This year is like a new start for crypto currency. As , the price is less and investors are not sure about the profit. Even ,there are less projects which initiated in low market but investors are in jeopardy wether to invest or not.
The general view is that there is still no perfect structure for holding a token sale. Normal ICOs are not able to collect their fundraising goals and by IEOs, you are simply unable to take part in them because they are sold out within seconds.
The popularity of ICO this year has dropped due to the downturn in the market, the small number of investors, government laws that will control the turnover of coins and many other reasons. But despite these reasons in 2019, some ICOs still have a chance of success.
Even if we exclude the factor of a weak market, the ICO industry is in decline and will continue to be only worse, many people no longer believe in earning an ICO and ignore new projects, even those that are promising 
To my own point of view many people are running away from ICO to IEO because ICO lacks trust and IEO is here to deliver the trust and since January 2019 99% of the IEO out today became successful they met thee hardcap easily and ICO still lags behind
Well, what's the difference if the same scammers will now enter into an agreement with the exchange about listing their new token first, and not after collecting the funds? All express only common phrases and no one talks about the essence of IEO's novelty before ICO. Is it incomprehensible to me, do I need golome hunters in IEO projects, or not? After all, these projects still need to advertise their project. The difference, it turns out, is only in the fact that the exchange itself conducts a study of the prospects of the IEO project and therefore the risk of fraud in this case is much lower than in ICO.

I think ICOs dont bring anything good except fooly promises and useless coins or tokens. Thats my view on every ICO.
My view of the ICOs that are going to be today will be much better than the previous years, and because the future of cryptocurrency is more pronounced because of the great rise it has attracted many to return cryptocurrency. So investors do not want to afraid to invest because of the better ico we can definitely recover from our losses in 2018.
Growth does not solve the issue with a huge number of scams, on the contrary, they will become even more when prices fly up, the ICO does not inspire confidence among investors

ICOs these days are full of scam that's why as a investor, I choose wisely whenever I invest in an ICO. After being scam last january because of an ICO, that's became my wake up call to really study first the project before investing. I lost an amount of 2000$ because of that project. Now, there are still scam projects this year but there is still few good ones.

Confidence has returned to the market. Investors are no longer worried about developers who run away with collected funds or about listing. IEO solves all these problems and hope has returned to crypto

I will suggest you come up with a project whose usecase is uniquely different from what we have already in cryptosphere.
Again, have a well laid out plan on how you will raise funds...do not depend entirely on the market to rause funds as that seems a Herculean task these days.

Now most of the projects refuse to conduct ICO. Project teams view IEO as the best opportunity to attract investments and a source of sustainable development.
this year there are lots of non sense project but some of them has great ideas and concept

IEOs are pumping it. 2019 has brought a new breath into ICOs industry and I am pretty sure that it is not a short term trend, but a long story. Hope that such IEOs won't get manipulated from exchanges and people will get an opportunity to buy those tokens.
ico is currently just a trash. only less than 10% of the total quality projects. I think this should end soon, don't enrich the scammers anymore. I am currently more interested in the IEO, maybe this can solve the new project fraud problem.

ICO investing in fact has already exhausted itself and it does not make much sense to spend your time on it, IEO is the future and investors believe in the safety of their investments and the final profit legendary
