Definitely you need to check the team developer, whitepaper and the marketing team, the team developer is tge key to succeed so its really important to see the vision and the competency of the team, I have joined ICO several times and from my experience, its better to buy it when it already launched on exchanges, usually the predicted ICO price is always higher than when it reach on exchanges

First of all, I'm checking the team members, then the idea. Then I will always check did the project get at least Soft Cap and what media is saying about this ICO. And if I like it and see its perspective - I invest in it.

I have many criterias to invest in an ICO, below, most important to less important
1. Team, clearly information with linkedin links showing education and experiences, must not a new account, twitter personal account with regular active status.
2. Their products, or products in their vision, how it work with blockchain, their token, how it used, is it possible. What they have achieved to date
3. How funds will be used, token allocation.
4. they must have a long term roadmap
5. What experts, communities, ICO listing sites are saying about them. Positive or negative.

Then if all's good i will invest.

I would like to know what criteria you guys looks for to invest in any ICO?

I normally afraid to invest in any ICO if i like the project then i can invest in it when it will launch on any exchange.

Can you guys trow some light on ICO's in details whether it is good to invest in good project's ICO or better to wait for it to launch on any exchange?

For me, that would be the concept of the project, the usage of the project and the last one would be the chance of that project, based on the information that i've got and my intuition about the project.

The usual checklist you should include is checking the whitepaper first if the idea is fundable, scalable, and is really needed to be made in a decentralized way. Next thing you must check is the team behind the project. Determine if they have already a good experience in the industry because they will play a great role in the project's success.

Chance for making good profits in longterm run. Otherwise, there is no point in making an investment, when the entire market is so unstable.

If the project is really good and you want to invest, try to participate after softcap already assembled, it will protect you and will give confidence that the project will appear and will work. The exchange now projects are not in a hurry to leave and you can buy it at a high price that projects have to be afraid to lose the capitalization and wait for the good time for the listing.

I think that now the biggest part of launched ICOs are overvalued. That's why I neglected to invest in ICO. If you don't want loose money and have some free time try to do bounties.

Standards are meaningless, and if this can be done according to one plan then everyone will become rich. The current ICO is a risky investment product, and you must take risks when you want to make a profit.

ICO is an very risky project and you have to think twice before investing into it and my idea of investing into crypto currencies are very simple as I have already joined one bounty signature campaign and I am a member there and write for them and in return they pay me for what I did for them and I find this method to be very efficient one as this method does not involve any investment and so there is zero percent risk and moreover I am earning a good profit by this method.

Good team is the main factor. Only team with knowledges and previous experiences could develop high quality project. So forget about whitepaper or advisors. Look at the team always!

My criteria - do not invest in ICO during 2018, or even maybe 2019.

During 2017 I invested in about 15 ICO, because it was profitable and almost safe.

This year, I wanted to invest just in 1 project - HDAC. Because of huge company behind project, but, because of complicated verification process did´t managed to make it ontime.

But, now I am happy about that, because price fall x10, and coins could be easily bought from exchanges

I've never invest in an ICO, but i usually has some criteria to look for a good project, cause i needed that when i wish to join into bounty campaign.
Usually checking the data provided by the project is a must, and tried to verify that all the data is valid.

I've been not investing in ICO for a few months, but referring to what I did before, I always see a roadmap and it might be a little unusual I will see a bounty manager because a good bounty manager will have a positive impact on the ICO and others I it never saves too long if in my opinion there are enough profit then I will sell it.

All standards are defined by you. I don't think it makes sense. The ICO is full of scammers, and these people are shameful. I am no longer investing in any ICO. The market is now not allowed to invest in ICO, which is already the cryptocurrency market in 2018, not the 2017 market.

The ICO has a good and useful concept for the future is a good choice. that brings the concept of blockchain is a good thing to follow in an era like this. especially if it is supported by a team that has a clear background and also trustworthy in carrying out the project. information from the team will be crucial in the election and also for smooth ICO.

even though it is much safer to invest when they leave the exchange, you can get many benefits if you invest in the ICO stage, usually, projects give bonuses and rewards to early adopters, so you have to make a balance between profit and loss, and try to decide if it is worth it in the end.
