You've made an excellent point. Nowadays less employers are interested in applicant's educational backgrouds except for some very special fields such as chemistry, medical etc. The reason is very simple: lower losts and more potential output. People without college degrees are generally working hard and concentrate on sharping or accumulating their skills. They usually grow faster than higher eductional employees. Apart from this, there might be another important factor: they are just too many college graduates without the qualified knowledge and work ethics as the old generations had. It's like currency inflation. Once it's too much out there, the actual value will decrease.
Employers are finding ways to get people who are more experience in a more specific or particular field rather than someone who generally needs to be taught first or trained precipitously. Unless the work, like you, said in special fields, people are going to be replaceable knowing that they can rely upon and easily find someone who would be willing to give it their all. That's why some AI are replacing people as well because they can work 24/7, unlike people. It's just that there are advancements and shortcuts that would ultimately benefit the company.

For me the biggest obstacle is the low level of my education which makes it difficult for me to find a good job that can give me the dream of financial freedom. All I do is look for extra income online. I'm thinking more about saving first and finding a good business that suits me.

This is what many families are facing today in different countries, because they failed to believe that education is power to success. I think, is never too late for you to get it right to further your education, if you wish because there is a lot of benefits that follow those who are well educated in the country in the areas of good jobs and knowledge to improve higher in any type of businesses. But if you prefer to do business, I think is a good choice also but you need to work hard for you to get the capital to start your own business to fulfill your plans in life.
That is true, there is always time to educate yourself. To study at an university is an important step for people of the currently generations, because there is a lot of competition for jobs in the market. Those who have a superior degree will have an advantage when applying for a job. Also, after completing the studies, there are serious chances of being hired, as companies look at universities for recently graduated professionals to start working for them. And of course the wages are much better when you have academic education. I hope he doesn't give up going further on his educational journey.

Coming from a well-established university is definitely a plus for the employer, but as time goes on, I've noticed that they are less interested in the applicant's educational attainment and more interested in their skillset and a nice portfolio of what they've done, as well as past experience. Though I am not saying all, when I was just in the interview stage in my current company, they shared that a lot of their former employees resigned because they didn't have determination, and sometimes they claimed they had these skills but didn't have them. Those who have not finished college are stronger and have more skills, and mostly they are loyal and eager to always improve in the company.

Yes, to be financially independent, it is better to meet the needs based on one's own merits and not need to repay the loan. The main constraint for the poor is that if supply exceeds demand the industry is bound to suffer, and if that weakness leads to increased dependence on government favors, politicians benefit greatly. Poor people are especially hindered by powerful politicians and their supporters.

the biggest obstacle to being financially free is, lack of income and too much spending, various ways have been done but the necessities of life are not easy to solve if you have a salary that does not match market conditions as I said before
but right now for me being financially free is having one month's needs met without borrowing from relatives is enough

One of the biggest obstacle believed to be hindrance to financial freedom is lack of saving culture, it's not everyone that can adapt this kind of life style because what we earn sometimes weekly or monthly aren't enough in satisfying their needs not to talk about having sone savings left to do, this has really been a challenging time for them to meetup and as we know how the economy has been looming under the influence of inflation whereby meeting up to the required standard of living becomes difficult, but we must not take that as for an excuse because despite the challenges some were still making it and finds life adaptable to make some savings within the little they earned.

I find it very hard to manage funds , especially as I still reside with family  , and I have a generousity problem  , I can't see someone in lack and withhold my last dime even if it might be my capital  ,I don't mind giving it out to solve that problem  , I think when I eventually start staying alone,  I will seat up.

That's what many people think but that's not true, even if you stay alone you'll always find way to help everyone you see around you and probably end up spending your last dime as well. You have to take good care of your generosity problem now and not to wait until it's too late. When you become financially stable you can be as generous as you want but now don't give out what would had been the capital that changes your story just to look good.

You can solve this problem by having a percentage of your money set aside for charity and only use those for that purpose then learn to discipline yourself so you don't touch money that were might for other things. Your investment money should be one of those you should never joke around with.

Regardless where we live, money is our top priority in order to survive and thrive. Having enough money to fall back on means we are entitled to more choice and possibilities. Like it or not, we are chasing or being forced to chase money in most phases of our life. Financial freedom has been most people's ultimate goal for decades, if not for centuries. To achieve this goal, we will encounter endless challenges. Each of us has a unique life situation so what is your biggest obstacle to achieving it ? I know we can make a long list of problems but there must be one or two primary reasons that really hold you back. This is where we should focus and I would like to hear your story. Thanks.

There are a few reasons that make me worry about my financial future. The first one is not so big, but it limits me financially every month, I am repaying my student loan for the next few month. When I was in university I had the change to study abroad but didn't get any scholarships for it and my parents couldn't support me in the way they hoped for. It's not such a big deal because I know exactly how much money I need to pay each month. Another reason will probably be my family, my father is quite sick and already needs a lot of help from our family to still live at home. When things get worse he will need 24/7 care which is going to be very expensive as my father didn't have any special insurance for his retirements. It will be on me and my cousins to support him then. And the last reason which is going to be a big problem for my financial independence is the new regulatory targets for energy savings. All the houses and apartments in our country need to make energy friendly until 2050, which is going to cost a lot of money. I am not sure if we will able to afford that for my parents house and maybe we will be forced to sell it.

