The hope is that after Russia and Ukraine legalize bitcoin, many other countries will also legalize cryptocurrencies in their countries. Moreover, cryptocurrencies have developed rapidly and many large institutions are eager to use them in the midst of the recent crisis situation in a volatile world that could hit the broader financial sector.
I hope so too, but every country also needs time to legalize Bitcoin as the two countries you mentioned have done. Because every country has rules and regulations specifically in determining every new thing to be legalized. Even though Bitcoin is best for all countries to legalize, each country also needs to learn the things needed so that it doesn't conflict with existing state rules before making legalization of the new thing.

my expectations completely failed, because I expected that Bitcoin could reach $50k again in this Q3,
but in August Bitcoin price is still at $23k, especially with the bad news about hackers, wars and interest rates,
i think it's probably $50k will hard to touch again.

My only hope is that the war will end and the world will go back to normal because if things go back to normal,
I'm sure the Bitcoin price won't drop to $20k, even though $100k would have been achieved last year, unfortunately it failed,
so hopefully next year Bitcoin will be $100k

We have heard all the news about countries deciding to make bitcoin as legal, the latest being Russia and Ukraine as they both are also in some political problem. Obviously with this new statement that has been made on bitcoin status in those countries, it could be regulated by the government.
What is your expectation of bitcoin ?
If you mention Russia and Ukraine, I hope the two countries make peace and resolve the issue of war.

About Bitcoin, of course Bitcoin can now be relied on as a digital currency, where every country at war automatically loses their fiat currency for various reasons, hoping that Bitcoin can make them better for their economy.

Of course, the hope for bitcoin is that it will be more and more adopted by large institutions and other countries can legalize bitcoin so that people are not afraid to violate government rules. Although many countries do not yet have clear provisions regarding bitcoin. But I'm sure as time goes by many other countries will imitate El Salvador to legalize bitcoin because so far what El Salvador has implemented has made several countries try to legalize bitcoin in their country.

Unfortunately after the price dropped from $40k to its current position there is no more positive news about the country opening a tender to legalize bitcoin, maybe they are waiting for a good moment and give an announcement after the price returns to $40k.
to return to $40k I am very sure that Bitcoin will be difficult to reach $40k in this short term,
Bitcoin sentiment is still very risky to dump again, moreover interest rates in the US have also gone up,
this will make people keep it in real assets, I don't know if people think that Bitcoin is a safe heaven asset,
then I believe bitcoin will go to $ 40k

I hope that the market will recover soon, at the end of 2021 My Portfolio from Bitcoin and Altcoins is around $ 12k, and now around $ 5700, but I will not panic when I see the situation is still red, and some coins including Bitcoin I use for staking at Spot Exchanges.

Yes, I also hope like you, I hope the market will be healthier.
but with the development of the world now, with the increasingly heated relationship between America and China, I think this will make the Crypto market experience negative things too.

Right. I'm also surprised that there isn't much news about Central Africa having officially adopted bitcoin as a legal tender. Maybe because Central Africa uses the Franc currency so the news is not as big as El Salvador because the currency of the country of El Salvador is the dollar so when they adopted bitcoin as a legal tender it made headlines in the world. This is my guess.
I was also a little surprised and didn't expect that Central Africa had adopted Bitcoin for legal payments and it should be a scene because there aren't many rich countries in this part of Central Africa. And as I read on the investor.id site it says that the Central African Republic is the second country to officially adopt Bitcoin for legal payments after El Salvador. That's really amazing in my opinion.

Yes, definitely many countries will legalize bitcoin in their environment to enable their citizens enjoy what other countries that made bitcoin legalized are enjoying in their various countries. Now that the price of bitcoin has dropped down to a level where poor people can buy and hold for better future to come, which many countries will use this opportunity to create a good environment for their citizens to be part of this good news that is about to happen before the end of this year 2022. Bitcoin has improved many countries that made it legalized some years ago which it can still improve the countries that are about to make it legal in their countries.
It seems that other countries may be considering following El Salvador's lead, even before the crypto market slump that started a few months ago, Central Africa had been trying to legalize bitcoin in its country.
That is expected since bitcoin is not a new thing anymore and it is now starting to become mainstream. Many countries already see its potential if what it can do help innovate one's country, That is why they are now hurrying up, trying to become the earliest country to make btc as a legal tender.

Central Africa have followed the footsteps of El Salvador but I only wonder why it isn't being talked about that much, very different when El Salvador adopts btc as a legal tender where it stayed in the headlines for such a long time but I guess that's because it was the first? Other than Central Africa, there's also another one but I forget its name. There are now three of them currently.

looking at the current price I would say my expectation is that for the next 3 to 5 years the price will go back to more than 60,000$ and I can reach another ATH, that would give a profit of more than 3X easy, of course I'm also worried that the price fall below 17000$ because we could see the price fall below 10,000$ and although if that happens it will be a good buying opportunity, it will also be another problem because it will take more years for the price to recover mainly because they are estimating that the russia war x ukraine will not end anytime soon and will only increase the global financial crisis
Would surely takes time before we could really able to see those numbers once again but its not sure on whether it would be taking too long or few years or could really happen in months time because this market is totally unpredictable.I had already been expecting those unexpected things to happen specially now that the price had dipped down as low of 17k/coin which is something that majority of people in the community didnt really anticipate nor expect for it to happen but hey, we are here now and to those people who had able to get in are the ones who would really benefit out whenever
the market will make out some trend  change.

I hope that the price of Bitcoin immediately rises to at least $ 40K, if the market continues to red until the end of the year then the opportunity to rise again is certainly very difficult and takes a long time as happened in 2018, many say that this is a trend every 4 years, But I hope the negative trend will not be repeated again.

I also hope the Bitcoin price recovers soon, but a return to $40k is unlikely to be achievable anytime soon. I don't know how long the bear market
will last. What is certain is that the drop in Bitcoin price below $20k surprised me a bit and it made some investors panic. So what I fear might
happen, where the negative trend that occurred in 2018 is repeated this year. But this year I am much more prepared to face a bear market than
what happened in 2018. Because now I've learned a lot from the bad experiences I've had, so I already know what to do when the crypto market
continues to deteriorate. What is certain is that as long as we can be patient holding the Bitcoins we have and will not sell at low prices,
we will get the profit we want in the end.

When we dropped to 30k people were saying the same thing. Most were sure it's bear market and we will need another halving to return to 60k and we did it in a month.
It's impossible to accurately predict what bitcoin will do so I'm not even gonna try.

My opinion about this market is that we are being manipulated as always by governments, big companies and altcoin scammers.
US government doesn't want to approve a bitcoin spot ETF which is a proof they're trying to keep the price low because they want to crash stocks and make investors capitulate. That includes all crypto investors. Bitcoin pumping wouldn't be good for them and for the dollar that they're pumping as we speak.

Big companies were dumping bitcoin to cause a miner capitulation below 20k and scoop up cheap coins. That doesn't mean recession will not push them to sell at a loss again.

Altcoin scammers like Terra CEO bought bitcoin just to dump it all at the market when we started to fall. We can thank these people for crashing us below 30k.

Look money is not something these nations could come up with that easily, but consider it this way, how about a crypto tax in crypto form? Wouldn't that make more sense for everyone involved?

You are not getting a tax from something and turning that into crypto, you are doing something brand new, which is taxing crypto profits, all those exchanges and everything in crypto will be taxed, and they will have to pay the nation in bitcoin for example, do not accept anything else if you do not want to. That means, based on the economy of that nation, you will get a ton of new tax, and save that in crypto, and the longer you wait, the more money you will make.
