest their money, if a new project is not too clear there will be problem in their fundraising, developers must go for extra approach when trying to make their project attractive to investors
The current project is very different from the previous project which teamwork and seriousness to develop their tough project. The project is now only used to seek the profit of the project developer, thus destroying the trust of investors.
Most of them are like this, but there are still some projects that have a good quality and having a real developing product, just because most of the projects are likely scam we can not generalize all projects is scam and some of the projects are also have a good potential for the investors. So, choosing projects is not easier than 2017 which almost all proejct has reached it's success but ended scam, we should more careful of choosing which project that we want to involved and take the profits in the future
Not good moment for investing with new project because price bitcoin and altcoin still down, I think many IEO and ICO will listed with lower price to get back their money and hard if new project want listed with higher price, they sell coins with lower value reached if bitcoin still have lower price and altcoin keep down, when crypto have higher price they will got much profit.

New projects are not much different from old projects. Only one thing is that nobody cares much about them because investors have become wiser and more careful. Compared to ICO projects, the organization projects of IEO become more difficult to own so it is difficult to attract large investors. They may be large whales that help pump altcoin values up.

This year the investment trend is focusing heavily on IEO because this is the best form of attracting investors and every IEO project at the big exchange has received a lot of attention from everyone. I think if you are looking for opportunities to make money then IEO is the only option you can join. However, not all IEO projects can help you make a big profit because if the market is not stable, investing IEO will make you face a lot of risks.

Crucial aspects such as marketing and solid plans to achieve adoption are some of the pitfalls a lot of new cryptocurrency and block chain startups have as the market matures and technologies are constantly becoming superseded by newer alternatives, but this is natural for an emerging market just do as much research as you can to avoid losing capital on projects that aren't viable long term
The altcoins market is unstable actually, and recently ETH price decreased to around 150$, and that's, of course, affecting the new ICO and IEO projects. This market's situation isn't encouraging the investors to take the risk of investing in ICOs, and most of them prefer to hold their coins.
ETH price decrease will affect many other projects, at this time people are not very interested in investing and will only make you more frustrated. Currently, people are only encouraged to invest in the old coins available in this market to make profit because these are coins with stable markets and high liquidity, which will greatly reduce the risks.This year I have very little investment in new projects but will consider participating in some IEO projects at big exchanges like Okex because this is often the place where many projects are profitable for investors.
I think its because the current market is too bad for investing on cryptocureency. Thats why new projects cant survive with that condition. Also too many scam projects make investor lose their interest on ico/ieo and it make the crypto space worst.

Bear market is killing all of new coin, although this project has strong roadmap and future. If this project can stay with good volume until 2021, nothing will happen with this project. Investor change their minds for new project. 
There are many factors that affect the failure of new projects. Faded faith of investors, incompetence of the team and other factors that ruin new projects. Perhaps the developers underestimated their abilities and this led to the failures of their project. Can be any of versions of.
Agreeing on your opinion, but other than that many new projects only seek temporary profits. if it has been collected through ICO, many of them do not develop it but instead sell their rights tokens first. so investors when selling it prices have fallen and are worthless. many methods are applied to seek profits for a moment, thus damaging the credibility of crypto.

Investors are becoming more practical and cautious because of the recent nrws about scams and failure of many projects. I have the same thoughts about projects that are being created just to die. After the hype of the project, it will start to fall down and eventually die, without trading volume and/or exchanger and will remain to be priceless until someone tries to revive it but mostly failed too.
The biggest challenge facing new cryptocurrency projects now is "Common Sense. What I am trying to say is that investors now has common sense unlike before when you could throw a bunch of cash into any random project and your money is almost guaranteed to multiply, after repeated losses, people has now wised up and think long and hard before making any investment because it's an investment that they might come to regret later.
Scammers are increasingly in a fast rate, most of the new projects that we see are created by the scammers. There are many projects that can be a waste of time because of their whitepapers. It is rarely to find good projects nowadays.
I Mean if you are tired of all That things you encountered everytime you are trying to get involved into a new project then just stick with the already popular IEO hosted by some popular exchange although sometimes they are not successful but they are at least legit. However the many failures of new project in my opinion is because the perception of people against new project becoming more and more pessimistic you see why most of IEO project could gain success despite having the same quality as the project that didnt do IEO in a popular exchange which mean just a hyped up project.