I believe that in these times and even then when it comes to basic expenses especially if you are in a city or civilized area, you can't have money because you might pick it up on the street.

But I don't believe that if you lose the money you can't live, I can even believe that if you don't have money or a lot of money you can't get things like houses and land, cars and delicious food that can be bought at the supermarket.

And the only thing that always stops this thing is people's excuse that they don't have money, but if we work out a way to have it, I think it's easier for the person who is persistent than the person who wants money but doesn't work a way to have it.

I find it very hard to manage funds , especially as I still reside with family  , and I have a generousity problem  , I can't see someone in lack and withhold my last dime even if it might be my capital  ,I don't mind giving it out to solve that problem  , I think when I eventually start staying alone,  I will seat up.

Same here. I am planning to live alone this year. I want to focus on myself and stop thinking about others that are actually not my responsibility. I want to take advantage of the opportunities that are up for grabs, especially since next year is already the halving of bitcoin. I need to save more funds because bitcoin halvings only happen once every 4 years. This might be the only chance that bitcoin can grow to a minimum of 500% since growth will slow down and there might be price stability once the bitcoin market reaches trillions of dollars.
Likewise - I now spend so much time on alone. I have now reduced my friends list - and I am not meeting much with sibling this year.
This does not mean I am angry with them but this means that I want to focus on myself.

Good for you, guys. It is a certain period of life when you shift your focus from your friends/siblings to yourself only. You'll find improving yourself is the top priority and everything else comes secondary.  Wish you all best of luck and after moving on to the next stage, you'll start to take responsibilities and fight for more people's well-being.

One thing that I notice for sure in this life now is more money, more expenses. When you’ve less, your mindset will be to buy the things you afford and make a mere survival with it. With an increase in money, you tend to look higher to buy more luxury stuff to be up to the standard of life you’ll be living henceforth. One thing is general in this, one should just have a means of sustenance, no matter how big or small it might be.

Biggest obstacle in achieving financial freedom and stability is lack of a good job, whether in the government or private sector. It even has effect on a business you want to start up relating to the number of sales from customers you can get. That’s one of the biggest obstacles to financial freedom. People tend to diversify their means of earnings, because one cannot be completely relied on only one source and i think that’s the best way to have a steady means of sustenance.

I have too many expenses that take away from my income. Most of the time, the thought that I might have long since attained total financial freedom makes me feel depressed. Being from a low-resource country makes it seem as though one has been predestined to a life of struggle and adversity. Too many family obligations, a lack of chances, and my country's current economic state are some of the things preventing me from achieving total financial freedom.
With what you have mentioned, of course it is a challenge to achieve financial freedom,
definitely not easy and hard work alone is not enough,
you need to learn new skills to get another source of income.

My first obstacle to financial freedom is the government, they don't have enough job opportunities for people that is willing to work for them to be able to put food on their table, instead government comes up with harsh laws to control the citizens financial life by collaborating with financial institutes. That's why government in some countries banned cryptocurrency.

Corruption is a key factor, when the country is corrupt there will be less opportunity the common man to display his talent or skill in the society and achieve his goal, government cares less for citizens and only thinks in how to steal public funds and put their families in big positions in government, nepotism government.
I very much agree, since so many unemployed people have appeared, and the country can still operate normally, why not send money to the poor
Let everyone have no food and clothing problems, refresh the dimension of the spiritual world, so that people will not live so painfully, and the most grassroots people just need to solve the food and clothing problems.

A lot. Especially with the job, it's very hard to get a job nowadays when u only have little skill.

What do you expect? Will they leave people with great skills to employ some one with little skills. Whatever skills one is learning, one should try and learn fully. With your great skills, employer will be the one running after you.

I’m todays world, skills is a must have for todays job seeker as skills would obviously boost his application for any job. While skills are important, having a great educational experience and qualifications is also necessary in order to get a good job.
I think an employer could also hire an applicant with various educational qualifications and degrees and then spend some good money to train and equip the applicant with the skills necessary for the job. So while we strive to get skilled in whatever we do, it’s always great to have a college degree attached.
When you do have a degree then it is already that an disadvantage compared into those who have none but we know that it isnt really an assurance for you to have a successful life.If we do tend to look around

on which there are no degree holders do able to achieve or attain more or something than into those who had finished up college.Of course this isnt that right for those people to make it as an inspiration.
Its better to have a degree since you could really be having an option whether you do have your own day job and would find out for some side income with your other skills.
It would be depending on how someone would be using up their time efficiently and effectively.
After Covid - I realized one thing - its skill which sells.
Many high degree profile holder suffered so much but the skilled people survived and they did it well

As you are working remotely and finding clients from your home. Ive saw a lot of degree holders that are shifting their careers into working remotely because of the pandemic , they learned a new skill and find that niche so that they can find work. Right now it is difficult to find physical work as most of the business just starting so that is why people are trying their luck online. I ain't a degree holder also and at early age I started to find work and before pandemic I started to pursue my career and improve my skills which shifted me to work remotely. No matter you have a degree or not you should be versatile in shifting career since it might help you in the future
