Time is the only obstacle to achieving financial freedom for me. In a good job that pays well each month and that money goes into an investment portfolio mostly focused on shares. In turn those shares pay out dividends each month, helping to buy more shares and grow money that way, which will eventually pay a passive income large enough to live off without needing to work for it. Hopefully possible to earn enough to retire long before most people with just a few years of financial knowledge and being open to learning new things along the way. If you're always just working for someone else then you will have a pretty boring life and be subject to their whims all along.

The biggest obstacle to me to spend more than what I always earn.
I always try to take care of things but I am never successful in it. ..

A more logical obstacle. There are many ways to earn profit but the usual problem is the start or where would people get or start their journey. Another I think which could be an obstacle are regulations by government concerning taxes which lessens what people are actually earning form their job nd investments. Last obstacle i guess concerning financial freedom is, oneself. Many people have the drive to seek for money but not all people are willing to take the risk or every opportunity to earn. It is our action which would matter. This may also be related with employment issues you have mentioned. There are many ways to generate profit but there are just people who are choosing to complain more than to grab those chances.

Nowadays, if you don't have enough moeny and other resources to begin with, high chances are that you are doomed to fail. Business is not only way to earn big money and we ought to find a way to make enough money to support our family. Truth be told that many of us are not entitled to the access.

I have my own well compensated job but it’s just that all my income only go to my family’s needs. So I think I have to build new plans too so I can be much better version of me this coming 2023.

I can attest to this which is something that correlates into my situation now on where i have possessions and properties which is more than that my batchmates on college could attain.
Not to brag or to boast but you could really see the differences when it comes on what you do own.I didnt have a degree but i did earn more than with those who had graduated.
Im not saying that schooling is bad or not recommended but there are situations in life which i had failed on studying or finished college but luckily i had able to
learn up crypto thing and do my best to be sustainable until i do reach out and buy things that i do like.Im not rich but im saying im not poor either.

There is also an important factor which influences procrastination on the individual: the quality of the influences around him daily. It can be friends or family. If the influences aren't good, you are going to have more difficult to start doing the things you know you have to do, but you don't, because you lack the energy and initiative.

I am not a good money manager and I am not good in deciding the things timely.
I delay my tasks and that is why I have suffered so much. I am now becoming more antisocial and I have started focusing on my own things.
My biggest aim of 2023 is to do work timely and have financial freedom.

The biggest obstacle is not being able to choose, not knowing which industry will bring me new hope. In fact, it is even more sad, that is, the profession limits the imagination, and there is no basic skill.
