There this year are not so many worthy ICO, but still there are worthy projects, the main thing is to be able to select correctly. Many people stop doing this activity, but those who believe in the growth of the market and regulation of ICO continue to participate.

As some of you know already, I am partaking with an upcoming ICO project and it is very important to me and my team to know how to get the best out of it. My question is, what is your general view on ICO's in 2019. This will help us better understand where to bring extra clarity to our ICO project here.
People are realising the crypto market bottom is just around the corner, if not now, and the only way from here is UP!

as a bounty hunter, i should pick only which has the best team and advisors but it doest mean it will succeed, maybe i just put some precautions that whenever someone invested in my reflinks, it is not my responsibility but theirs. Ico this time maybe same as last uear also.
So far, I haven't seen any interesting ICO this year. It's still a long way to go, probably some will come out that are worth it, but for now, nothing.
This year has actually not been much of a good news for new ICOs as the crypto market down and most investors don't want to invest in anything new that has no working product. Hopefully the crypto market has started rising gradually and we can see a turn in the investment of ICOs. Nonetheless i know new ICOs that are doing great so if you are thinking of launching any project i suggest the team takes time and develop the project to some extent before seeking funds from investors. At least that way most of them would be convinced that their monies are going to be put into good use 
I think this year's ICO project will be better.

Buying of ICO is what brought me into crypto in the year 2017. But I'm becoming a better person in the blockchain ecosystem much more than my initial reasons for embracing the opportunities that blockchain holds. I have always been happy with myself for saying YES to crypto.
Though I am a strong ICO supporter but by seeing the recent ICO market's history, I think this year ICO market will face lots of problems and lack of investors! I was almost sure that Livenpay ICO will end in on their end date because this ICO looks a great project. But they did not raise a good amount, so Livenpay extended their sale for a long time! Now, I realize ICO projects will not make good money this year, and it is like dying! Only the bull market can push it!
In general, i see ICO's are still there but not as good as the previous year maybe i am seeing it again once we are in a bull market where the fresh money and the investors are starting to pour money again in cryptocurrency. Same as the OP i am joining in ICO but more in IEO that offers more quick money than investing now in other ICO.
Perfect observation, I agree with you! ICO market will boos up if the bear market ends and the most wanted bull run starts! Investors have moved away from ICO market because all the investors lost huge money by investing here. So, If the bull run starts, the investor will get some recovery money and they will start investing in ICO market. Because I think every real crypto supporter believe in anonymity, not in STO projects! The things I look at in the ICO projects this year are the new approach to strategy ICO and other things to do Attract the investors to trust and invest in them. I hope many ICOs will come and succeed this year because of the good predicament of the cryptocurrency market it's increasing from deep downfall.
Sorry that I can't agree with you, because I don't think many ICOs will succeed this year. I suggest you look around, from January to now, a very few projects made success, and most of the projects extended their sale to May to June or July to make at least the soft cap! But the ICO market is not doing well because of the IEO sale. So, this year can be the worst year for the ICO market, even worser than 2018!
Most of the current projects that I see at the moment are projecks that are scam and in my opinion it is a very detrimental thing because if we look at a good projeck project it turns out to be deceptive
These are the projects that hinder the development of ICO, and if no measures are taken in the future, ICO is likely to become irrelevant and there will be no normal projectsICO do still exist but wont really be similar wayback before on previous years when it comes to profitability to its investors.Most of them are already trash and just copy cats.
Try to check or look at for those projects who do succeed with their sale.I doubt only a few do still manage to sustain it up.
Does a new type of project bring its investor more profit? Why I do not see these crazy reviews. Yes, because a stable token can bring 10-20% no more. Well, I try to learn all the new projects.

Now there is the new trend called IEO. The recent failure of the ICOs and the increase of scams brought IEOs to the forefront. It is difficult to predict how the ICOs will be if market recover. Maybe the ICOs have come to an end.

IEO is a new hype in a ICO market, so I advice you to participate in a early stage ICOs before their IEO.
People are interested in making money. If projects cause losses, then such projects are not needed by Kama. If projects are profitable, investment in them increases dramatically. I think this is all arranged. Just no faith in people.
for the iCO project this year, I think it is still not good because to make money or prizes is still very difficult and most of the results of these prizes are many that are worthless
I think you meant to say prices.The trading price of most newly listed coins have not met expectations. Unlike during the era of ICO boom, even if there will be a fall, there won't be much difference from the ICO price.
There are investors who these days are not really interested in buying ICOs. Perhaps if there is regulation, the number of those imterested will increase.
