Best Korean drama you should watch is Gap Dong - 갑동이. Based on a true mystery, detective Moo Yeom devotes himself to finding the identity of a serial killer whose acts match those of the elusive "Gap-Dong," whose murder spree 17 years ago led to false allegations against Moo Yeom's father.
I cant say that this is the best korean movie but I love this one.
